Ve la consiglio assolutamente!

Camera luminosa e silenziosa, la pulizia veniva effettuata tutti i giorni. I proprietari disponibili a darvi suggerimenti e informazioni, qualora ne aveste bisogno. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima a Zante città e all'aeroporto, perfetta per spostarvi in tutta la zona sud.

Davvero nulla, tutto ok.

Totul. Locatia foarte buna ajungi pe jos in centrul Argassi, curatenie se facea zilnic si schimbat prosoape, Dimitris si Roza super oameni te ajuta cu informatii si iti dau ponturi foarte bune.

Piacevole soggiorno a Zante Island

Posizione della struttura comoda per esplorare l'isola durante il giorno e vicina a Zante Town per la sera (necessario avere un mezzo). Anche ad Argassi ci sono comunque locali e ristoranti raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Molto utile il parcheggio interno. I proprietari/gestori sono stati molto disponibili sia per l'accoglienza iniziale, sia durante tutto il soggiorno, fornendo indicazioni utili per spiagge, locali e attività. Camera comoda, semplice e funzionale, comodo anche il balcone. Sicuramente è stato un piacevole soggiorno

Feels ok

Nice yard. Very helpful with the parking lot. The inside of the room is rather ok. Nice little balcony. Room is big enough.

Soundproof is terrible. The blanket was stored in the closet, not even on the bed. There was no proper cover for the blanket.

Highly recommended and very charming host and assistant who keeps the place spotless

Breakfast not provided, Location was perfect for me - close to centre, Zakynthos, Kalamaki and laganas within easy reach

The room was perfect and the service was on point, friendly people and overall a more than worth stay that we hope to re

The fact that it provided everything that we could have asked for. Roza was very helpful and friendly and made us feel just like at home as well - on top of that, our room was very clean (and was being kept clean)

Excellent location!

The location is externally simple, even if it has a beautiful historic tree in front of it, but inside the rooms are really very well structured. Every day the room, conditioned very well, is cleaned in its entirety and the towels are changed. The bathroom is optimally sized and well laid out. The location of the structure is good because it allows you to be in a very busy centre, but away from the noise of passing cars; it is close to Zakynthos and there are numerous Rent a Car facilities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beaches in the south-east of Zakynthos which are nothing short of wonderful: above all we preferred San Nikolaos, after the beautiful and well-known Banana Beach. There are many places where you can eat well and with a quality/price ratio that is really difficult to find in other parts of Europe. Last but not least, we would like to dedicate a few words to Dimitri and Roza, who were simply wonderful: their care for our problems; their attentions to the smallest details; their constant presence, have transformed a beautiful holiday into a wonderful experience! Thank you with all my heart!!!

Having finished the holiday and had to say goodbye to our friends Dimitri and Roza. We highly recommend this establishment!

Exceptional

The room was perfect for us with a comfy bed and kitchen appliances so we could make breakfast and simpler meals. It had a good AC so even though it was 40 degrees all week we could cool down inside. The room was also cleaned with new sheets and towels every day. Roza and Dimitris were so friendly and helpful and recommended us several places that we visited. We really liked Argassi and Zakynthos in general so we will definitely stay at the same place when we return!

Superb

Really nice and clean rooms and very kind staff.

The entrance to the parking lot was a little uncomfortable and i think it would have been better to have a cooker in the rooms instead of just a sink.

Highly recommended, clean, good value and close to city centre!

The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from Zante centre and very close to the most beautiful beaches. The room was very nice, with a balcony and with daily cleaning, including fresh towels. Roza was very helpful, kind and welcoming. She recommended very nice restaurants to try and places to visit. Every day she cleaned the room impeccably. She even provided an extra hair dryer, water and a bottle of white wine. Highly recommended and thank you!

Just the bathroom was a bit small, but it had a nice shower.

The rooms are perfect - we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Special thanks to him for driving us to the town. If we come to Zakynthos again, we will stay at Ilaeira rooms.

Overall very pleasant stay, we felt very welcome!

The location was perfect, very close to the main road of Argassi and also the beach! The room was clean, and had pretty much everything we needed and a nice balcony. It was cleaned everyday, new towels were brought which was super nice. Roza and Dimitri were extremely kind and helpful with everything, we for exaple didn't have beach towels with us and were provided some, and when I asked where I could send my postcard from, they offered to do it for me which was lovely! There was a possibility to wash our clothes too. And I gotta mention that there was great air conditioning, that's an important one!

The only thing I can think of is that there was no pool, but that wasn't a big deal either since just a short walk away there were 2 free ones (Skyfall and Remezzo) but we preferred Dimitrios swimmingpool bar it was 5€/person but totally worth it.

I loved this place

-The room had all the amenities that I needed as a solo traveler and the bed was comfortable. -I still romanticize about the magic time in the afternoon when I would come back from the beach and just hang out on the veranda in the shade. The rooms have a really comfortable space to sit, reflect on the day and strategies for the evening or next day. -If I told you how exceptional Dimitri was as the operator of the hotel, you would think this review was a paid advertisement. In all my travels, I've never met someone who invested in making my trip go according to my plans, as Dimitri did. He and Rosa make the hotel special. Very helpful and responsive and followed through on their offers to help.

Exceptional

We stayed there for 7 nights. Everything was perfect. Rooms were really nice, recently renovated and clean. Parking is available in front of the building. Location is also nice and there are a lot of options for food, drink and shopping in the village in less than 5 min walking distance. Most important owner Dimitris is always available and willing to help to any kind of questions we might had while he gave us the best tips on where to go and eat. Thanks once again.

Spent 4 nights there and had no complaints. Dimitris was an amazing and very friendly host, gave us nice suggestions of what to do and what to visit. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. Parking on site was also very convenient. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Amazing stay overall !

The staff is incredibly hospitabile and friendly- they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us and that all our needs were met. The location is really amazing to travel to beaches all around the island and is quiet and comfortable at night. There's a small kitchenette and a very nice bathroom as well.

The best hotel experience I ever had

The stay was perfect, rooms were completely clean. And The cleaning everyday was superb. The hotel is very calm, and that is a plus, considering that it is so close to everything. But The best thing was Dmitris and Rosa. They are very honest, welcoming and heart warming people. They helped Us with Tips, alway were avalaible to answer all The questions and even let Us have a late check out. Oh and Dmitris even drove Us to The airport when we were leaving! All in all a PERFECT 10/10 stay experience and I will definately comeback when i'm in Zante next time. ευχαριστώ Dmitris and Rosa!

I spent a lovely time at ilaeria rooms. the staff were kind and helpful. They gifted us with a bottle of Prosecco when we met by chance at a restaurant and they drove us to the airport as we were late. Always available for suggestions and tips

We could park direct before the room. No steps👍 very friendly host who shows us good places on the map. It was very quiet and climatisation don't blow direct into my face. Perfect, clean and I would go this place again! Also good for disabled Person

Wouldn't stay anywhere else close to Zakynthos city

The staff were extremely polite and helpful with everything. The room was exceptionally clean and had all facilities you can think of. Bed was comfortable, airco was very quiet, you can sleep in absolute black out, there's free parking, there's an empy part of the beach right down the street. 1 min walking there's a really nice place to eat called Peppermind and 100m after that there's a Greek bakery and a rent-a-car place. Centre of Argassi is 5 mins walking but you really have no need to go anywhere.

The wifi was kind of slow and not really working if you want to work and have online meeting but it's sufficient for anything else. This is the onlt reason why I'm not giving 10/10.
