Relax and have fun at the “Lazy River Lookout” with our spacious outdoor living-space under a shaded, 80' pergola paradise, which wraps around the home to your own private hot tub oasis. Within minutes you can sit in the swirling water and feel the stress melt away! This amazing home makes for a rejuvenating and fun retreat for multi-families, groups, and teams. The home also boasts three master suites, a bunk room, and a clubhouse room; each with their own bathroom to give plenty of room for everyone! 5 bedrooms! 5 full baths! One level! (Sleeps 24 adults, 2 pac n plays)
Gather 'round in the spacious living area that is perfect for conversation and comfortably seats 24+, complete with a cozy 80" fireplace and 75" Samsung Ultra HDTV and DVD player. The extended dining table seats 12, with four bar chairs seated at the granite, kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen has stoneware, melamine, and children's dinnerware available for indoor or outdoor dining. There's even a beverage dispenser to whip up a large batch of cool drinks for your gathering.
Step out onto the patio to an outdoor dining table that seats eight and place drinks on an ice buffet in the extended, galvanized tray. Everything tastes better on a natural gas BBQ, and when you're done eating, rest on the covered cabana to sleep it off, or sit at the seating area to talk about your next bucket list adventure in Southern Utah. Your entire experience overlooks the lazy river, hot tub, and splash pad, and will make others want to be where you are! Your night-time will be illuminated by outdoor party lights strung around the edge of the pergola!

You’ll be making memories with your family and friends as you spend the day at the two-tiered pool and 20-person hot tub and then come back to play the PacMan & basketball arcade and ping pong. Hang out on our covered observation deck by-day, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit, and star-gaze under the night sky. There are also three bikes to ride on the nearby paths, or take a three minute ride to Harmon’s Grocery for a gelato-run. Perfect location near the water, large comfy family room, SO many other places to sit in groups, lots of games & scooters & things to keep kids busy AND the best stocked kitchen rental I’ve ever stayed at. All the pots & pans, Pyrex, utensil, plates ( both in and outdoor!) and ( insert angels singing here) a cupboard with common spices, a little sugar, a little soda, cornstarch….all the stuff that’s so annoying to buy on vacation! Also, beds & extra beds & towels for days. Extra fridge in the garage. It was large family heaven.

Awesome place
We had a great time at this home and we loved our stay. Lots of space and is well stocked for a large group. The inside living space is large and spacious and the outside area overlooks the kids pool area. We loved that we could sit outside and watch our kids swim. There is no walk out gate to the swim area so you have to walk around the block but it is close and it wasn't a big deal.

The water Park was so close and a lot of fun for everyone. The weather was perfect - in the 70’s. The five bedrooms were perfect for us with one able to sleep a family of Sox comfortably.

The Perfect Place For Memories!
We had an amazing time making memories in this beautiful location. The owners were very great to check in with us and make sure we had all we needed. The house is clean and beautiful and so conveniently located near the water parks. We had plenty to do with all of the games, bikes, pool toys, arcade machine and more. This is our second stay at the Lazy River Lookout, and we loved it, again! Great location, and best house in the community. We like to pull a boat for extra fun at Sand Hollow, and the driveway offers good parking for a long vehicle/trailer. High recommend this property!

Great basecamp for hiking adventure
Let's face it, you're probably not ready for the good times you're gonna have here. Not only was this an ideal, centrally located base camp for various outdoor adventures, but also a great spot to throw a cookout. The grill is professional grade, and patio area makes for an ideal spot to BBQ. The owners were fantastic! Super responsive for the one issue we had (internet router needed reset). This place is set up to entertain. We will definitely do a more kid-oriented trip so the adults can relax while the kids hit the splash pad and lazy river!

We have been coming to St. George for years for Spring Break. This was the best place we have rented by far. It borders the pool/lazy river and has a massive back porch with tons of seating.
It was very nice to be able to send the kids to the pool and actually be able to keep an eye on them from where we were staying...and not have to go sit at the pool all day which I hate. My wife loves that, but I don't. Its a miracle we are still married.
Another bonus is that it is at the end of a cul-de sac and has a long wide driveway so it made it very easy for everyone to park off the street and right on front of the house.
This is a great place would come back again for sure.

Everything was perfect!
This was the best rental property we have ever had! Everyone enjoyed the experience...from toddler to Grandma and 11 others in between. There was something for the whole family. It was nice to be right near the lazy river and splash pad. And the home had everything we needed and more. I’ve never had a property owner check in mid week to see if we needed anything, but Dave did! What a thoughtful gesture! The kids and grandkids are already asking when we can go back. I’m not sure yet, but we’re going to make it happen!!!

Great Family Gathering Spot
We loved our stay here! The house was clean, and it had “extra” things some other rentals don’t include (simple things like extra TP, dish soap, laundry soap). The property manager was very responsive and easy to talk to. It felt like we got housing and entertainment all in one. The pool is excellent, and it was nice having our own hot tub to use. Plenty of seating, dinner ware, and space for everyone to comfortably relax.

This rental is phenomenal. It is by far the best property with a view of the lazy river and splash pad pools. The covered patio on both the ground floor and rooftop patio provide a whole other level of luxury. Inside you will find everything you need for your stay. Every piece of furniture and decor add to the luxury feel of the home and are expertly picked to provide space for your large groups. This home is large and comfortably fits everyone in your group with plenty of space. The pools are amazing and perfect for all ages. Added bonus a snow cone snack shack at the splash pad! What a treat for the kids! You could spend your entire stay at the pools and parks there is so much relaxing and fun to be had. Perfectly located with a short drove to downtown St George, Snow Canyon, Pine Valley, Sand Hollow and Zion National Park we could’ve stayed for a month! The owner was kind and easy to reach throughout the entire process. We will definitely be coming back and I’ve told all my friends about this place. Better then any hotel.

We arrived at the property two days before my daughters wedding. The house was immaculate, beautiful, and very comfortable. Very smartly designed and has everything you could possibly need. Both the indoor and outdoor areas have tons of seating and are very comfortable. The back patio overlooks the pool area and is a wonderful place to hang out with your family. The bedrooms are beautiful with private baths and comfortable beds. The owners were incredibly helpful in every aspect of our stay. We were even allowed to use the clubhouse for a small family gathering after the wedding for a small fee. Dave the owner was super responsive and kind. . We will definitely be back!
