It was an adequate place to stay but lacked some comforts.

Lots of room, clean (although there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke)

No coffee filters, the bed had one sheet with a cheap blanket, bathroom amenities (soap, combo shampoo/conditioner) were no frills- felt like a motel).

Loved it!

I loved how spacious it was. The pool was awesome. It was near a lot of restaurants and Walmart! The kids enjoyed how big the house and pool were. Everyone I communicated with was very nice and helpful! Great company and house. Will definitely be back!

We found a bug in the utensils drawer. It took like 5 times to get in the gate. I was told it didn't have a gate. They need to buy new sheets. You can tell they have been used over and over. I wish we didn't have to pay for the "hot tub " to be heated. But other than that, we loved the home and had a great vacation!

It would have been better if we were able to use the grill for no extra cost and also if the supplies like toilet paper were at least 2 rolls per bathroom. Also there were no enough towels for the whole house.

Poor

I had a good time thanks that I was reunited with the family because everything related to the place was terrible.

Where to start. First of all the checking process was a nightmare. I had to sign the contract 4 times. When I arrived at the property at 4:30pm (30 minutes after the checking time) they were still cleaning and we had to stay outside waiting until 5:30pm. When we enter the AC was not working properly and it was super hot and we had 2 babies in the house. I called like 10 times at the number shared here and no one answered. I had to keep calling until they answered and took until 10pm for someone to come check. I requested to have the pool heated for 2 days and they charged me both days but the system started working the 2nd date. I had ti call SEVERAL times and no solution given for the 1st day. They said it should take 1 day to have the pool heated but that wasn’t true. The system had an error and I waited all Saturday for them to check it and nothing. Apart of all that the house was not clean and the bathrooms only had one toilet tissue. We had to buy more because there was no solution to that. I will never rent a house from AOC Vacation rental again.

This was a nice house, I definitely would recommend!

For the most part everything was nice, definitely a family stay house with a lot of space.

I didn’t like the fact we didn’t have access to the water park or the fact that the jacuzzi didn’t get hot. I felt like that price should have been added to the stay so we didn’t have to worry about it
