The Coastal Calm Condo is a beautiful two-bedroom condo located in the Southern Living inspired community of Habersham. It is pet-friendly and well equipped for short and long-term rentals. The freshly painted condo offers coastal chic décor, new furnishings, and a large screened-in porch. With a modern open floor plan, it is ideal for family and friend gatherings.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, drinkware, and dishes to make meal preparation a breeze.The living area offers plenty of seating, a desk for those looking to work remotely, and a dining table. The condo sleeps six adults comfortably with two bright and open bedrooms that have private access to the screened-in porch. Additionally, there are two twin beds in the loft with its own full bathroom. The unit is located on the third floor of the building with lovely views from the screened-in porch.

Habersham offers a variety of restaurants at the Marketplace on Main Street, including local pub fare, American and Italian cuisine. There are also seasonal Lowcountry family-friendly festivals and activities.

The neighborhood amenities include the Habersham Park fitness trail, three-court tennis facility, multiple woodland and waterfront parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, croquet green, bocce court, and community gardens. Guests can launch boats or kayaks in Habersham Creek and access Beaufort's beautiful waterways and surrounding islands. The community also features a pool complex with a riverfront sunset tower, river retreat pavilion, and deep water dock on Habersham Creek.

For those who love golfing, there are several golf courses within a short driving distance that showcase the beauty of the Lowcountry and South Carolina coastline. Habersham is ideally located on the water and is the perfect distance for countless day trips to see all the beautiful places in the Lowcountry.

Great place, in a fantastic community. Loved the screened in deck - even on the hottest nights the breeze and the ceiling fan made it feel tropical. We got into town sooner than expected and Elsa was able to get the place ready sooner than the normal check in time. Habersham is a great, truly beautiful neighborhood - far, far nicer even than the pictures. Would stay again for sure!

Habersham is a fabulous community that has everything you need in one small town area. The architecture is beautiful, and everything is in walking distance. It's a perfect Live, Work, Play community. We booked this pet friendly property with the hopes of considering the area for future retirement. The property was very clean and very welcoming. The space is perfect for a family, and easily accessible to all of the restaurants and shops in Habersham. We hope to return again. The host Elsa was very responsive to our inquiries. Very easy check in.

We came back into town for my squadron sundown reunion. The location was 15 minutes to MCAS Air station and 15 to Paris Island. The Habersham restaurants we very convenient. Very clean place and very enjoyable!

This flat exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully designed with all you could need and the walkable location to restaurants, a sports bar and coffee shop was a bonus! We will definitely return!

The property was just as described and our host Elsa was extremely helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and the Habersham location is wonderful with shops and restaurants just a short walk to the main street. We will absolutely book again

For the price of a mediocre hotel room this property offers so much more - 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The owner is responsive (the VRBO check in code wasn’t correct but corrected info was shared right away). The unit is a few hundred yards from “downtown” Habersham with a few shops and 6 places to eat. Downtown Beaufort, with a couple dozen restaurants, is a 15 min drive. WiFi in the unit was very good, some cell service within Habersham can be spotty. The unit is on the top floor, so those with mobility issues should understand they’ll have a few steps to climb. Overall, great place to stay and excellent value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay in this Habersham condo. We really love this neighborhood and all it has to offer. The rear screen porch was a big hit for those cool nights. I love this building because Market St., with the local restaurants and shops, is right outside your door.

This condo is so CUTE and has alot of character. We stayed here over Christmas since my daughter is stationed at Parris Island and wasn't able to come home. It was so nice getting to have our pups with us. It is on the 3rd floor so it was a little challenging with the dogs, but the exercise was good for all of us lol. Something to keep in mind if stairs aren't your thing. The Habersham neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. It was perfect getting to walk over and have pizza for dinner our first night. There is plenty of parking in back. My daughter and I made Christmas dinner and spent an afternoon baking cookies. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowels, baking sheets, and utensils. The weather was unusually cold this trip, we weren't able to enjoy the deck. In warmer weather this would be a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening glass of wine though. Overall, this condo was perfect! We'll definitely be back to Habersham.

We loved this beautifully decorated coastal condo, located right in the heart of Habersham. A very short walk led us into the village center, which was filled with shops and restaurants. Don't miss the lobster lasagna at the Italian restaurant, and the Bistro 10 was so enjoyable that we went back several times. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed spending her days on the screened in porch overlooking the courtyard. Kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. Very comforable beds. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for Parris Island graduation. Location was only 10 minutes away. Everything was within close driving distance. We enjoyed our stay. It was extremely clean and super quiet. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect condo for us staying for my son’s graduation from Marine bootcamp. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, great restaurants in the community right there. 15-20 minutes to Parris Island. Close to all stores and restaurants.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful condo! Situated behind Market Street made getting to the restaurants a breeze, just a few minutes walk! We enjoyed breakfast on the large screened in porch and got to unwind by the wonderful Habersham pool! It was such a peaceful vacation! We'll definitely be back!
