The beds were comfy
I was promised a recliner chair when booking, when getting in the room there was only 2 beds for 5 people, when challenged about this I was basically told to shut up and get on with it. my 3 children (2 of which are teenagers) had to share a bed with their younger (5 year old) brother. When we booked we thought it was great it has a kitchenette, don't be fooled, there was no pans, plates, cups or cutlery in the room and you had to buy it all from the front desk. Under the beds where dirty and had rubbish still under them. Room got cleaned once the whole week we were there.
Absolutely disgusted by the place and will not be returning. Oh and don't ask for a refund from booking.com because they won't help either.

Cheap hotel that had everything needed. Was comfortable
Some guy set for to his bread so was smoky one time

We chose this hotel for its convenient location to family in the suburbs. The rooms are well-equipped for long-term stays with a microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, etc. The lobby includes snacks and sodas for purchase.
There is a breakfast offer for purchase, but this is actually just frozen breakfast items (e.g. burritos, muffins, etc.) which you microwave in your own room.
Our room was only cleaned once in a 6-day stay and this was after we requested it at the front desk. And the rooms are not very sound-proof. You can hear most everything happening in the hallway.

Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, good value, spacious room.
I like that the room rate doesn’t include breakfast as we always go to Harner’s Bakery and Restaurant in North Aurora. There are a few restaurants near the property for lunch/dinner. Woodman’s grocery is fairly close. I appreciate having one complimentary pack of coffee for the morning; it would be great to have decaf as an option.
The room could have a different lighting set-up so all the overhead lights weren’t controlled by a single switch (I don’t always want all the overhead lights on at the same time). We get a single queen room and there isn’t a light or table on one side. I use the laundry basket upside down as a side table.
The recliner was broken.
Our room was next to a side door that people were going in and out of quite late - the door slams shut. A barking dog was a bit of a distraction. Otherwise the area is quiet.

Loved the full-size refrigerator. Nice counter space in kitchenettes. Room was large and queen bed was clean & comfortable. Recliner was a nice added touch. Good selection of TV channels. Lobby had great morning coffee...free & fresh.
Garbage disposal didn't work and carpet could have used a cleaning. No plates or silver in room but available for purchase at front desk. On extended stay, rooms are cleaned only 2x/week. Not an issue for us but it might be for others who expect daily service.

Nothing
Stayed 4 days and told on day one we dont clean rooms!!!!! Never have i ever had a room consecutive days and not cleaned daily. Not to mention no breakfast which is almost standard now.

Great staff and close to family.
Exhaust fan didn't work in bathroom. Disposal didn't work so sink drained slowly. No king size beds.

Very clean, very comfortable. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great! There was an elevator broken, being repaired, staff was doing everything they could to keep guests on the ground floor. Walking distance to several establishments for dining or drink. It seemed very quiet. Parking lot was clean and well lit.

Destiny has always been very friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, clean, cute decor, quiet. Convenient location. Plenty of fluffy towels. Great shower with taller shower head.
Breakfast is available for an extra fee. We pre-planned to eat breakfast at a local restaurant, so didn’t need/want breakfast included in the cost.
The kitchenette wasn’t equipped with any utensils, plates, etc., which didn’t impact us this visit but if we return and need the kitchenette for cooking we’ll know to bring what we need. The coffeemaker and coffee pack didn’t work right together.

I have zero complaints about the property. All of the staff was friendly and helpful (especially Destiny), my room was clean and spacious and the hotel is in an excellent location. Do not hesitate to book here.

Kitchenette provided nothing except two towels and laundry detergent, not even plastic ware. Soap provides in bathroom was the worse!

The main problem was WiFi connection in the room. It was weak and unstable. So, if I want to use the Internet I had to go to the reception desk where (probably) the access point was located. I don't understand (again - it is not the first time). If someone invests $20 million in a hotel, why on the earth would they want to save $20,000 on a good WiFi network at the end...
