A fantastic apartment, meticulously clean with everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and good sharp knives to cook with, the bathroom has a lovely shower with good water pressure, the beds are firm and comfy and the balcony is perfect for eating outside in glorious weather but with a little bit of shade. The pool is a perfect temperature to cool off after sitting in the sun, the beach is just a few paces away from the front door - all in all, just perfect.

We stayed 9 nights in October. Nice convenient location near quieter end of Rincon where you have quick 10-min drive to Mercadona for groceries, or short walk to beachside restaurants. Listing is exactly as shown in photos with everything you’ll need. Great salt water pool. Well-maintained grounds. Nice neighbours. Fully equipped kitchen including condiments and new appliances so we enjoyed meals at home on the balcony. Tiny bathroom and shower but all spotless and functional. Very relaxing stay. Good communication with owner who was immediately available and helpful by phone during small hiccup on check-in. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Torre de Benagalbón was wonderful. The apartment and the area was just great. Nothing was missing in the apartment and we felt very good there. The description in the instrat was very precise and corresponded to the truth. We will certainly come again in the future to enjoy our holidays there. Our stay at Jose’s place was just awesome! Nothing is missing in the appartement… the view is amazing , the kitchen complete.. and the wifi is also fine. Communication with Jose are easy and fast. I totally recommend this place! We will be back!

Great place to relax and unwind. Location was excellent with supermarkets, small stores and places to eat easily accessed on foot. Right on the beach you couldn’t fail to enjoy the lapping of the waves. Very soothing. Apartment was very well appointed with all the domestic appliances you need. TV was a challenge as Freesat was not the easiest to use. Two beach chairs were provided for us which I had never used before but they were surprisingly comfy. Sun beds would have been a great improvement. The only down side was the lack of air-con in the master bedroom. Not being in the summer heat we were fine but it might prove more of a challenge in summer heat. Would have no problem recommending this apartment.

Excellent apartment with everything and more that could be expected from a holiday house. A quiet area with public transport access to many other places should this be required during your stay. A few bars in the location within walking distance should eating out be preferred. What more can there be to say, overall highly recommended.

What a wonderful stay! The property manager greeted us on our arrival and was available just next door. Everything was just right: Located right on the beach, 180 degree view from the apartment, also overlooking the crystal blue pool and even a tennis court! The kitchen was modern with washer AND dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and fully stocked cupboard for cooking. Private, quiet, gated with assigned parking and easy access to great supermarket and restaurants nearby. Everything you want/need in a lovely Costa getaway.

...allein für die Aussicht. Die war sensationell. Es kamen auch gelegentlich Delphine vorbei (Fernglas nicht vergessen!). Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet. Sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Außenanlage war auch sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Kurzer Weg zur Autobahn , d.h. die Highlights Andalusiens sind gut erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très soigné, très agréable. L'équipement est complet. La vue géniale. Le parking facile d'accès. Très appréciable d'avoir la piscine et la mer a 40m de l'appartement et dans un environnement calme.

El apartamento está genial, su distribución, sus enseres, el aire acondicionado, su limpieza lo nuevo que está todo, y sobre todo la situación, frente al mar, con unas vistas espectaculares y rodeado de todas las comodidades que se puedan pedir, para hacer deporte, en el campo de la restauración y bien comunicado. Reseña especial quiero darle a José Luis el dueño, su trato afable y rapidez en la comunicación. Cómo podéis ver todo del 10, nos gustaría repetir el próximo año.

Nous avons trouver l'appartement super, propre et bien équiper. Dans la cuisine il y a tout ce qu'il faut, les chambres spacieuses et bien claire ,la literie bonne. le balcon est super avec vue sur la mer ,le soleil donne toute la journée et réchauffe la grande pièce de vie.le soir de notre arriver , la personne qui nous attendait a été a notre écoute et très serviable. la région est très belle, de très beaux sites historiques.
