This cosy cottage is in a quiet area in the heart of Charlestown, a mile from St Austell and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
The Mackerel is a cosy cottage in a quiet area of Charlestown just a short walk from the harbour, a mile from St Austell. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a sitting room with a gas fire and a kitchen with a dining area. Outside is roadside parking and a split-level garden with a courtyard and furniture. The Mackerel is in a fantastic location, within easy travelling distance of many attractions including the Eden Project.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car with unlimited roadside parking opposite the property. Split-level rear garden with lawned upper area and lower decked courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100.00

Clean , well equipped.
Home owner increased the duration of heating, when we texted her to say we were cold.
