Breathtaking, prime location on-mountain Empire Pass (Upper Deer Valley) with "walk out the door" ski-in/ski-out access (WINTER) and mountain bike lift and hiking trail access (SUMMER). Located right on the Silver Strike Life which is a green run. Expansive views from living spaces, including family/dining room, kitchen, secondary master bedroom and primary master. Watch skiers pass by, observe wildlife ,and enjoy gorgeous, serene mountain scenery year-round.
Best location in Deer Valley because you’re away from the crowded Snow Park and Silver Lake lodges and located higher up on the mountain with front-door access to the lift and “Silver Buck” green run so it’s easy for beginners to ski back to the condo and enjoy lunch or let the weary kids take a break. If you’re not already familiar with this building and its location on the mountain, do some additional research on Arrowleaf. So many visitors come back here year after year because this is a highly sought after location and one of the best in all of Deer Valley and Park City for ski-out access with views and close proximity to Main St, Montage, etc.
FREE Empire Pass "Uber-like" on-demand transport service comes with the rental so you don't even need a car (unless you really want one!) Ask the owner for more info on free local transport - you still need a ride to/fr the airport (Uber works great or local charter services) but once you’ve arrived, transportation around town is free! If you do have a car, that is still OK. There is heated underground parking.

We rented from units located in this building for many years before buying ours and we were always frustrated by how old-fashioned and outdated the furnishings were, especially when we were paying big $ during peak season! Unlike other units, the master bedroom is privately offset from the other 2 bedrooms and the living room and chef’s kitchen create a large open space, perfect for enjoying time with family and entertaining. Kids will love the “bunk bed” room (sleeps 6 kids/teen in twin beds), and there is a secondary master bedroom in addition to the main master bedroom.
3 Bedrooms, each with their own ensuite full bathroom, plus a powder room for guests. We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Very clean and comfortable. I would have to say it is one of the most well stocked and labeled houses we have ever stayed in. Had everything for cooking and grilling, even a wine fridge for the wine I brought. We will definitely stay there again in the Summer. Easy to get to mountain biking and hiking trails. Having the Empire Pass shuttles was great for all of us. Host was great to communicate with and got back to us quickly. You will love it there!

Our family of five (kids 13, 11, 11) plus father in law enjoyed our stay. The bunk room was perfect for the kids.
The location was ideal for ski in / ski out with the added benefit of a locker room.
The views out the windows of the slopes and lifts were very peaceful . We were happy to have access to shuttle to take us into town with minimal wait times.
The only minor critique I could think of was easier access to cable TV. We were trying to watch March Madness which was a challenge since it was not on Hulu, Amazon, Apple TV.

We usually stay in The Canyons but decided to try staying in Deer Valley. Loved the gorgeous condo, amazing views and outdoor patio space! Empire Pass shuttle was such a luxury to allow us all to have flexibility. We had no issues at all. Owner was very informative and responsive. Highly recommend!

March family visit
Lovely visit. Property is exactly as described. Everything you need is provided, down to paper towels and laundry detergent, which is so appreciated. Location is ideal, can ski right out (or sled as my kids loved) and views of the mountains and lifts. Furnishings are warm and inviting, even beautiful candles provided 😊. Only small recommendation would be to provide clocks in bedrooms (especially children's bedrooms) and the option of down pillows vs. foam provided. We plan to return!

Amazing place to stay!
Took the family skiing right before Christmas. Wer typically stay at the Stein Erickson or St Regis but decided to try a ski in/ski out condo for the first time. We loved it. Although it was only me, my wife and our son we enjoyed the extra room. The place was perfect. I have already contacted them about coming back again to stay for spring break but unfortunately it was already booked. I will have this place on my watch list for future rental needs.

This is a beautiful, first rate home. It is exactly as pictured and described. It is very comfortable and cozy and nicely appointed. We loved being up the mountain surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery while still just a few minutes away from Main Street

Exceeded expectations
Not only are the views and location as good as they can be, the owner's attention to detail is evident. Little things are there for use - board games, pens, kitchen items, throw blankets, bathroom items, etc. We have stayed in places that provide a place to stay and little more than the minimal items to live. This place is the opposite - it has everything to make it a home away from home. And the location is excellent. Great communication with responsive owner.

