We loved the beach front location of this delightful property right on the quietest beach on Poros. The property itself has been carefully renovated to a very high standard whilst retaining many original features. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room give spectacular views of the bay.
The large garden is equipped with a gas BBQ, tables, garden chairs and plenty of beach toys. We enjoyed nothing better than sitting outside of an evening listening to the gentle lapping of the waves on the beach.
The hosts are very hospitable and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed.
We can't wait to go back.
There is nothing not to like.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Most of the time, we had the beach solely to ourselves - apart from the wild goats passing by (which is absolutely adorable to see them). Beach parasols and sun beds can be taken to the beach. Really enjoyed cooking meals at the beach house.

There is simply too much to list... If you're looking for the perfect private getaway, this is the place. We stayed for 4 days and only heard two aircraft. There is a steady flow of tourist scooter and ATV traffic for the pirate cave, but after a few quick pics, they soon leave.
People and their garbage. We spent about two hours every morning cleaning garbage off the beach that had washed up the previous night. At one point, a sail yacht motored into the bay, but only to dump his garbage about 150m out and quickly leave. It was disgusting. We cleaned about 30-50kg of trash that kept this great bay from being the perfect bay.

The location is amazing, right on the beach. It is very rare to find such view, unless you do sailing or free camping. The house was fully equipped with anything you might need for a comfortable stay, from dishwashing tablets, to table tennis paddles and balls. It is as if someone has invited you in their fully equipped home and gave you the keys :)
The mattress was a little too soft for my taste.

Beautiful location on a generally quiet beach in a lovely bay. Very well equipped house with spacious garden and with lots of things for the kids to play with. Also great barbecue that we ended up using daily. We hardly left the place, everything’s there for a relaxing stay.

The location is great…just by the beach. We liked the simplicity and the peacefulness that the place can offer, we had everything we needed in the house including the outdoor shower with hot water. We had a wonderful time and we’ll come back.

We really like the sensation of freedom. Having the house right on the beach allow us at noon to relax under the shaded terrace with a cold drink beside. Late night bathes in the sea, quiet evenings, all we need at three steps away from our sun beds. The house is equipped with great concern with all the facilities that you may need.
Nothing at all

I travel in Greece almost every summer since 12 years and I can say this is one of the best places I have been. You can find a real relaxation close to the nature, but with all amenities, a modern house can offer you. The house is really well equipped with everything you may need. We loved the LPG barbeque. There is a big yard with magnificent view to the sea. Vayionia bay is a really peaceful place. The only one at the beach in the morning are the goats, coming from the near forest. We liked the place so much, that we spend all our nine days stay there. We didn't visit the rest of the beaches on the island, although they seemed very nice. The owner is also great and has tought for everything guests might need. Thank you, John for the wonderful vacation. Looking forward to visit the villa again.

The garden, the additional facilities (hammocks, ping pong table, the canoe kayak, the toys), the fully equipped kitchen, the presence of washing machines (for dishes and clothes) were more than we expected. Even the ceiling fans instead of an A/C (which existed also) were a great addition.
Everything was thought through by the owners and this was visible in every aspect of our stay (i.e. light sensors in the parking lot when you return at night)
We had a blast it was exactly what you need with small children. The beach was so close that we never had to take out the umbrella, we took a swim and returned home to lay in the sun. During noon that children are not allowed to be in the sun we filled a small inflatable pool under the canopy.
Everything was great, even an internet issue was fixed ASAP on a Sunday!

This is by far one of the best places to stay if you want a relaxing holiday. We had a 9-day stay and everything was beyond expectations. The house is literally on the beach (less then 10m to the water from the property) in a gorgeous bay called Vagionia ("g"is silent). We visited all the beaches on the island and none was so attractive for even a short stay. It is probably one of the most discrete places on the island, located opposite from Poros town (5-6 km, through the forest, approx 15 min by car). It looks like a virgin beach (wider than others on the island, pebbles in the first meters, than sandy) which is totally yours (no beach operators, villa in the center of the beach and only two other constructions at the extreme left and right of the beach at over 50 meters far from the house). The house has a gorgeous olive tree orchard and everything that you need for suntanning, including 4 sunbeds and umbrellas, dining, cooking and relaxing. The structure is stone and glass, two bedrooms - one matrimonial and one twin beds - and one living with three sofas comfortable to sleep also and open kitchen. All rooms are ACed, kitchen has literally everything necessary, including dishwasher, there is a washing machine for laundry, barbecue both gas and charcoal, nothing was missing from what we needed. We were three adults and two kids, house was spacious enough for us; works very comfortably for one family with kids but it works for two families with kids also, if not too peaky. The host is literally a star, he was extremely nice and careful with us and the cleaning is made in average at every third day (the cleaning lady is super nice and speaks a very good English). You need a car for sure (better rent it from Galatas or the airport (on the island there is only Sixt) otherwise many rentals for ATVs and bikes). Groceries can be made in town, where you can also find fish tavernas in the port.
