We only stayed one night but we got to use the water park for two days.
4.1
Location, amenities, staff was exceptional and rooms were great!
4.1
The water park.
Going from one floor to the other to get to your room. Not normal not a straight shot. It could be a life threating for a person needing emergency assistant EMT not getting to a person in time cause of obstacle you have to take to get to your room. Its real laid out.

the staff was great. clean.
nothing
4.1
nice rooms
not enough restaurants near by, did not give us enough room supplies like coffee and toilet paper
4.1
Very nice resort and rooms.
But stay during the off season for reasonable rates.
Room on the third floor was the FURTHEST from the elevators even though ours was the only occupied room on the entire floor that night. Front desk had no reason to make us walk that far.
4.1
Good parking for car + hooked up tent trailer. Convenient location just off I-90 half-way Seattle and Glacier National Park
4.1
Loved walking property and village like feel.
Pool hours were different than what resort communicated prior to arrival. Easy to adapt but hard to wait when L
littles are ready to swim.
Advertised food shops not all open or operational.
4.1
they advertised hot tubs for use but they were not working properly
4.1
Great location. close to gondola and bike trail

The rooms were nice, clean, and though they don't have a stove, we could easily use the appliances, plates, bowls, silverware, etc to store and prepare meals. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the mountains. I enjoyed the 1 hour I had available for the water park, included with the room. We enjoyed the roof top jacuzzi available in building 1. The location was excellent for biking the Trail of the Coeur D'Alenes, exploring the historic towns around, and accessing the City of Coeur D'Alene. They also provide excellent, secure storage space for bicycles.
The restaurants had limited hours during the week, and the water park was only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Jacuzzis were nice but not hot enough and the jets were not strong enough. Make sure your room is facing the mountains...not the water park building (the staff was very accommodating in switching our initially assigned room).

off season quiet place. nice gardens and grounds for walking. loved the room, shared spaces, good local coffee in the room, and balcony with views of the mountains . good location near highway but far away enough!

Spending time with my family in a fun atmosphere.
Our hotel room wasn't ready until 4:30. The policy is that your room is guaranteed after 4. Very vague wording, I understand you are short staffed but they weren't even willing to talk to the housekeeping staff to have them clean our room when we got there. If you see that I'm here waiting for my room you could take a moment to let housekeeping staff know to clean it as soon as possible. The lady I had to deal with this on had a bad attitude. It wasn't all bad, most of the staff was very kind and helpful.

Good location.
Friendly staff.
Very rundown. Carpet needs replaced. All trim needs attention. Room was clean but was in desperate need of a face-lift. Extra blankets and pillows would be nice.
4.1
The room was very comfortable and it was great to have food options located on the property.
4.1
location and water park access
tv didn’t work , internet was slow
4.1
The room kitchenette was well laid out and fully equipped for a weekend stay. However, a cooktop would be a nice addition since the number of restaurants around are very limited. The location next to the water park and right at the base of the Gondola also add to it's convenience.
It's terrible having to walk outside in the wintertime after enjoying the waterpark in freezing temps while you are still wet, therefore some sort of skybridge or enclosed walkway from the lodging to the park would be appreciated. Also Noah's Canteen had some excellent dishes on their menu that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed.

Walls paper thin. We could hear conversations in the next room.
