We enjoyed 15 nights in this lovely air conditioned apartment, which have everything you need with 3 bedrooms, large terrace with view of the bay and in walking distance to a nice white stone beach and the city of Trogir with a large variety of restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped including barbecue and a fridge for keeping your wine chilled. The communication with Sandra from the rental agency went very smooth and easy.

The apartment was very clean and the people responsible for the apartment were very helpful during the stay. I would recommend living here - also because of its walking distance to the center of trogir and to the beaches.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment is really comfortable and fantastically well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is nice and convenient for Trogir, the beaches and the bars in Okrug Gornji. It is a short walk to all of them. The highlight of the stay is the brilliant balcony which has lots of comfy furniture and amazing views. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent location and accommodation near Trogir
The property is excellent. Beds were comfortable and everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is amazing and there is a cooling breeze at times. Everything in the apartment worked well, showers were good, air conditioning effective and the oven/hob was fine. We were able to walk into Trogir via the ‘short-cut’ in around 10 minutes. Trogir is a beautiful medieval town, better than Split in our opinion. The ferry service from Trogir to Split takes around 1 hour and worked well, think it was around 34 kn each way per adult. We used the local bus service to visit the Kastels, they run around every 20 minutes most of the time (return cost 22kn for our trip). We went to Krka national park, hiring a car instead of going on an organised trip (we stopped at the pirate mini golf (18 holes), near Sibenik on the way - recommended. The agents at Dalmatian property were prompt, helpful and efficient with any requests, helping to organise a taxi to their office and then the apartment after we landed. We had a great holiday, location and apartment perfect with stunning views from the balcony.

The view from the Balcony is spectacular! We had a really nice stay. Things to improve: There would be really nice if there was an info folder/ information about practical things like where the closest grocery store is located, where to walk to get to the beach and town to avoid the road with the hazard traffic, phonenumber for taxi, doctor, police etc.. Also a small map over the area would have been nice.
To do your own cooking in the apartment, it would have been great if salt, pepper and stuff like that was to find in the apartment.
We really would like to come back.

Wonderfull
In June we spent a week in this lovely apartment. We made good use of the spacious balcony which gets the sun all day and the views are lovely. Halfway through the week we realised we did not have issues with the beds they were so comfy ( not always the case ). It was very hot , but the airconditioning worked brilliantly. We walked to Trogir via the steps on to a lane most evenings. After a slight incline its downhill and took 10 minutes. We returned via the coast road the 1st evening (busy and no footpath in places and very bendy ) but after we walked back up the hill. Yes its steep but not too long. It took 20 minutes on the way back.. We are 67, not as fit as we should be and with various aches and pains. There is always the option of a taxi back ( by the bridge) which we didnt give into. We lovedTrogir and its great restaurants One day we took the ferry from Trogir to Spit ( about an hour ). The ferry deposits you right by the old town, ideal no issues with parking etc. We would gladly return to Trogir and this apartment.. The only instructions we found for TV were in German. We didnt follow it up and actually enjoyed a detox week from TV and newspapers, reminescent of our foreign trips in the 1970`s. It was our 1st trip abroad using HomeAway or similar and everythng was very efficient and helpful. A very enjoyable week!

All we hoped for
This is a lovely flat with an exceptional balcony. We spent most of our tine at the flat on the balcony.
The rest of the flat is clean and tidy but not exceptional. It’was big enough for the 5 of us.
Trogir is just a few minutes walk. There is a simple traffic free route. Trogir is delightful. Walk the other way and there are stony beaches just along the road. Better still, there is an excellent swimming area.
The downside of this flat has nothing to do with the flat. Croatia is struggling to cope with the amount of tourism arriving. The infrastructure can’t cope. The roads are clogged. The airport is half built. It’s challenging at times. All the same. It’s a beautiful place. Get on a boat and the infrastructure issues disappear. We lived our time here.

A perfect holiday apartment in the best surroundings.
The apartment was clean, spacious and had a wonderful terrace which corresponded with the pictures. Walking distance to Trogir and the beach. The self-catering worked well with a well equipped kitchen although in some places there is some salt, pepper and dish-washing liquid left from former tenants.

