Nagyon igen, nagyon nem, nagyon ambivalens....

Csak jó véleményeket láttunk, a fotók nagyon meggyőzőek voltak, ezért mertük foglalni. A recepció és az étterem személyzete egyaránt nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az ételek finomak, bőségesek, frissek (nagyon jó a konyha) a berendezés ízléses. Az etterem nyújtotta kilátás magával ragadó. Kényelmes matrac, csendes környezet, a medence/kert szépen karbantartott, a wellness szintén nagyon szép, de....

Sem foglaláskor, sem bejelentkezéskor nem jelezték, hogy a wellnesben nem működnek majd a szaunák. Ezzel csak lent szembesültünk: egy az ajtóra ragasztott nyomtatott/laminált papír fogadott, technikai okokra hivatkozva (feltételezhetően ez az ok a nyár). Csalódás, mert a foglalásnál fontos szempont volt, és az árat is jelentősen növeli. A wellness maga nagyon szép és hangulatos, csak épp használhatatlan. A pezsgőfürdővel akartuk kompenzalni a csalódásunkat, ám onnan 3 perc mulva "másztunk" ki tüsszögve, könnyezve, mert a klór mennyisége jelentősen meghaladta a kívánatos szintet. A sószoba gyönyörű, de arra nem volt igényünk. A megjelölt "300m a parttól" légvonalban értendő: elsétálunk a lépcsőig/ösvényig, átkelünk az erdő homokos csapásán (eső után sár), majd a vasúti átjárón, és már csak pár száz méter ott is van a hotel saját stégje (inkább 800m a táv), de ez csupán 10-12 napágy befogadására képes, szóval marad a szabad strand, erre számítsanak a vendegek, ha közvetlen vízközelben szállnának meg. A szobában viszonylag sok pókot vadásztunk le (régóta porosodó pókhálóikat meghagytuk a takarítóknak, amit távozáskor jeleztünk is). Szintén jeleztük, hogy átvételkor a szobában lévő széket morzsa borította (sok... határozottan észrevehető mennyiség....), és azt is, hogy a nem mellesleg nagyon szép fürdőszoba wc-jének ülőkéjéről a vért és miegymást (semmi költői túlzás, szó szerint értendő) első használat előtt, közvetlen a "steril" cimke eltávolítása után letakarítottam. A szobához nagyon szép erkély tartozik, nagyon szép kilátasunk volt a tényleg szép medencetérre és poolbarra, ahol a fiatal barman (névtábla szerint Sz....) szemünk láttára nyalta le a koktélkeverő kanalat (nem, nem az erkélyről láttuk, a pultnál álltunk, épp koktélt akartunk rendelni... inkább egy kávét ittunk...) Az étteremben több szék kifejezetten koszos volt, egyet cseréltettünk is, amit szó nélkül, azonnal meg is tettek.

Exceptional

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel has various recreational facilities such as bowling, biliard, tennis, beach volleyball, swimming pool, and many more. Staff are nice and friendly.

I liked everything. Will come again.

Would recommend to anyone. Perfect

Absolutely love this hotel. We have been here several times, the place never disappoints. Clean rooms, good wifi, comfortable bed, lovely stuff and great food.

It was ok, but I won't come back

It was very clean and beds are comfortable.

No one except the staff at reception speaks English. Breakfast is ok, but for dinner we were mostly eating fruit because other food was not tasty. Big minus are flys, there was always a few of them around the food. They should care about that. Room was clean and spacy, but bathroom needs reparation.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staffs were very nice and patient. The bowling alley was amazing. We spent a nice holiday here.

One of our rooms' air conditioner didn't work properly.

The staff was amazing!!! Good people nice and so so sweet. I was very sick and far from home but never felt alone

The food. I felt like it was very expensive and only one day it was good. The rest was really bad and didn't make me feel Good.

SPA was not working especially in the cloudy they, and they couldn't find any solution for two day. They were charging money even water for dinner for a half board customer.

Comfortable room, pool is amazing and the leisure area is large, the hotel has its own private pier on the lake, which I dont believe was advertised. Very good overall i would recommend

Was charged for having our room cleaned, this was mentioned anywhere, however this may just be the case in Hungary and i was not aware. Bring shampoo and shower gel with you as they are not provided

A charming hideout with kids

Perfect with kids! There is a bigger pool for adults and older kids and a small for little kids. Everything safe and relaxed, you can really enjoy the time with your kids! The hotel is newly renovated and beautiful! Don't forget to visit the spa which is a must! New, spacious, beautiful! They take care of everything, even the smallest thing like electric cars for kids, charming! All your wishes are fulfilled with a great smile and the highest level of hospitality. Lake Balaton is REALLY within 4 minutes of walk with a separated pier and foodtruck! One of the best weekend we had during the whole summer. Thank you Tamas and Niki you are the dearest host we ever met. Next time we go to Balaton, no question we choose you again!!!