Amazing Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo in Deer Valley
We had a wonderful family vacation! The property is completely updated and absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect with access to the Silver Strike lift right outside of the back door. Our family Christmas vacation
The home we stayed in was just that, it felt like home. All the amenities in the home were sufficient and available to us. The house felt light and airy. It was very clean, with high end appliances it spacious for our large family. It was decorated beautifully. Our accommodations were centrally located. The ski lift was a few feet from our building. Real ski out!
This place was perfection in every way. First, it is a real ski out place - walk out the front door and you are skiing! The lockers are nice too. We loved the upper Deer Valley location. We were so close to the Montage to go have cocktails and listen to music. but also super close to Main Street in Park city. It would take less than 5 minutes on the shuttle. And the shuttles were great. They came and picked us up so quick. we rented a car but we really didn’t need to have one. Other than to get to and from the airport and I think Uber would have been better.
The owner was named Joy and she was so cool. She let us check in early and leave in the evening without being charged an extra night. And and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived because she left us a bottle of wine. She was also helpful coordinating groceries delivery before we arrived.
The building is really nice and it looks like they are just finishing a pretty major renovation because things are all new and updated. There wasn’t any construction going on when we were there but it looks like they had a lot in the last few months.
This unit was the perfect location. It was at the end of the hall on the corner so we had no neighbors. It was quiet, no one could see in the windows and it was super private. And I love that we were on the top floor so the views were beautiful. All the furnishings and everything was super nice.

Amazing weekend stay
We made a last-minute trip in the fall for hiking and changing of the leaves. We’ve stayed at many of the hotels in the area but this is the first time we rented a place. This Building and Condo were perfect. We will definitely come back for ski season. The condo and location are A++++. Sparkling clean. The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed very new. owner left us a very nice note with wine and she was great to answer questions about things to do in the area and logistics. Would definitely rent this one again.

Exceeded our expectations!
This was our family’s first ski trip out west, so everything was new for us as far as what to expect of the mountain and lodging options. This condo, both in its location and its amenities was absolutely outstanding. The unit was beautiful, clean, and spacious, complete with top of the line amenities and fully stocked with anything one could need. Having the luxury of easy access to an elevator to a ski locker with all the equipment (room for 7 skiers!) where you can walk right out into the slopes is one of the best features of this condo. In addition, the owners were so easy to communicate with and provided us with valuable tips and specific information regarding Arrowleaf and Park City. We hope to return next year!

What an amazing stay!
So where to start? My wife and I spent a long weekend in this amazing condo (I feel it is more like a house because of the space). From the ease of booking this beautiful condo to the moment you walk in you will be amazed! The condo is decorated perfectly and very cozy to relax in. Plus it is fully stocked with everything you will ever need. The access with the lock box is a snap and the complimentary car service is a must use. The drivers of the car service were beyond friendly and very informative about the area. The drive from the airport might take a little while but the backdrop of the mountains is mesmerizing. I would recommend this vacation rental to a couple or a family because there is just so much space to relax and have an awesome vacation. Absolutely great property and the perfect location
Stayed here before with previous owners and loved it, but this time was even better. Location is still the best in Deer Valley and I love how the new owners re-did everything – it’s all brand new and gorgeous. They even left us a bottle of wine and some goodies for our arrival – a nice touch. Such a great value when you compare this to the Montage which is down the road, but you’re getting a real “home” (I looked up the address and these condos sell for around $2M! Thank you – great stay (again!)

Excellent family get-away - great location
We stayed here in early August 2018. Owner was great to work with. Condo is in fantastic shape — it was recently redone and has an amazing location overlooking Silver Strike lift and mountains beyond. We saw a moose walk down the run the morning of our last day! Perfect place to use as take off point for hiking Deer Valley (and from staying here in summer after having stayed elsewhere previously during ski season, we will definitely be looking here again next ski season as well — would be highly convenient ski in/out). Empire Pass free transit service on demand (with uber-like app) is underrated aspect of staying here — made it incredibly easy to get around Deer Valley and Park City. Building and amenities are first rate. 5+ stars!
