Ideally located and very peaceful wonderful apartment rigth in the city centre. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped with a large terrace. Completely renovated with two bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. A large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and the two bedrooms overllook a large terrace of 40 sqm. On request a garage is available within the same building. High level equipment available: Air conditioning, adjustable heating apparate, dishwasher, owen, microwave, small domestic appliance, internet (WIFI), digital TV, DVD player, stereo, washing/drying machine,safe-deposit box. Roller blinds, waterproof sunshade both with remote control. Ideally located to walk on the wide Padua pedestrian zone. Walking through you can find the several Padua marvels as Giotto Chapel, Museo Degli Eremitani, Il Palazzo Della Ragione, le Piazze della Frutta, dei Signori , delle Erbe, il Duomo, Il Caffè Pedrocchi, l’Antica Università del BO’,Sant Antonio basilic, il Prato della Valle ecc.. "Al Teatro" apartment overlook an internal court therefore it is peaceful.

We spent a wonderful week in Padova. The flat is beautiful, cosy and fully equipped and extremely well located : just a 10 minute walk from the center and shops just downstairs! ( We highly recommend the mozarella shop!) But the area is very quiet and we could enjoy the quietness of the terrace.
Walter is the perfect host: extremely nice and helpful.
Rent his flat and you’ll enjoy the perfect stay!!!

We decided to stay in Padova because of its convenient location near Venice, Bologna, & the Dolomites. Our family had no expectations of Padova and we were absolutely blown away by how rich this community is in culture, art, history, and there are so many great restaurants. This place is conveniently located close to all of it! The unit was perfect for our family of four. The host is amazingly helpful and the building is very secure.

The location was out of the immediate city center but on a good bus line for train station. Easy walk to centro storico Relaxed, real neighborhood with many amenities. Walter came to our rescue with booking/payment confusion so we had no worries when we arrived. A very comfortable, convenient apartment a lovely terrace for dining and relaxing. Treat yourself to a worry-free stay in Padua.

Tutto è stato perfetto. L appartamento è grande, luminoso fornito di ogni comodità con una bella terrazza. Pulitissimo. La cucuna equipaggiata di tutto con gusto ed attenzione. Fermata bus davanti casa .possibilità parcheggio. Grazie mille al Signor Walter per la splendida ospitalità. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo di sicuro

The flat is in a really good location, we could easily walk to the city and the train station. We had no problems to park our car (VW Sharan) in the garage. The appartment is fully equipped, the keys were handed over just in time. Overall a perfect stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Riccardo. Apartment very clean and well equipped. So much space, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Lovely private balcony terrace to sit and eat out on. On a main bus route with stop nearby. Convenience store next to the apartment entrance. Perfectly quiet when the windows are closed and bird song when they are open. An easy 15 minutes walk by the river into the centre of Padua. It was very warm weather during our stay and the air conditioning was not operating, just air circulation which was a little disappointing. However, this did not spoil our enjoyment and we congratulate Walter on his very lovely apartment. This apartment also has a concierge service and we found both the lady and the gentleman who were at the desk also very helpful. We would certainly stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.
I would have given this a five star rating but for the air conditioning problem.

The apartment is impeccable, absolutely as advertised and beyond! Lovely, super clean, central and safe neighbourhood, pleasant terrace and neighbours, cozy, practical - absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again! Thank you Walter!

This is a generous and well appointed apartment, close to the city centre and all of the important historical venues of Padua. Everything is beautifully maintained and comfortable - the beds are very good. Public transport is close by and there is an excellent coffee shop downstairs (fantastic cakes and delicious coffee). The building is secure. We were very pleased.

As so many guests of this apartment have said before me, this is a beautiful flat in a great location in Padova, in between a great café and a grocery store. It is a real pleasure to stay in an apartment that has been so thoughtfully prepared. We felt as though our every small need had been catered for (apart from the lack of salt and pepper!). No complaints!

We loved our stay at Walter's apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable and the location was very good (15 min walk from the train station, 10 min from the main attractions and a good supermarket right beside the building).
Walter was very helpful before and during our trip.
We definitely recommend!

Great place for business and holiday. The spacious flat is elegantly and usefully equipped. Pleasantly quiet. Air condition and terrace are a great plus in the summer time. Walter Ometto is a friendly landlord who replies promptly and in English to all questions. Perfect stay!

Four of us had a very pleasant five-day stay in this apartment. Everything the other reviews say is true: it is spotlessly clean, well-appointed and very conveniently located. It's a 10 minute bus trip to the station, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and no more than 20 minutes walk from any of the major tourist sights. There is a supermarket just downstairs, a bakery a few minutes away and several cafes and bars close by. Can recommend it without reservation.
