About this house rental
Prime location in the district of Titikaveka on a beautiful white sand beach where the swimming and snorkelling is at its best. This idyllic spot enables you to watch the sunrise each morning being one of the first to see the dawning of a new day over paradise.
Nana’s is a modern and spacious, self-contained, two bedroom home. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom two singles (which can be made into a double) perfect for a family of four or two couples.

The beach side of the bungalow has a wide wood decking which is an ideal spot to lay your towel down on the sun loungers and do a bit of sunbathing if you prefer not to get sand through your toes.

We had a great time at this wonderful Beach House. The location is perfect: directly at a wonderful beach where you can swim or snorkel, outstanding views from the house and a little shop closeby at the main street. The house and the surrounding area are spacious as well as secluded. It is well equipped and there is snorkel equipment and even a kayak you can use. The communication with the manager was very fast and we got helpful information prior to our arrival. A place which we definitely can highly recommend!

The house is in a great location and is very spacious. Good outside areas and a good kitchen. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time at Nana's

Relaxed & easy place to stay. Great location, along with great swimming & snorkling. Short walk to the dairy for essentials. Friendly & helpful neighbours. Kayak a bonus.

After arriving at night and not being able to see our surroundings, what a surprise to wake up the next morning to see that we were merely 20m from the beach! The early morning light through the coconut palms and over the turquoise sea was the best way to start our holiday.
The house had everything we needed, including more than enough bath and beach towels, tea &coffee, and various other bits in the pantry and even a litre of milk in the fridge and some lovely fresh fruit in the kitchen.
We had arranged our transport from the airport through Eddie. If arriving at night, this is a good idea as the last few turns to the house are a bit tricky initially.
The house has lots of ceiling fans for which we were most grateful. All windows and doors have screens to keep mosquitoes out so we were never troubled with bites.
This is a great, open plan house for a family or group of friends to enjoy a relaxed holiday so close to a beautiful beach with the most amazing snorkeling opportunities.
Eddie, our host, was great with communications and additional information before we arrived.
We would, without a doubt, stay here again.

Lots of room and comfortable place to stay

We loved our stay here and would definitely want to book the property again. It's very spacious, beautifully positioned close to the sea, and so handy to everything. It was great to have a washing machine, the beds were lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen well-appointed. We've stayed in Raro a number of times and this would be the best house hire. Loved it!

Had a fantastic week at Nana’s. Great sandy beach, comfortable house, nice to be away from Muri but still close.

Tranquility personified! Sooo peaceful and relaxing. We appreciated being away from the bustle of life, yet we could access all when we wanted to. Thanx for your helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble, and everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable and welcoming :-)

This property is well equipped and spacious. Lots of towels and the kitchen is fully kitted out. Comfy beds and a great host. There is a small store close by (2min walk) and the property is a 5min drive into Muri. The house fronts onto a gorgeous lagoon with lots of great snorkelling to be done. Rarotonga recently had some flooding and both Eddie and Nana checked in with us to make sure we were OK. The debris that washed up by the sea onto the front lawn was cleaned away within 48hrs. This is our second stay at Nana's and we recommend it. Eddie is very communicative and responds quickly to questions.

Just awesome!
Great family accomodation with excellent beach access, privacy and everything we needed to have off grid fun and relaxation! (wifi optional, island tv reception mainly static). Don’t want to rave to much or everyone will want to stay there!

Amazing snorkeling right off the lawn
Fantastic place to stay. Perfect location for snorkeling and paddle boarding, even a turtle swimming around with the amazing fish. No paddleboard or kayak at the house but there were some masks and snorkels. We brought our own boards and snorkels etc with us. Was even a magic bullet in the kitchen.
Hope we can stay here again, was awesome!

Brilliant sport for families - Best snorkeling in Lagoon out front.
Great property with everything a family needs.
New BBQ, a SUP, plenty of towels and kitchen well prepared for doing your own cooking.
Easy distance to Muri (anti-clockwise 3k) and Wigmore's 24/hr store (clockwise 3k). The view from the deck is magical and we were far enough away from Muri for it to be peaceful. Very few people on the beach in Feb and the weather was great. VERY hot. The fans work well to cool you down. A great deck for evening meals and a great tiled and covered veranda or porch for you to have breakfast and lunch in the shade.
Can't fault the accommodation. Great hot water and shower. Fruits and flowers upon arrival and some good instructions on how to run the house, find food and give directions. A good selection of DVDs as well for relaxing in the evening.
Totally recommend to any family wanting a quiet time away.
Only one note - get to bed early as like most places in Titikaveka, the Cockerels and chickens will wake you early to make the most of the sunrise :-)

Awesome!
This was the best holiday home ever for my family. The house was so nice and equipped with everything you need in an idyllic location to enjoy the best of Rarotonga, and if you have scooters or a rental car, its not far from shops, food and attractions. My kids had a massive time time playing on the beach out the backyard in the lagoon, picking coconuts and playing with the friendly dogs. You sometimes hear visitors complaining about chickens and dogs waking you up at night but you get used to it and its just part of the Rarotonga experience! Loved eating the delicious complimentary pawpaw for breakfast! Can't wait to come back. Meitaki ma'ata!

