Lovely and comfortable, close to Larnaca airport

Villa is clean, in quite location, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and three fish restaurants nearby

Perfect base for family holiday

Extremely nice landlords, very welcoming. They tried to make us feel ultimately comfortable. The whole property is actually for Cypriot tourists, so the house is prime quality, all very new and modern. Central heating, extra heated water ( absolutely nice when you have girls in your family who like to shower, there is even an outdoor shower, which was really special with warm water!) a super cute sandy beach literally 1 minute away, which has the clearest water with fish and is very clean. Perfect for families with young children. You drive 30 minutes in each direction to see Limassol, Larnaca or Nicosia which makes the house perfect as base for tours. The beds were the best we had in Cyprus so far. Very quiet location. Fish taverns of high quality and not expensive 10 minutes by car. You need a car to get around here.

Great hosts, villa with facilities as per description, quiet area 5 min walk to small beach

The villa is located in a nice and quiet area. It has a lovely garden and is well kept. Hosts were very nice. We had a late flight and they bought us some groceries and placed fruit for us. They also assisted us whenever needed.

Location is a 50 min drive to beaches in Ayia Napa area.

The villa has a great location for trips around but a car is a must. The house has all amenities one would need. It is spacious and spotlessly clean. It is close to a small but cute beach, suitable for children with shallow water. The host Yiannis is fantastic and always helpful.

Wonderful place for a family holiday.

Very close to the sea, nice outside area and everything very well equipped.

Many cats in the neighbourhood, but nothing the hosts can do about it.

We had a very nice holiday. The house is spaciuous and clean. The garden is nice, we had our own pomelo tree 🙂

The house is very nice, located in a quiet area, close to Maia beach. The equipment is older, but corresponding to the price. A space around the house is perfect with beautiful trees. We would like to thank Stalo and Yiannis who are very warm and generous. We spent an amazing holiday in their villa.

Very nice villa, pleasant landlord who is ready to advise and help when needed.Beautiful small garden around the villa, great place to have breakfast at fresh air and enjoy flowers aroma!

Location for travelers with car, but it’s obvious from the map. Nearest villa currently (February 2022) is under construction and you may have some noise.

Great location

Quiet area, 2 minutes walk to the beach. During the night you can hear the waves from the sea if you open the windows. Yannis and his wife are very friendly and they provided us everything we needed. Is nice to have a car because is easier to travel around.

Really cosy and comfortable place to stay with your family

That was really cosy and comfortable place to be there with my wife and a son (2 years old) during 2 weeks. The owner, Yiannis, was waiting for us when we were coming with the delay. He was really helpful and we've even got some fruits as a welcome bonus. So really thank you and your wife, Yiannis! In the villa you have all you need including full equiped kitchen (dish washing machine, oven, stove, enough plates/pots etc.), all the bedding and shower accessories, etc. Hair-dryer, TV, lamps, etc. Also it was really good to find some extra electric socket adapters. it worst to mention that you have two toilets which is very convenient when your baby is sleeping on the second floor while you're relaxing in guest room on the first one. You'd also got really good courtyard with big and small tables and 2 sunbeds. There are some trees as well so you get the shadowed places. Parking slot will fit 2 or even 3 cars. A small but a good beach is nearby in 100m from the villa. Upon request we've got everything we need for baby: high-chair, baby-bed, some toys. It is a really quiet place. In november you would hardly see any other people. That a plus in our case but could be a minus for someone.

the main minus (which is solved if you have a car) is that there is nor shop neither restaurant in walking distance. The nearest taverna is only mybe 15 minutes away but there is no sidewalk on the road so it's dangerous to walk especially with a small child. Also you should care about cleaning and garbage yourself which become more important if you stay more then a week,

A nice and spacious villa in a quiet location.

A very nice villa: + a large porch + a little garden with shading trees + a backyard with a barbecue grill + a comfortable bed + adapters provided + a good WiFi A quiet but not a remote location: + the nearest beach only a few hundred meters away (we loved to go for a morning swim and then use the outdoor shower in the backyard) + near the Larnaca airport but not air traffic noise at nights + by car, a short distance from many archaeological sites and other points of interest + 2-20 km away from several fish tavernas, minimarkets and a supermarket Quick and easy communication with the villa's most welcoming and hospitable host Ioannis

Not a big issue but there is a smell of mould in the kitchen cabinets under the counter.
