About this house rental
This casual, comfy home is tucked up in a quiet cul-de-sac, but minutes from all the downtown fun! Ritz del Rio is spacious and perfect for your Paso Robles getaway with family or friends. As you enter to the left there is a living space with a couch, large flat screen TV and dining room table that folds out to seat 8. Moving forward through the house is the kitchen with its large counter that opens up to a family room. The place to gather and plan your days in Paso, whether you are wine tasting at one of the many wineries or sipping a brew at the Pour House or Barrel House. Through the family room you can enter the backyard patio. This patio is perfect for hanging out and BBQ'ing. Fans keep you you cool in the summer and heaters are there to warm you up at night while watching the game or your favorite movie on the outdoor 52' flat screen. On the opposite side of the house you will find the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom can be used as an office and has a queen pull-out cabinet bed. All share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Whatever your plans are for your Paso Robles vacation, Ritz del Rio is the perfect place to call home while you are here! Permit #STR19-0242. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

This was a very comfortable and met our needs for the weekend quite well! Every kid (3) had their own bed and the a/c was a much needed necessity as we chose THE hottest weekend to visit Paso Robles (110+) 😬 Neighborhood is quiet, very close to grocery store. Nicely decorated throughout, very calming. I fell in love with the coffee bar! The “iPad” screen thingy in the hallway was a great source of info.
The tv remotes were hard to figure out. We could only get one station which bummed the kids in the evening 😕. If we were staying longer, we would’ve got in touch with someone for that. Kitchen seemed pretty well stocked. Ice maker on fridge wasn’t working but PM left note to go ahead & scoop out ice manually. Would stay here again!

Our group of 8 came to Paso Robles for a birthday weekend. The home fit our party perfectly. It was is in the perfect area. Really close to everything on our itinerary. We will definitely book again if needed.

This home was perfect for our long weekend in Paso/SLO, where my family attended my daughter's Cal Poly graduation. Without steps, it was perfect for the grandparents who have mobility issues. The owner also allowed our small dog. The home was three minutes from great restaurants and had a grocery store within walking distance. It was a perfect weekend, and we will return. Thank you to the homeowners.

This was a roomy for bedroom home in Paso in a good location. Close to downtown and the La Mirada Golf Club. Communication from the property management was great and enjoyed staying at the house.
I have two small issues to note. There was no spatula in the kitchen. There were a ton of kitchen tools, but needs to have a spatula to flip eggs. Also the bed I slept in was a bit too soft and my back was a little sore after two nights, but that might be a preference just for me.
Would definitely recommend this place and would book again when returning to Paso.

The house was very spacious and clean. Great location, only a 5 minute drive from downtown Paso, close to stores, and a 10 minute drive from many wineries. Great for families or a group of friends. The only thing that was annoying was having to do a load of towels at the end of our stay, given that it should be included in the pricey cleaning fee already charged.

Great location to go back & for to the fairgrounds for the sheep jackpot show. House was wonderful big enough for all 8 of use that went. House had everything you needed. Definitely would stay there again.

Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything, two living spaces to spread out! Location was awesome, close to the action but quiet and peaceful. Can’t think of anything we disliked, except having to leave. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Ritz Del Rio is a great home with wonderful amenities, comfortable beds and furniture and attention to detail. The master bedroom is huge and well appointed and the other three bedrooms are very nice too. Everything is on one level, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the grocery store and downtown. We took the path and walked to downtown Paso one afternoon but it’s also a quick drive or uber away. The photos are representative of the property and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Very comfortable home and lots of different spaces to hang out in. Back patio looked like a nice place to enjoy if grillin' and chillin' but our stay was too short to take advantage of. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Need a better squeegee for the shower though. Kitchen had everything you might need.

We had a wedding in Paso Robles and my family all stayed at this beautiful clean and well stocked home! It had everything we needed and a beautiful patio! It was next to a beautiful walking trail... great location and close to everything. We will be back..

After having some recent not so great Airbnb stays, this house was everything and more! A couple friends and our kids stayed here. There was more the. Enough room, it was perfectly clean in a quiet culdesac. The beds were comfortable I felt like I was home. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with anything we needed including multiple coffee options and mini creamers in the fridge. We loved having Alexa to listen to music while we cooked. The backward was spacious and all the patio furniture was cleaned off and ready to use. There was even an electric heater we used while playing board games outside in the evening. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Paso and I will recommend to my friends! Thank you!

This property was a gem to stay in, it allowed dogs (so we didn't have to leave our furbaby behind), it was clean, cozy and comfy. This home had everything we needed! From a fully stocked kitchen, to a ready to go grill and a comfortable family room to wine down after a long day. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very cute house that was perfect for our multi-family stay in Paso Robles. It was well stocked and equipped, check in was simple and easy, and the touch screen system was an interest twist for managing the stay. We would stay here again!

The property is ample and nicely maintained. Its location is within a few minutes of Downtown Paso Robles and within very short drives to very niece boutique wine makers, tasting rooms.

A group of four of us have been trying to get a trip together to Paso Robles for years. We enjoyed our stay very much. Since everyone wanted their own room, the 4 bedrooms appealed to us. The pull-out bed in one room had an uncomfortable bar under the mattress, but that friend managed to navigate around it and it was fine. The house has everything you could want as far as kitchen supplies - even creamer and coffee. The furniture is very comfortable. We enjoyed the walk into town each morning. Overall a wonderful experience.

Such an incredible experience! What a beautiful home and everything dialed in to make it such a wonderful stay! The beds are so comfortable along with the couches - home away from home! You can walk to the store and adjacent shopping… such a great location!!! So grateful to stay here and definitely will be back! A big 10!!!!!

Our group of four couples really enjoyed the home. Just a few minutes away from all downtown has to offer and a couple of blocks to an Albertsons. Great location and very quiet.

The location the yard the beds the kitchen stocking EVERYTHING was awesome. I wish there was a pool but the overall experience was great. We will be returning if we come back to the Paso area.
