Terrible got cheated and scammed

Nothing,Doors are damaged,road noise is coming from street all the night through door gaps,toilets were dirty damaged and not clean,its the biggest scam in my life, we were just got cheated and scammed by Chinese owner…..

Its a very old apartment,used bedsheets,dirty towels,broken doors, dirty walls,road noise was completely loud through door gaps couldn’t sleep…got cheated….some body is staying there

Location was good. Apartment was clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Good hawker stalls around.

Apartment wasn't like displayed in the photos. There were no sofas but we had wooden chairs. Gate pass card to come in the apartment wasn't working. No proper stove. TV had limited channels and limited options for children.

Very good

Very clean, other than cooking stove, all necessary equipments are provided, just bring yourself. 😁. Recommended for family stay, but only 1 parking space. Overall excellent. 👍

Name in booking.com is different. Owner should update the name n location.

Bad Experience

Place was clean enough to stay.

The rooms facing Spice Arena are extremely bad with sound insulation. In the night time, you can hear very loudly all the cars that passed by. Deposit of RM200 is an unreasonable amount and they didn't give any receipt. Finding the location there was a hassle. Booking.com didn't specify the name of apartment. When search for Apartel Opp Spice Arena, it leads you to another location in Waze. The person managing the place is extremely unfriendly.

Be careful with your booking

Place is clean Generally a comfy area

Parking area - prepare to wash your car(situated at areas with pipe leakage direct to your car bonnet) The host here will try to con you, if you book a 3 bedroom unit using Booking.com, they may ask you on WhatsApp on number of pax in which I said 3. With that, no messages till the day of check in whereby they said 3 pax means only two rooms will be provided and the third room will be locked. I asked them on why are they not following Booking.com policy , but they said there are no sections in booking.com to state this policy. So I was in verge of cancelling this booking (after reaching there) , the house attendant just decided to close an eye and offered me all three rooms. They asked for 200 deposit but no receipt was given. Seriously , while the house is a comfy house, I will not recommend this place to anyone as they are prone to con jobs.