Better than the pics show
Fabulous house. Very comfortable and clean and well equipped. There is a new couch which was a welcome comfort in the evenings.
There is great outdoor areas, one sheltered for rainy days and one open to the sun. Best of all is the location which is stunning. Beautiful snorkeling and swimming right on your doorstep.
Please note that protecting the choral reef is important and to that end, don’t walk on it. Also water is a precious resource. Rather than buying drinking water in plastic bottles and creating more waste, you can get the water holder we purchased and left in the house refilled at Avarua. It’s cheaper and more caring of the environment.

Great beach pad for families
Nana's is a great place to stay. With it's excellent snorkeling and cool trees over looking the beach (on the doorstep) everyone was happy. We enjoyed the space, comfy beds and added extras like fresh fruit, marmite and sup board for use to use. We will definitely recommend to others.

Loved our stay at Nana's
Our young family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nana's. It's a fantastic spot, right on a beautiful beach with a store just up the road. Charlie's bar and Cafe is just a few minutes drive away - great food and atmosphere. Nana's is tidy, spacious and has everything you need including lots of beach towels, dvds/books and snorkeling gear. The bottles of water, flowers and bowl of local fruit on arrival was a nice surprise. We would highly recommend staying at Nana's.

Great property in a great location
Great property in a great location. Very spacious inside and out. A little dark inside but it didn't matter as we were not inside a great deal. Fully equipped home with everything you need. SUP was great but it would be nice to have a kayak or 2 also so that more than one child can have something to play around with in the water. We would book again.

Amazing! A++++
Loved every minute of our stay! Best location ever! Perfect snorkeling right in your back yard. Perfect I think for most school age + children, our boys loved it! Amazing tropical fish! Eddie was awesome and helped us with all our needs. Only a couple of things that may need to be updated within the kitchen. The toaster and decent untencils other than that house was awesome! Perfect for our family of 4. We also arranged airport transfers through Eddie and they were amazing. We ended up hiring a car from down the road from $45 per day. Fantastic value! Would highly recommend Nanas, we're loved every minute of our stay.

great beach front holiday home
An excellent spot for swimming and snorkelling at all tides. Loved the extra touches of fresh fruit and cold water and milk so welcoming thank you. The home has all you need for a great holiday, beach towels and snorkel gear if needed. As it was very hot being Jan/Feb my only suggestion would be to have an ceiling fan in lounge.
Thanks for a wonderful place to relax for our holiday

Perfect Location
We found Nana's to be in the perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday home. We feel that Titikaveka is the nicest part of the island. The house was clean and comfortable and spacious. The carport was a bonus to keep the car cool. It is beach front facing west so the sunsets were beautiful. The beach is clean and almost uninhabited. The house is down a drive well away from the road so is safe for little ones. We loved our week in paradise and will recommend Nana's to our friends.

We loved Nana’s!
We loved Nana’s! This was our 3rd time to Rarotonga and have always stayed in the Titikaveka area and found Nana’s to be our favourite accommodation. It’s sheltered from the cooler winds that can come through from the SE which is nice. The snorkeling out the front was awesome, we saw a turtle and moray eel. The house was bigger than expected and lovely (the welcome goodies were much appreciated, thanks!) The local dogs were very well looked after by our daughter! We hope to be back very soon!

Fantastic house with beautifully location.
Fantastic house with beautifully location. Nanas is centrally located to most of the great snorkelling spots and close to Wigmores and Muri - and has a dairy across the road. Great snorkelling right off the beach in front of the house.

This would have the be the best location on the island. Beach is perfect for swimming and only a few metres away would be the best snorkeling ever. Nana's was much larger than appears in the photos and suited our family perfectly. Looking forward to future stays.

Wonderful value .
Wonderful value .. one of the better homes we have stayed in well laid out, spacious and clean. Lots of linen and towels, kyack and snorkelling gear. The tea coffee sugar milk and water was lovely to find awaiting us. Then Nana arrived with beautiful flowers and fruit so special to be greeted by the owner ...
We have been to Rarotonga 14 times and think the south of the island is the best area I would have given a five + stars if four of the five cockrels didn't wake us up at 4am one is enough??
