Top logement

Bel appartement, fonctionnel et propre, qui a totalement répondu à nos attentes. Idéalement situé, avec magnifique vue directe sur la plage et la mer, non loin du centre ville. Confortable et agréable pour découvrir cette belle région qu'est la Loire Atlantique. Propriétaire accessible et très aimable. Un seul petit défaut, qui peut être un handicap pour certains, logement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Mais cela n'enlève en rien à la belle prestation que cet appartement offre.

Great apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our week’s stay in this beach-front apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was made up on arrival for us, and was very comfortable. The shower was great. Having the beach directly opposite was fantastic, and there were enough restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk to keep us occupied for the week. Great views for people watching!

Ein Urlaub beginnt bekanntlich nicht erst mit der Anreise, sondern mit der Entscheidung für den Urlaubsort und das Urlaubsdomizil. Die Bucht von La Baule mit den Orten Pornichet, La Baule-Escoublac und Le Pouliguen verfügt über einen 7 km langen Sandstrand und über die komplette Infrastruktur für Badegäste, Spaziergänger, Wanderer und Radfahrer. Als die Entscheidung für den Ort feststand, haben wir einige Unterkünfte angefragt und uns für diese entschieden, im Nachhinein eine hervorragende Entscheidung! Angefangen von dem überaus netten und unkomplizierten Mailverkehr mit Catherine bis zur genauso unkomplizierten Buchung, bietet diese Wohnung alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof mit ebenerdigem Zugang zum abschließbaren, privaten Fahrradkeller und zum Treppenhaus. Natürlich gibt es auch noch einen Vordereingang, um schneller zum Strand zu kommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Dinge wie Teller, Gläser, Besteck und andere Utensilien sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden, so dass man nicht jeden Tag die Spülmaschine anwerfen muss. Ohnehin ist die Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, großer Mikrowelle und diversen Elektrogeräten (inkl. Nespressomaschine!) sehr gut ausgerüstet. Das Schlafzimmer, das, wie auch das Wohnzimmer, mit elektrischen Rollläden verdunkelt werden kann, verfügt über bequeme Betten und genügend Stauraum für das Urlaubsgepäck. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine große Duschkabine mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck und eine moderne Waschmaschine. Vom geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Radio führt der Weg durch die große Schiebetür auf den sonnigen Balkon mit famosem Blick aufs Meer. Das WLAN reicht mit 16 mbit locker für Streaming und alles andere und funktioniert perfekt und störungsfrei. Alles in allem ein grandioser Aufenthalt in einer Gegend, die wir sicher noch einmal besuchen werden. Vielen Dank, Catherine, für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Super appartement, très bien équipé, entièrement renouvelle récemment, le tout correspond aux descriptions de l'annonce. La propriétaire est très gentille et attentionnée. Le plus : immeuble calme, propre et situé face mer, la terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur toute la baie de La Baule. Je le recommande fortement pour un couple famille avec 2 enfants. Excellent séjour dans une location en tous points conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Les équipements sont neufs, complets, de très bonne qualité tant dans l'appartement que sur le balcon. La propreté est exemplaire. L'aménagement de très bon goût. La location est parfaite pour allier activités balnéaires, urbaines, de pleine nature. L'accueil est chaleureux, attentif . Une semaine de vacances d'autant plus réussie qu'il a fait très beau! repas sur le balcon au mois de décembre par deux fois!
