Charming apartment in the cute old town of Rovinj

Great property, everything you need and in a perfect location!

Excellent stay for remote working

We really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathroom. The chairs around the kitchen were comfortable for remote work.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was a good amount of storage in the bedroom. The unit was thoughtfully decorated, incredibly clean, and had great natural light. Jarka was very responsive and highly resourceful. The hosts were very gracious and insightful about places to go in Istria when we briefly visited. It was a very positive experience.

The bed was a little too firm

In the hart of the old town!..and quiet bedroom!

Tiny high steps to the apartment. Parking in 10 minutes walk...but it's OK.

right in the heart of old town spacious apartment with good facilities including washing machine access to a car park for €10 per night

need to walk up a couple of flights of steep stairs. wasn’t able to leave luggage for our afternoon departure from Rovinj

One of the best accommodation options to choose in Rovinj’s old town (in my opinion) ;)

What did I like about the property? EVERYTHING! It is not just an apartment. It has been my temporary home in Rovinj for the last two weeks I spent there. It was amazing. The apartment is spacious (compared to other old town apartment options) and also very well-equipped. It has been designed, renovated and furnished with great care and attention to details from a traveler perspective. To my surprise, my first impression after entering the apartment was that it is better than it looks based on the pictures. I had everything I needed for my stay, even more: dishwasher, washing machine, all kitchen equipments one would need, even a blender (which I could use for my smoothies as I do at home), etc. The apartment even has a mini separate garderobe I especially liked and used happily throughout my stay. Plus, the bed is extremely comfortable (also the sofa). All in all, this is an amazing apartment in a great location in the middle of the old town, close to everything (walking distance). It’s definitely worth it and a great value for this price. I could not recommend it more, and I already think about when to come back. ;)

I had to think about it but didn’t find anything negative to mention. :)

Little gem in the town center

Ne postoje reči kojima se može opisati kvalitet, udobnost i lokacija apartmana. Neverovatno čist, vrhunski opremljen, savršeno dizajniran... Opremljen do najmanje sitnice (od blendera i aparata za kafu preko kabanica za kišu do modernog kupatila). U samom centru starog grada, a ipak na izuzetno mirnoj i tihoj lokaciji. Odličan parking. Svi komplimenti za L'Arco Baleno !!!! There are no words to describe the quality, comfort and location of the apartment. Incredibly clean, superbly equipped, perfectly designed... Furnished to the smallest details (from blender and coffee maker and raincoats to a modern bathroom). In the very center of the old town, but in an extremely peaceful and quiet location. Excellent parking. All compliments to L'Arco Baleno !!!!

Super central, super flat.

We loved the location. All staff were very helpful and the flat was as described.

When the sofa bed is in use, it would be good to have an extra blanket. I used a beach towel, so it was good enough, but not everyone may be as lucky.

Very convenient and comfortable!

The apartment was very clean, well stocked and in a central location within the old town. The property manager met us at the ferry, helped us with our luggage and was very hospitable and attentive. There is parking available at a nominal charge within a short walking distance should you require it.

Nothing- everything was great! Would highly recommend!

Nearly perfect little enclave in the old town

It's right smack in the old town. Superbly clean. The furniture, fixtures and appliances are all in pristine and good condition. The toilet is very nice and modern. It was truly a comfortable stay. They even provided tea and a coffee machine.

While the location was superb, right in the old town, we had problems with our big luggages. Not only did we have to lug it up the cobbled streets, the apartment is located on the second floor up a very narrow and steep stairway. This was truly the only (big) flaw. There should be an option to hire a buggy service.

Excellent

The location of the apartment is very good being in the city center, but in a silent little street.The interior was very modern and novel. The apartment was well equipped, there was everything at hand that ever needed during our stay. Everything was very clean, even exceeding my high expectations which is quite a big thing, as I have VERY high standards in cleanness. The host was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Rovinj. Next time we will stay here again for sure :)
