단체로 쓰기에 훌륭한 숙소 입니다

깨끗한 숙소와 넓고 충분한 방 욕실등 10년동안 묶었던 단체 숙소중 최고 였습니다. 교토 역에서 조금 멀다는 단점도 있지만 버스를 이용하면 그리 힘들지는 않았습니다. 주변에 로컬 음식점도 괞찮았습니다.

Enough and plenty towels. good amenities. kept very clean. running short of beer glasses and wine glasses, The may have been broken in the past, probably. enough and plenty paper cups are provided, instead. Good to avoid plastics.

We loved staying at this clean and lovely home in a neighborhood, wonderful owners!

It's all about expectations. This inn is not in main tourist areas of Kyoto. You need to walk and/or take transportation to get to sites. Also, initially we had family of 4 (including two fairly large teenagers) in small room with 2 small futons. Would not have worked. But the owner was amazing! We ended up splitting into two adjacent rooms. It was rooms with access to rest of house. Extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming. We would have stayed there for more days if we'd had time! Areas to curl up in a chair and read a book after a long day of sightseeing. Tea, coffee, miso and snacks available. We loved staying here!

Initially, though we'd signed up for a family room and noted ages of our children (teenagers, they're 12 and 15, but pretty big), we got a room that could not possibly have fit us. It could be a family room for a family with small children, possibly, but not for family with kids over the age of 6. This wasn't necessarily fault of the inn owners, but maybe a system glitch with Booking.com (it happened in another hotel as well). Fortunately the owner was willing and able to switch things around, and there was room. But beware when reserving. Size of rooms listed on site is misleading. Also, if you want to be in the thick of things in Kyoto, beware that this is more in a neighborhood. We loved this aspect of our stay, but it's important to have expectations set.

Very clean and homey. Walking distance from JR Kyoto station, public bath was really close, also 24hr laundry.

we were too late to looking for japanese style accommodation. finally we booked this one. apartment is new and clean.

location is not that good, need to walk for a while to take bus. do not have many choices for restaurant nearby. not cheap.
