Well worth the stay. Amazing service and we will certainly look to stay again when in Dorset

The host Kate was amazing. She knew exactly how to make the guests feel at home and looked after us very well. The breakfast choices were great. Kate also met our change requests. The portions served were generous and made sure you set off for the day.

Highly recommended

Wonderful b&b, great attention to detail. The host, Kate, was very friendly and helpful with great advice. Comfortable room and bed, nice bathroom, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. We had wonderful three nights at the Honey Lodge, and we definetily recommend it.

Really nothing to complain about.

Home From Home

Everything. There was nothing that could have been done better or differently. The location was just perfect for this trip. The accommodation is clean, quiet and very comfortable with a modern but homely feel to everything and a wonderful host to boot. Breakfast is an absolute treat. I would happily stay again and confidently recommend.

A warm and friendly home from home.

Everything at Honey Lodge was first rate. Our hostess, Kate, gave us a very warm welcome; nothing was too much trouble. Our room was most comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and the location was perfect with several very good restaurants in easy walking distance. Kate was also knowledgeable about the surrounding area and very helpful with suggestions for places to visit. I can wholeheartedly recommend Honey Lodge to fellow travellers.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

everything!! Kate, the host could not have been more welcoming. The property was ideally located been only a short walk to restaurants/shops. Bedroom was lovely, bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent

Hospitable welcome in lovely area

The house is in a great location in a lovely area. There is outstanding walking around half an hour’s drive away. Also several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The property owner could not have been more hospitable or kinder, and was also extremely helpful with ideas and tips for the best places to visit. We were greeted with freshly baked scones on arrival. The breakfasts were superb with a great choice including vegetarian. Everything was spotlessly clean. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Exceptional

Kate was an excellent host and made us feel really welcome. We spent a week with her and have absolutely no complaints. The location is very easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants. We will for sure be back when we next visit Broadstone.

Great place to stay - really enjoyed it

Great location for exploring the Jurassic coast, lovely accommodation with friendly and informative hosts, who took good care of us as well as our bikes when we weren't on them. Lovely breakfasts - husband now expects the same at home!! Plenty of good eateries within walking distance and a few more a bike ride away.

The welcome we received and attentiveness by Catherine during our stay. She was very helpful, providing information in support of our stay, Places to visit etc, the breakfasts were amazing and the room very clean and comfortable too.

Wonderful stay and will return again, highly recommended.

Location was excellent, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, had three nights of great sleep. Breakfast was beautifully presented and lovely quality. Kate was a great host, very friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Only one small criticism, the toilet is very low and not suitable for an arthritic person. However, I’m not there yet but would be problematic, probably needs upgrading.

It was perfect for us for an overnight stay. As others have commented the room is a little small especially if you have a couple of suitcases. However everything was spotlessly clean and the welcome tray greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. We would certainly recommend Honey Lodge to other travelers.

We had a wonderful time and was made to feel very welcome.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great choice picked the night before. Lovely fresh fruit salad to start.

The room was amazing very clean so comfortable to stay. The host was so kind and very friendly. And gave us a healthy breakfast in the morning. The location very close to the beaches so many places to explore. Very good for relaxing. We had a great time indeed. It’s such a highly recommended property to stay .. excellent 👍👍👍 honeylodge one of the best place to stay 👍

Homely, comfortable and great breakfast.

We booked this property last minute. We normally stay in hotels and not peoples homes but found this to be perfect. Very much a home with little home comforts. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast.

the only thing I would of appreciated is a fan but that's me just searching for something to add, it was perfect.

Good room, good breakfast and convenient location

The room was very clean, fresh, pleasantly decorated and well equipped with TV, tea-making equipment and hairdryer. Breakfast was excellent and arranged in two sittings so the breakfast room felt quite private. The hostess was very friendly and helpful with information about local facilities. Lots of places to eat nearby.

The room was a little bit small but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

We really did chill out and made the very most of our short break.

The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Very Covid safe practice and environment. Convenient for buses so getting around on our bus passes was possible and a new experience. No worries about parking. Kate was brilliant; she advised about places to visit, bus and train routes and timetables and even some good books to read. Well done, Kate, thank you.

The room was very pretty and accessed by its own rear entry point. Secure therefore and private. It was on the small side so sitting in the room was not possible, however, we had access to the dining room throughout the time so sitting in there was an option. As it happened the weather was superb so we were out from early in the am until bedtime. Maneuvering in the car park was tight for 2 cars but it was safe parking and we didn't need to use the car very much at all. A pleasant and easy walk into the town meant that browsing the shops and restaurants was manageable on foot and there are some fabulous eating places on the door step.

The Breakfast was excellent. A lot of choice. My wife tried them all. The room was spotless and the owner was very helpfull & very welcoming.
