Not the best stay

Was a comfortable room

Was under the impression from the booking that it was a hotel but turns out to be rooms only Position - couldn’t park anywhere near the place and the parking lot only opened at 06h00 and I had to leave for airport at 05h30!!

Tolle Lage mitten im Herzen der Altstadt (wenn man es gefunden hat, da das Schild des Hotels und der Eingang sehr unauffällig ist) sehr individuelle, hochwertige Ausstattung, nette Details

Tolle Lage, interessantes Styling…leider hellhörig

Lage ist sensationell!!! Schön und liebevoll eingerichtet!!!

Extrem hellhörig!!! Strassenreinigung, Müllabfuhr…feiernde Leute und man hört den Nachbar bei sämtlichen Tätigkeiten…vor allem im Bad. Ein ganzes Bett wäre toll ;-)…mit 180 bin ich nicht der Größte und empfand das Bett etwas kurz …

Nice stay in central Treviso

Very central location and comfortable room

There was no possibility to add a “no disturb” sign at the door to avoid the daily cleaning of the room. Unfortunately the cleaner confused for rubbish some glass items that we wanted to keep as souvenirs. I think the hotel could be more eco friendly providing recycling bins in the room and giving the possibility to avoid the daily cleaning at the client’s discretion. Also the shower water pressure was very low and this should be looked into.

Trotz der Widrigkeiten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage war zentral und das Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.

Der Fön und der Safe funktionierten nicht. Es fehlte Dusch- und Haarwaschmittel. Es war sehr laut, da direkt am Platz.

I enjoyed my entire experience staying at Palazzina 300.

The room was exceptionally large for Italy. There was a sitting room with a futon separated by a door for privacy. The bathroom was very large. Our room overlooked the piazza and couldn't have been a better location. The train station was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms, great location and wonderful, friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed in two different rooms on two recent visits - both beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and incredibly helpful. On my first visit, arriving at night, I dropped my phone in the cab getting out at the hotel. One of the reception staff the next day made many phone calls to the taxi companies and finally, to my relief, finally tracked it down. It's the sort of assistance and service one gets from a really excellent hotel.

Great funky room with lots of character, fantastic location to main town square and lots of great bars and restaurants. The helpful staff helped navigate our late check in after hours

It might be more a Treviso thing, but the parking was a bit of a walk away. But when you consider the hotel is right in the main square I guess it makes sense

Perfect location, easy check-in: staff texted a small video to make sure we could identify the entrance, room size was generous and the terrace was fantastic!

Fabulous boutique hotel right on the main piazza in Treviso. the hotel and staff were exceptional and we really enjoyed

Location was central the room was spacious and the bathroom well fitted out. The staff were exceptionally helpful and communication from them was proactive and made our stay easy and very enjoyable. The restaurant Linda recommended for us was fabulous. we would definitely stay here if we find ourselves in Treviso again

Unclean Shower in bedroom, bad mattress bed, elevator did not go to top floor like advertised and I have a bad leg , no instructions on how to use air conditioner, half the shower heads do not work , hand held toilet faucet leaks, small space for two people’s hygiene bags in bathroom

Great rooms, but no chance to sleep. Party people recommended

I liked everything in this place: Stuff very helpful 10/10, Refurbishment 10/10, Location in the center, pizza in front of hotel 10/10. Our stay supposed to be great but night disco started! My score is based on my expectation to have a good sleep. With this property you are at the high risk NOT TO get it. During our stay we "enjoyed" a disco downstairs till 3 am. It was a loud music and vibrations of subwoofers. Not a joke! It is not a home party, it was an event with professional equipment to entertain a crowd

Please check the temperature is the fridge, sparking water was iced. It is not actually a hotel with desk and lobby, it a guest house. Cute, sleepless guest house.
