Luxury penthouse situated in an exclusive resort with a PGA championship golf course designed by Dave Thomas. Our 2 bedroom penthouse is furnished to a high standard, has 3 terraces and a large private rooftop solarium, perfect for benefiting from the all year round sun. The apartment is ideal for families and golfers, overlooking the communal pool and landscaped gardens on one side, and views of the golf course and the Mar Menor on the other. The resort has 24 hour security, secure underground parking and is only 5 mins drive away from the long sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. The bars, restaurants and shops of Los Alcazares are only 2 mins away by car. For on site entertainment there is a charming golf clubhouse and restaurant, only 5 mins walk away. We now provide two bikes, tennis rackets and balls plus an assortment of other beach games. Full Wireless internet.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed for a home from home. The complex was very well looked after and within it the apartment was in a good location, not far from the entrance. When we arrived we were left a bottle of water and milk which was very helpful. The apartment looks on to the pool and has a few terraces which had sun and shade at different times of the day.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious... having 2 showers and 2 toilets was a real plus. Master bedroom is a good size and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds was big enough for our 15 and 19 year olds. Beds were comfortable. What makes this property though is the terraces. There is a large terrace at back of property off the 2nd bedroom, a small terrace off the master bedroom, a large terrace off the living room with table, chairs & parasol that overlooks the pool, plus a massive roof terrace accessed by stairs from the living room terrace. The roof terrace has 4 comfortable sun loungers and great views. Air con in the property was also very effective. Pool area is lovely... we used the pool every day and it was never busy. Location is also good... 5 minute walk to the club house or into Roda... would recommend Campbells Irish bar in Roda for drinks. The square / strip at Los Alcazares is 2km away, which is 20 minute walk or you can get a taxi for 6 euros from the rank outside the main gate of the resort and one back from the rank near the square. Note: On Saturday nights the taxi rank at the square can get quite busy. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

A very enjoyable and stress free stay, central location and on a very good golf resort. 5 mins walk to good food and drink and a 5 min drive to the sea front. Everything you would need as a base and a bit more, highly recommended.

Very impressed by the penthouse apartment which overlooks the swimming pool. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Great location for golfers as only a few minutes walk from club house and course. Would certainly use again.

We had a great holiday is this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Lovely view over the pool from the balcony as well as being very spacious and lovely furnished, and the bonus of a large private roof terrace. It was also very convenient to the clubhouse, which was just few minutes walk. The owners have thought of everything for the comfort of the guests, and great communication . Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely clean modern spacious apartment . Kay the key holder was easily accessible helpful and friendly . Roda golf is a lovely site and the clubhouse was reasonably priced . The roof terrace was where we spent most of our time as it was a sun trap especially after a dip in the pool which was a good size and well maintained and a bonus was it was in front of the apartment. We would definitely re book here when we return. Fabulous place

Thanks for a lovely stay, the apartment was spacious and luxurious. The sun was on the sun roof from 10am until 8pm. The gardens are so well kept and the smell of roses and Jasmine was lovely on an evening. The facilities, crockery and glasses etc were excellent, the hosts really obliging and helpful. The club house does really good pizzas, not something I normally eat for dinner but great and the staff were really pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday. The walk to the beach was a way but stopping off at the square both ways made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you Julie, Nick and Kay. Loved it

Wonderful holiday! Villa clean & well equipped - only thing missing is a safe for valuables. Roda Golf Resort is beautiful, quiet and security is excellent. Beware of Mosquitos when going to the clubhouse! Julie was very accommodating and helpful; booking was very easy! Kay, the lady who met us when we arrived, was lovely and took us to the local supermarket and showed us around! Kay also took us to the airport for a small fee. Overall, a wonderful holiday - shall definitely return.

A lovely penthouse apartment in a great location in a lovely part of spain The apartment has everything you require for a holiday The owners look after you with a fast response,always available for any info you need Julie was very kind allowing us a later check out and kay ( the key holder) even offered to take us shopping on arrival We would highly recommend this apartment if you won’t a home from home holiday in the sun you won’t find better

We had a great holiday staying at Roda Golf - it's a lovely complex, which is very well maintained at all times. The apartment itself is very modern/spacious and well equipped with extras you always need eg. hair dryer, iron/board, washing machine, kitchen utilities. Julie was very helpful throughout the whole process from the initial booking, to general enquiries, then return of deposit once we arrived home. Anyone thinking about booking this apartment should go ahead, it's one of the nicest places we've stayed at!! :o)

We had a fabulous holiday in Roda Golf, the apartment was beautiful, definitely like home from home. It had the added bonus of being situated in a pedestrian area which was lovely and peaceful. The apartment is in a fantastic location. Being a sun worshiper having the roof terrace was amazing! Julie was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to emails. Excellent location

The property is very nice. Great air con that goes all around the apartment, very handy. The en suite was handy as we took our 15yr old son and 20yr old daughter and they basically had their own bathroom. The best for us were the 4 sun beds on the roof terrace and not having to get up early to go down and put your towels on others to 'reserve' very nice. Overall we had a great time, great apartment and if we go back to the area again we would like to stay in the same if possible. Thanks

An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. A home from home, making our stay a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The appartment was spacious with the added bonus of a fantastic solarium with breathtaking views! The shutters at night made us feel very safe and kept the appartment nice and cool!

Lovely bright, clean and spacious apartment. Well maintained complex. Short drive to gorgeous sandy beach (Los Naranjos) which was never really very busy even in August. Sea was wonderfully warm and calm. Not too far to La Manga with more beaches and beach clubs. Would not hesitate to recommend. Julie replied promptly to any queries and was very helpful, even during our stay. Lovely selection of restaurants 5 mins away - would recommend gourmet wine bar in Los Alcazares, excellent choice reasonably priced.

Just returned from a fantastic break. The apartment was as described and detailed on the web site with all the amenities you could wish for in an apartment, which were all clean and well maintained. The apartment is very central within the Roda Golf and close to the club house and other amenities. The owners (Julie & Nick) were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The local resort town is wonderful with a great beach and plenty of good shops and places to eat and drink. If you hire a car, the surrounding area has a mass of wonderful places to visit and activities to try (if you have the energy) and all within a relatively short drive. Would certainly recommend both the apartment and the area to friends and family as a wonderful place for a holiday.

Have just returned from three weeks in this lovely apartment. Clean, beautifully equipped and close to all main routes for exploring Murcia, Cartagena, Isla Plana, Mazarron etc. by car. Wonderful terraces, which are perfect for watching amazing sunsets. Owners are great to deal with and we will def. return. Great beachside promenade at Los Alcazares with some nice cafés and several supermarkets in the locality too. Could not ask for more.
