This stunning property ticks all the boxes!! An entertainers delight with large open plan living areas, picture perfect views, architecturally designed to enhance sunlight and maximise warmth. Sit on the deck and immerse yourself in the surroundings, privacy and peacefulness.

The kitchen has full utensils, coffee plunger, food processor and electric blender.

Only metres from the surf offering fantastic views of Indicators surf break, this immaculate holiday home is ideal for couples or extended family and friends.

If you are looking for that "wow factor" holiday home you will not be disappointed.

Please note: Due to negligence from earlier guests, 2 of our front bifolds open towards view of the surf, the complete set does not open extensively. In saying this due to positioning of holiday home, it is most unlikely you would want to open up completely and will not make a difference to your stay in this lovely property.

Incredible place, location and access to indicators, whale bay and manu bay (very short drive). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as did the whole family! If I have my way, I’m am coming back for longer!

We are always happy to come back to this amazing and beautiful home. Enjoyed making dinners and watching the sunsets from your deck. Had such a relaxing and enjoyable trip. This home added a lot of ambience to our vacation.

My husband and I stayed in this location in February 2023 for three nights. We were absolutely mesmerized by the view from the kitchen and the upstairs bedroom. The waves crashing on the rocks not far from the house instantly put us at peace in this patch of paradise. The house itself is safely nestled near a popular surfing location. The house feels larger than life with its large tv, tall ceilings, and spacious rooms. The full size fridge and large pantry were also handy as we were able to fully unpack during our stay. Would recommend staying here!

An easy 5 stars! This property is in a stunning location and the 'bach' is just as wonderful. Perfect for a family who loves being close to the surf. Amazing communication with the property manager as well. Already thinking about when we can return!

This was a great little get away for our girlfriends! Kubb on the lawn and a platter in the sun with a vino! The layout is great for being able to have a good catch up with everyone. Great location and love being off the grid!

Great location for us with a great view of Indicators although how long that will last I don't know as there appeared to be a house being built in front which would spoil the magnificent view. House well stocked and linen was great. Thanks very much for a great stay

Fantastic place to stay and perfect location for surfing. House was perfect for our family. The layout worked very well. A few light bulbs were missing or not working but not a big deal. If wanting a place close to Raglan and the surf this is bang on!! A special place, loved it!!!

Fantastic house, great location! Second time round staying there as it is so good for families! Everything was great, except the dishwasher - the top drawer did not work and the bottom drawer did not wash the dishes clean at all. We were left having to wash them again after taking them to of the washer. Suspect it needs replacing. We will be back!

This property is PRIME location, especially if you have surfers in the group. It is positioned right in front of Indicators and you have a good view of the break from almost anywhere in the house. The kitchen is perfect if you plan to make dinners at the home like we did...it has everything you need. The living room is very spacious and comfortable. The back deck is where we spent a lot of time checking out the waves and catching sunsets. Highly recommend this house to anyone!!!
