Alojamiento fantástico en las Azores

Ubicación perfecta cerca del centro, de un aparcamiento gratuito y de restaurantes de gran calidad como Suplexio. También es muy espacioso y tranquilo, y la cocina está equipada para todo (cafetera, horno, hervidor, microondas...). Si volvemos a las Azores repetiremos nuestra estancia aquí.

El único punto de crítica que tenemos es que las almohadas nos parecieron algo blandas y podrían ser mejores

avrei gradito fare a meno del frullino, assolutamente poco funzionale per un viaggiatore, ed avere magari 2 cialde misere per un caffe o 2 bustine di tisana....

In the appartment we stayed a single airco unit placed in living room to cool the whole appartment including bedrooms. could be better.

Safe, clean place to rent

We rented two units. The location was great, and the apartments were very clean. The bedrooms were decent sized, large living room, and good sized kitchen stocked with dishes. They were also very accommodating when we were early for our reservations and let us store luggage until the units were ready.

The AC was broken, and never fixed so we had to keep the windows open all the time to cool the unit. There was a lot of activity on the streets at night which was loud, and the neighbors were loud both in the morning and night- talking and playing music. The tea kettle leaked, but was replaced. There was no outlet in the very small bathroom, and there was no mirror in the 2nd units' bathroom that we rented.

we love Ponta Delgada and this location is perfect to be able to walk and explore within the old town.

this property was in a very convenient location to the center of Ponta Delgada. It was clean and comfortable.

Some nice wine glasses and kitchen utensils (bread knife, spatula, carving knife) would have made the stay perfect.

Great value, great location and comfort.

Great value for money, excellent location, ample space for two plus a large patio, cleanliness, plentiful kitchenware, supply of extra set of linens for use of the sofa-bed. Host was accommodating in making arrangement for handing keys and allowing us to leave our luggage before the check-in time.

The apartment was small and nice, located in the center of the city. With a nice terrace, kitchen furnished and a nice living space.

There is no parking spot, but there are some paid parking close. Don't close the bathroom door if you don't want to get stuck, it is broken and it was super annoying. Moreover, we tried to reach the host several time but with no success.

shampoo was half as water. come on, people are paying 400+ euro and you can’t buy 1 shampoo whiteout trying to safe it to add water to it ? this is really sad

Beautiful Modern Accomodations.

Air Conditioning wasn't working in one of our two apartments. We were told they were waiting for a part. It never came while we were there and we weren't offered any compensation. We specifically picked based on air conditioning as it was in the heart of the summer.

Good location, clean and comfortable.

The pipe from the bathroom sink was nearly clogged, that made it very difficult to use. In the bathroom ceiling there is a ventilation fan that needs to be replaced because it’s very noisy.

Can’t find a bettet location in the historical center

Cannot find a better location. A quite street and just 5 min walking to restaurants and shops. Great stuff. Large and comfortable apartment.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and in a great location. It was bigger than expected with a nice view of a garden opposite. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable.

Wonderful apartment, in a perfect location

Fabulous apartment within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and buses. The host was lovely and very friendly, and the apartment was equipped to a very high standard. Everything was extremely clean and we had a very comfortable stay. A really great find :)