Beautiful view, loved the location!
Very nice accommodations. We were a group of six and were very comfortable in the apartment. The deck was the highlight, of course. We took all of our meals and spent most of our time out there. We also loved the beach down the road. Took a little bit of tutoring from the shop vendors to figure out how to get a chair and umbrella and how to pay for parking. But once we figured all that out, we really enjoyed it! Also, very convenient to have a little market down the road within walking distance.
Also, the ladies at the rental office were very nice and responded very quickly to us when we had questions.

Great views and a beautiful quiet location
Property had all the amenities you would look for in a vacation home rental.
Well maintained and fully stocked.
Driving to and from can be a bit scary at times - very narrow roads.....

Spectacular view, well-furnished apartment, great location
Beautiful as it is, the display photo doesn't do full justice to this apartment. It couldn't because there are too many superb features to be captured in one set of photos. The indoor furnishings are smart but also comfortable. Everything -- water heaters, washer & dryer, etc. -- worked well. The kitchen was unusually well-furnished right down to decent cutting knives, something that usually is missing in vacation rentals. Of course, the balcony is the jewel of the place, offering a spectacular view from the master bedroom, the living room and the dining/kitchen area. Initially we had some confusion about where to park the car we had driven in from Bosnia & Herzegovina, but a quick email exchange resolved that question. Once settled, we easily (despite uphill returns) walked to the beaches in one direction and also to historic Trogir in the other direction. Near the beaches, we found a supermarket offering fresh catch of the day for our dinner. One day we took a short drive to the far end of the island where we caught a ferry to Split; that saved us from congestion and parking hassles in the touristy areas. The entire Dalmatian coast was spectacular, and we would love to return. If we do, this apartment would be our first choice for lodging.

Very spacious with great living space and views from the terrace.
Overall a very nice property which suited our two families with 3 children very well, and good location. Close to beaches and walking distance to Trogir centre which is lovely with many great restaurants.
Some challenges with property around use of equipment which would have benefited from an information pack explaining the what and the how, etc.
It would also have benefited from an information pack providing a guide to the local area, e.g. Local store location and opening times, how to get to Trogir (walking/boat), taxis, trips, beaches, etc.

Fantastic Trogir Apartment!
We stayed in May 2017. Family of 4 (children 2 & 5) with a vehicle. Very spacious apartment with very large & beautiful patio. There were a few kids toys which our kids loved. Several little perks that lots of places don't have - HDMI cable on TV, stereo with cable to attach mp3 player.
Generally, the location was perfect - right between Trogir and the beach. That said, if you didn't have a vehicle, it would be about a 15 min walk to both Trogir & beach.
Overall, a great apartment in an amazing location. We would happily return.

Lovely apartment, fantastic balcony.
All home comforts in this superbly appointed and maintained apartment. Whilst the interior provides everything you need, it's the balcony that is the ' Jewel in the Crown'. Impressive size can accommodate a table and six chairs, as well as four sun loungers comfortably. As can be seen in the photos. It gives all day sunshine but still can provide some shelter if you've overdone the tanning! The views are truly stunning but don't stay in the apartment all day, you must explore the area. Walk to the left and you encounter beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and a selection of small beach bars or more secluded areas of beach if you prefer. In the other direction you head towards the city of Trogir itself. Your route gives you magnificent views again but this time of the old city which you must explore, though if you don't get lost amongst the walks and alleyways you're a better man/woman than me! Don't worry, you'll soon get your bearings.
The only note of caution I would bring up regarding the apartment ( and the area generally) is that you need to be reasonably able bodied. You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, we are of pension age and find it no trouble, but you need to be mobile.
Other than this I would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly, the owner Maria is always helpful and accommodating. Get in touch, get your reservation and book your flights, you won't regret it!

Fantastic apartment with beautiful views
What a gem! Fantastic location, just a 5 minutes walk into the town centre where we had a pick of numerous bars & restaurants and a short walk down from the apartment complex before you are on the beach. The view from the apartment was spectacular, and with the balcony being where we spent most of our time it was idyllic. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the mod cons - along with local tourist guides & information. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Ciovo!!
Had a wonderful time in this lovely place, the property is fantastic with all home comforts and a massive balcony with stunning views!
A short walk from local shops and a lovely beach.
Then a more energetic walk to Trogir which is rich in history with some superb bars and restaurants.
Highly recommend this!!

