About this apartment rental

The first floor apartment comprises a large lounge/dining area complete with sofa and armchair, LCD Flat Screen TV with EnglishTV and a DVD player, Dining Table and 6 chairs. Apartment WiFi is also available enabling you to keep in touch with home. There is a separate kitchen with oven, hob, microwave & fridge. There are two bedrooms and a four piece bathroom and all rooms have ceiling fans. Outside there is a balcony with table & chairs overlooking the large pool area which is for residents use only.
Metered Air Conditioning is supplied to all rooms providing both heating and cooling.

Apartment has everything you need . Nice little touches, shopping trolley for supermarket shopping, chairs to take to beach.... One thing I will say is, unfortunately, not a lot of sun on the balcony, but we stayed at the beginning of June, so this could be different high summer. Location is great, 10 minutes to the Square where bars are located and 15/20 mins to beach. Definitely give it a try.

Very well located appt in a well maintained gated complex. Los Alcazares is still being developed , so there is building work going on ( not close to Albatross urbanisation ). Would definitely return to the area.

The property was nice enough but is not the property shown in the main photograph on VRBO which is a bit misleading (it is a bit more tucked away in the corner) . The broken bed mentioned in a previous comment had been replaced with a new bed so all good. I think the fixtures and fittings, especially the bathroom was looking a bit dated and could do with an upgrade, but we did not pay a lot for the stay so I was not expecting 5 star, so overall a nice enough apartment for a short stay. The pool area in the complex was nice and the surroundings well maintained. The resort for me was not what I had hoped, you had to look very hard for anything that was Spanish but it was recommended to us and if you want a home from home it would tick most boxes.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment The property contains everything you need, it’s like home from home. Excellent location for bars, restaurants and the beach. Complex is very well kept with a lovely pool. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will book again.

The only down side was the main bed was broken and was not as comfortable as it should have been. Apart from that we would definitely stay at this apartment again it is in such a good position close to all the restaurants and beaches. The view over the well kept pool and the position of the apartment was spot on. Thank you we loved it.

Would definitely recommend this property, spotlessly clean, really well equipped. You’ll find everything you need for your stay. Location is excellent, short walk to supermarkets, restaurants & beach. Ann greeted us & spent time explaining how everything worked. Couldn’t wish for anything better, thank you for lovely stay

Perfect home from home apartment. Anne was so warm and welcoming giving us lots of tips. Everything you need is provided with a communal pool. Less then 10 minutes to the beach,restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!!

Would like to say that this is a terrible venue only so that we can keep it to ourselves. However it is wonderful and the hosts and Ann, who helped us a lot when our car went wrong, were delightful. Will be trying to book again if Graham and Claire will have us! Best wishes Steve and Sonia

Stayed at this apartment now twice and we will be back! I could write all day about how good this is but below sums up the highlights.. Excellent booking with owners, always reply quickly I feel now as if they are friends! Excellent location- across the road from all bars and restaurants but far enough away from any noise. Close to both the new and old towns. - walking distance only 5 -10 minutes Very clean apartment and well equipped overlooking a beautiful pool with easy access via a lift or stairs, only on the first floor. Check in easy with the lady who looks after the apartment on a a daily basis. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough if you are liking for a central place to all local amenities this is it!! Modern, well equipped, comfortable. Probably the best range of kitchen utensils that we have ever come across in over 20 years. The quite spacious balcony got sun from about 10 am until mid-afternoon in late February and March. We were there for the beginning of lockdown and the spacious, gated complex also gave us space to walk and get some exercise. When we were unsure of whether we could leave in time, the owner was very obliging.

The only problem was half way through the holiday the lift broke and my husband couldn’t get out for 4 days and so we had to move but it was the owners fault and he soon made sure we were moved someway else very good service x

First time we have been to this part of Spain and it was great. Good location to restaurants and beach. Everything we needed in the apartment. One of the lifeguards were a bit ott . Thank you Ann for finding us another apartment to stay in as we had a late flight home. Would come again.

We had an amazing holiday at these apartments, very clean & has everything you need. It was great having the washing machine & the added extras of the cool bag for when you go to the beach. The location is perfect you are minutes away from all the restaurants & bars and are also close to Lidl’s & other supermarkets. The pool is excellent & very clean. We will definitely return very soon Thanks again

This was our second year living in Graham and Claire’s apartment in Los Alcázares. As before, the booking arrangements were first class and communication with Graham was excellent. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and the view from the balcony was great - the pool area and gardens. Close to all the restaurants and bars also just a short walk to the beach. The whole appartment complex is very clean, tidy & safe! Perfect meet & greet on arrival to be shown round property & handed the keys. The location is spot on, 5mins walk to the busy square and 10mins walk to the beach. New Murcia International airport only 30mins drive away . We shall return

We thought that the position of the apartment was very good it was close to supermarkets,restaurants and bars. The apartment was very well equipped (especially the washing machine). We loved Los Alcazares and will definitely return to that area in the future. It was lovely to see blue sky for a month. Anne was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her. The property is very comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing stay. The balcony has a lovely view of the pool and catches the sun up untill about 4pm. Close to supermarkets and a range of bars and restaurants but far enough away that it is a lovely quiet location. We have arrived home today and have already emailed the owners to book the apartment again .

Whereas the apartment was great the weather wasn't kind to us with rain and heavy cloud all week. Only to be expected in November I suppose, although the following week's weather forecast looked vastly improved.

Lovely apartment in a great location...

Had a lovely stay at this apartment, everything you need and some, with a great balcony view of the pool. Situated on a great complex with fabulous pool area and surroundings, and with it only being a 5 min walk to the main square area of Los Alcazares and less than 10 mins from the lovely sandy beachfront. Our first time to this part of Spain, and can safely say it won’t be our last...how has it taken us so long to discover this little gem of a resort.. Thanks to Ann for seeing we settled in ok, and for taxi back to airport. Hope to back next year, many thanks to Graham & Claire. Best regards Dave & Vicky

The apartment is lovely. All mod cons and in a great location. Our daughter loved the pool and made a friend very quickly. The apartment is very close to restaurants and not too far from the beach. The beach is fabulous with a lovely promenade. We will be back.

The apartment is very well appointed, secure and clean, with views of pool. The grounds and pool are very well maintained and there is private parking. The apartment is within walking distance of the promenade, beach and restaurants and ten minute drive from the airport at St Javier, Murcia. We very much enjoyed our stay here .
