Short and wouldn’t want much longer here.

It was close the the airport. Staff were friendly

The room was cold and the heater turned off and didn’t come back on. Walls and carpet were needing so work. Reception shut early and the details on getting the keys was length.

Never again

Location was the only think good

The staff is rude. (at least the lady that spoke with me). Room is not properly clean, doors don't close properly. My team member has requested never to put him there again and he is quite easy going with accommodation.

먼지많고 더러운 숙소. 1박에200????

5분 거리에 버스정류장 15분거리에 기차역있음

1. 청소 심각 수준 . 곳곳에 먼지가 쌓여 있고 냄새가 심함. 창문닦았더니 휴지가 까맣게 됨 2. 유리창 청소라도 하려고 청소도구를 달라고하자 환불해줄테니 나가라 언제까지 나갈수있는지 알려달라는 문자를 받음 3.잘때 물내려가는 소리 심각함 . 발음 안 됨. 옆집 얘기소리가 들릴 정도임 . 바로 앞 도로에 큰차들이 많아 창문 닫고 지내야함 4베란다 있으나 먼지가 까맣게 싸여있음-결국 내가 물청소하고 한반 밖에 앉아있었음

Staff were friendly and accommodating, repaired a leak immediately. The rest of the facility was very disappointing.

Location, great amenities nearby,

Bed was uncomfortable, property was not clean or well maintained. There was a terrible smell in the room and the “deluxe balcony” could only accommodate 1 chair and overlooked a 4 lane busy room. Not what I expected for the cost of the room.

Spaciousness

Down button on TV remote did not work, had to get up to lower volume. Aircon was to cold in both rooms and not cold enough in living room. The mail double bed was very bad, it sunk badly into the middle. My wife and I slept badly as we kept rolling into the middle !

We would not stay here again.

It was quite spacious. The rooms were large. Enjoyed having a full kitchen.

The bathroom needs updating. The bottom of the shower screen leaked water. There was mould in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose which made it difficult to sit.

Owner was fast in attending to our concerns personally. Location is very near to the airport which was what we needed. We also had a nice.view.of the airport fr the apartment.

Excelente stay!

The receptionist was so helpful. I was looking for an apartment and I have to extend my stay in the hotel. All the time she was more than glad to assist me with that. The housekeeping service was excellent, the lady who is working was so nice with us.

Overall very good experience

Easy Access to all kind of transport facilities. Also It has variety outlets nearby to feed our requirements. All and all very good experience

We have a feeling that for the convenience of international guests Check in and Check out timing could have liberalised a little to meet with their Arrival/ Departure flight timing. We know it is normal to have fixed timing of Check out for hotels as per the commonly followed policies, but since it is an apartment some flexibility (off course depending on the availability of the facility)to avoid the inconvenience of moving out with luggage so early from the flight departure time. A baggage storing facility and refresh facility could be a better option.

Good aside from electrical and cleaning issues

The apartment was spacious and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. This would have been a great stay if all facilities were working correctly and if the apartment was cleaned before we checked in!

Only beds were changed and a quick tidy of the place before our stay. Many areas were quite dirty and hadn't received a proper clean for months. The remotes had no batteries and our request for batteries on check in was ignored. We got some ourselves so we could use the TV and most channels didn't actually work. The WIFI kept dropping out and there is an electrical problem in the apartment. Lights in the double bedroom kept crackling and the lights in the living room entry area would randomly turn on and off every so often (mostly stayed off). There is no actual proper lighting around the couch/TV area installed in the ceiling, so it was very dark especially with the entry lights playing up. Cracks in the wall/sliding door and very scuffed cupboards/drawers. It would have been a pleasant stay if facilities were working as they should and the place was clean.

I like the room ....just lovely

Washers and Dryers....they need to be Serviced or Replaced ? It takes hours to dry clothes and wouldn't if they worked properly ? Besides , your just spending more money on electricity than you should.

No contact with management. Complaints never resolved. Unit not clean. Washing machine not working.

Adequate. Had everything we needed for our short stay.

Nice shower, comfy beds, spacious, close to airport and bus route and surprisingly not too much air traffic noise.

As we arrived after hours and reception isn’t open over the weekend it was very difficult to talk to staff. The roof top area had lots of rubbish and broken glass. It wouldn’t take much to clean it up. The property is old and tired and needs a lot of TLC.

Got a bit happier with our stay as the days went on , but was not happy with no internet.

proximity to airport . rooms were quiet. Liked the tile floor which seemed to keep the noise to a minimum. plenty of sugar coffee toilet paper etc.

couldn't get internet on 3rd floor (our room) . Asked reception to get it fixed but never did. cupboard doors and floors were very dirty. Needed a good clean and mop. The rooms were a bit dated could do with a fresh coat of paint. The sliders to the balcony would hardly move.