A great holiday location
This is a really nice, well equipped apartment which provides a great base for a holiday. The standard of fixtures and fittings is high (though maybe a microwave could be added to the kitchen); the view from the terrace is just beautiful (even with the shipyard) and the old town of Trogir is just delightful and is a relatively easy 10 minute walk ( bit longer coming back as the hill is steep!).
The only drawback of the location if you have a car is the awful traffic jam getting off the island but the beach at Medena or the city of Split were easily accessible by boat from trogir. If you want a day trip by car we found it best that one of us moved the car v early morning onto a car park near the old town and we walked down later - much better than sitting in traffic for an hour. Sibenik, the cetina gorge and krka falls were all worth visiting.
The weather was very hot so the air conditioning was essential and a respite from the heat but sitting on the terrace, cooking at the BBQ, walking down to the beach, little boat rides round the area and just sitting at cafes watching the mega yachts made this a very relaxing holiday and we would definitely return to Trogir and this apartment. As a group of 5 from age of 4 to 75 there was something for everyone.
Overall, an excellent holiday apartment which was extremely clean and appealing. The hot water failed in one of the showers and it was fixed virtually immediately it was reported. The owners and local representative were very courteous in all our dealings with them.

Fantastic view and very quiet
Our family of 4 (two teenagers) has spent one week in this very comfortable and spacious apartment. The apartment is fitted with nice contemporary furniture and offers everything a family would need for a comfortable vacation.
Mark and his wife made sure that our first time homeaway rental experience has been 100% hassle free.
The very large terrasse offers a fantastic view of the bay and the location proved to be very quite in the height of the summer season.
The walk to Trogir old town in the evenings was pleasant and only took about 10 minutes. The walk to the beaches under the burning sun was a bit longer and bycicles would have been much appreciated. Renting them for the week is way too expensive if you need 4 of them.
All in all we have been 100% satisfied both by the apartment and the location. Lots to do and see in just one week.
We can whole heartedly recommend this apartment.
Thanks again to the Woods family for having us there.

Beautiful apartment. Lovely views from balcony.
Very well equipped modern, clean apartment. Bright and airy with ample space for all seven in our party. We holidayed with our 3 teenage sons, aged 12 to 18 and also our parents. There was something for everyone, from the music bars at Okrug, to the lovely Trogir and then the balcony which my Dad loved to sit out on watching the boats and I made good use of the sun loungers with a book. We spent many pleasant evenings playing cards or just chatting, sitting around the large table with a bottle of wine after we had returned from a meal out.
Trogir is a 20 minute walk, has beautiful seafront restaurants, and the atmosphere in the evenings was buzzing when it was lit up. During the day there are lovely yachts to admire. The walk back is uphill.
The restaurants at Okrug and Trogir were all very reasonably priced and the service and menus were excellent. English was widely spoken. The local market at Trogir and well stocked supermarkets of Okrug provided everything we needed for a few relaxing evenings eating at the apartment on the balcony. It was a pleasure to prepare a BBQ on the balcony overlooking the sea.
We enjoyed days out using the water taxis to Split and also Medena which is a beach resort backed by trees providing plenty of shade. Medena offers plenty of water activities. The crystal clear sea makes for good snorkelling. The beaches are pebbly so beach/swimming shoes which can be bought from the local market were useful. The coast line of the mainland is very pretty and we also enjoyed a day out at the waterfalls.
The only slight downside for us was travelling about by car at certain times of the day because being peak summer weeks the roads were very congested due to queues leaving and returning to the island.
Mark was very helpful and friendly offering plenty of advise. We would like to thank him for sharing his holiday home which provided a fantastic base for a very enjoyable holiday.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in June 2010. The weather was very good. The views from the terrace and furniture excellent and ideal for dining and barbeques. The standard of decoration and fittings within the apartment was superb and very well equiped. The location was close to a beach with a good bar / restaurant. Walking to and from Trogir is delightfull and takes 20 mins. but involves a steep hill. The location is ideal for site seeing visits by road and ferries and you will be spoiled for choice with places to dine out. The local shipyard is on view and some noise can be heard but this provides and interest and does not distract from this excelently located apartment.

An excellent place to spend a great family holiday. The apartment is outstanding and perferctly situated to provide for everyone. It is a matter of minutes to walk to the beach or to take a stroll in marvellous Trogir, Nearby shops provide everything that you need to dine and drink well. We would recommend this apartment without any reservation. Thanks to Mark for his help and care.
