The beach area has tables and lounge chairs for socializing and relaxing and sunning in the warm Florida Keys sun.
*All-Private (guest only) Dock with a slip just for your private boat including water and 120/220-volt power and FREE guest trailer Storage. Includes Water, hoses and fish cleaning station. Boating is Only minutes to the Famous 7-Mile Bridge and the open Atlantic Ocean! Deep-water docking available directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Your Personal boat slip on request (slip is for your own personal boat. Rental boats from non-related 3rd party are restricted)

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. YES! There is No Extra charge to dock your privately owned Boat. We can also provide free Trailer Storage upon request. One Boat/Watercraft Per Home (additional watercraft requests to be approved by management).
2. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT BOATS! **If you are bringing a personally owned boat, we need to know at the time of booking so we can assign dock slip***
3. Due to insurance limitations, RENTAL BOAT slips are an extra fee but can be set up on request. INSTEAD OF PAYING, Ask or message us for a Boat Rental reward coupon 😊 👍 We have a relationship with a great local company who will pay for your rental BOAT slip.
4. Yes! The Beach area, dock, and tiki hut and amenities are private for guests only. Child safety gate leading to your private beach.
5. Yes! You have Access to Swimming in gulf water via ladder at dock or rocky shore access.
6. Yes! Each home has its own Private Pool.
7. Yes, Tiki hut, beach and dock is a common area. All other amenities are at your private home.
8. Sorry! No Pets/ No Smoking Please! Smoking is prohibited on or near houses including the beach or dock area. You may smoke at the entrance area near the boat dock storage area. Please make sure all cigarettes are fully extinguished and all smoking materials are properly discarded in trash.
9. Yes! Great fishing 🎣 right off the dock. Take it back to your Vaca home to the Gas grill for cooking your fresh catch!
10. Yes! We can book multiple homes. All homes have the same floorplan and have lots of space. Please contact management directly for details.
11. Yes! Our management is on property daily for any assistance, if needed, for each house.
