The rental is a well appointed, beautiful home in the gated community of the Saddle Brook Golf Club. First off the owner did not send us the Saddle Brook documents needed to stay, until a few days before we left Michigan. This documentation was supposed to be filled out & sent to the Club House 22 days before arrival along with an extra 200$ for evaluation & background check required by the community. We called them & told to come to the office upon arrival. They were most helpful & gave us a temporary parking pass for a week. They e-mailed the owner (who was in Prague) to fax info. for our stay. The owner was not forth coming & this started back & forth calls between the golf course, us & owner for 6 weeks. We continued to receive temporary parking passes sometimes for a week & sometimes day to day. The needed info. was given to the Club House the week before we were to leave. I had contacted the owner after hurricane Ian & was told minimal damage to the screens of the lanai & solar panels for the pool. Screens were to be repaired before arrival, they were not done until a few days into our visit. We were unable to get into the home until after 6:30p as house keeping was still there. The pool was green & remotes for the TV didn't work. Owner neglected to tell us the pool pump died & a new one was ordered, it was put in a few days later. Instructions for the remotes were given. The rest of our stay (except for the parking passes) was a welcomed reprieve from the Michigan snow

The house was beautiful, but needs a lot of TLC. The beds were comfortable, the furniture We had lots of seating, but not so comfortable. There was no lock on the slider door to the pool area which created a big concern about security to keep people out. Says on listing Heating pool, which was not working pool was a little green. All the pool area furniture was real bad shape several not usable, umbrella was broken, which homeowner did finally get someone over to fix that No communication from owner about the paperwork that had to be filled out to get into the community. Which was supposed to be filled out 20 days in advance, and we received it in our travels to Florida nine days in advance.
We loved the location of the community and was well maintained.

This is a lovely house that is beautifully decorated, and was extremely clean. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms when the entire family visited us during Christmas break. When the owner said the house had everything, he wasn’t kidding. We had towels and toys for the pool, separate towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for the beach, and lots of sun hats if you forgot yours. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location is wonderful. So many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Being right near I-75, you can easily drive to Naples or Ft. Myers. I would definitely recommend this house.
