Tile floors lead you into the condo and take you to the living area, where large and comfortable furniture sit atop a plush carpet, facing towards a large flat screen. Sandy colored walls and touches of blue really give the living room a beachy feel, but doesn't come close to the beachy feel you'll get when you step out onto the wraparound balcony.
Overlooking miles of beach and even more water, waking up with your morning coffee to a beautiful sunrise or enjoying a beverage at sunset has never been more beautiful. Back on the inside, a dining area holds a large wooden table with six chairs. Extra room for dining can be found at the breakfast bar, an extension of granite countertop space from the kitchen countertops.

The public areas were well kept and very nice. Our apartment needed some tic.. The carpets were stained and appeared to be less than clean, the furniture was rather shabby ( throw pillows shedding feathers).

- Mattress in the master needs to be replaced - feels like an air mattress
- Sharp edge of bed in master by door - ended up covering with a pillow to keep from hitting

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great! Beach front, nice pool. Close to everything. Condo complex in need of repairs. Elevator was having issues. I was stuck in one for 5 minutes. Condo unit in need of a little TLC. Plumbing issues (slow drains in all bathrooms) and kitchen sink.

Our family is tall and the three bedrooms with king size beds a plus! My only negative might be that the sitting area is rather cramped, not conducive for many to sit and visit. The wrap around balcony though is where we spent most of our time. The views are spectacular.

We loved this fully-appointed condo in a quiet building with super fast elevator service. All the bedrooms and balcony provide sweeping views of Destin’s sparkling sand and surf, daily dolphin sightings :) and full-on sunrises and moon rises/reflections. Beds and linens were fabulous. We didn’t use the golf cart much, would suggest bringing towels for its bench seats that are parked out in the open if you use it. Condo also overlooks the pool, hot tub, snack bar and waterfall areas. Hosts were incredibly responsive when we reached out!! We’d love to rent this condo again 😁

This is our third stay at Westwinds and our first stay in this unit (4759). The location is the absolute best for a short walk to the beach and beach views. Great restaurants are an UBER ride away. The unit was clean and well maintained for its age. The minor issues (light bulb out, beach chair/umbrella missing) were taken care of the day of arrival. We would rent this unit again. The golf cart could use some TLC as mold was on the seats due to weather exposure. Overall, a good visit to the beach.

Great location but sleeping furnishings were not of same quality as location and property. Worst sofa sleeper I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Like trying to sleep on a hundred pound sack of potatoes. Had to take 2 inch foam which was on sofa and put on floor to tolerate.

MVH was great and easy to work with. Condo was nice and beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated .... Awesome views from the large balcony balcony. On the down side the bedrooms have carpet which were strained and looked dirty . For the price I would suggest at least laminate flooring for those. Did have beautiful tile in living, dining and foyer area. A baking sheet is needs in the kitchen. Golf cart had blackish stains and appeared dirty in areas. I did wipe the seats down but they did not change. I would suggest a 6 seat golf cart for a 3 bedroom unit. Over all we did have a great time. I gave the condo general condition a 3 because of stained carpet. Furniture was great.

We had 6 adults and this condo was a perfect size. There is plenty of seating in the living room and the dining room for everyone to sit comfortably. The view was great! We were front row for the firework show on the beach. The cleaning people missed a few things from the previous people who stayed, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The weather was terrible, we only had 1 beach day, but that's the chance you take. The food at the Warf was terrible from every restaurant we went to. I started cooking after 3 failed meals. I recommend buying or bringing your food because restaurants in the area have not fully recovered from COVID. We were even disappointed in the Crab Shack on the beach.

We loved staying in the three bedroom condo with beautiful encompassing views of the beach.The water was as pretty as Ive ever seen and we have been coming to Sandestin a long time.Cant beat the location.The Golf cart was a plus but for such a big condo a 6 seater would have been better.Also there were a few things missing. We did not have a broom which is a necessity with all the sand. There was a broom head there without the handle??Also the silver ware was lacking. We had 6 people staying (the information said it could accommodate 8) and we had 6 spoons and 6 forks. Nothing we couldn't work around but it was an inconvenience with small children who are always wanting something to eat. Was just surprising for such a nice and expensive unit. Need more coffee mugs also (some are cracked) And we had to borrow a cheese grater from another unit.Also just FYI the sink in the back bedroom is slow to drain

Easy access to condo. MVH app is very helpful with access numbers and golf cart information. We did have a minor problem with water and a TV but they were on it quick! This condo had a beautiful view not only from the balcony but from each room. If you aren’t prepared to take your lunch to the beach, don’t worry they have beach service! Delicious grilled chicken or Mahi brought to your beach chair. Condo has a nice size washer and dryer, probably needs new kitchen pots and pans. Screen door needs repaired too.

When I was told my snowbird rental, through another agency, would not be available for the month of February, I had a little more than 5 weeks to make other arrangements. I started looking and found this wonderful property in Westwinds. I couldn't believe it, the agent through My Vacation Haven was extremely helpful. This was our 3rd stay in the Sandestin Resort and it was by far the best! The unit was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, 7th floor was perfect and the golf cart, it was the icing on the cake. Thank you MVH, you saved our vacation. I'll be renting from MVH in the future.

This condo is dated, which is to be expected for properties in Sandestin. However, this particular condo’s bedroom carpets are in desperate need of replacement, or at least a good steam cleaning. Also, we found the mattresses to be uncomfortably soft and sunken. Finally, the kitchen is very poorly stocked with supplies. For example, there was only one kitchen trash bag to last for an entire week. When asked, a representative for My Vacation Haven informed us that their policy. Is to leave only one trash bag. So anyone staying here should budget for lots of of ordinary household supplies. I’m the future, we will spend more to stay elsewhere.

Property was perfect as it had 3 rooms with King beds and each had their own bathroom yet one was also the hall bath. Kitchen worked but crowded when everyone was grabbing lunch. Gulf Views from all bedrooms. Nice patio furniture. Short walk to beach with nice pool and tiki for frozen drinks. Golf cart to visit Baytown area was a nice break to driving to Destin. We would stay here again.
