All the staff were very kind and smiling.
Our room was near the main road,so it was car noisy all night.

Welcome was nice with fruit and wine. Loved the room. It had everything we needed. pool area was lovely, especially at the end of the afternoon when you could have the pool to yourself, nice and peaceful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Loved the robes, slippers and towels. Ladies cleaned the rooms beautifully.
Disappointed the website said bikes were complimentary, only to find there was a charge of 15 euros (25 for electric)! Tea, coffee and milk wasn't replaced each day in the room- would expect these to be topped up in a hotel of this standard, never had a limit of 6 coffee pods per stay!? Bar was closed when we returned in the evening so we stayed later in pythogorio.

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Great pool. Breakfast with real (!) coffee and fresh juice from the bar.
The motorway nearby but that was a minor issue. Hardly noticeable. Pool was a bit chilly.

Nice pool area. Nice decor. Welcome drinks and snacks
on the house.
Limited breakfast. Limited TV channels. No window
stores so couldn’t leave the balcony door open for
ventilation. The shower wasn’t secluded, leaving the
room humid at most times, all the more reason to be
able to take advantage of natural air.

Convenient location close to the airport and the town of Pythagorio. Staff were particularly friendly and gave great recommendations and ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay at the property. Pool area was nice to lounge around
Would recommend hiring a car to get around as taxis are very expensive.

The staff goes above and beyond to make their guests happy.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and the swimming pool has a very unique style. The existing staff was very friendly and polite and tried their very best.
The hotel was clearly missing some extra staff. We felt that there were too many guests for the existing staff during breakfast as well as for ordering while at the swimming pool, as orders were often delayed. Also, the breakfast was quite poor for the price of the hotel. They could very easily enrich it with some local and better quality products.

Extremely polite and professional staff, super clean and very spacious rooms, free high-speed internet, great bed and mattress. There is air conditioning, there is a Nespresso machine in your room with 4 free capsules (not refilled daily, so you need to pay 0.90 Euros PER CAPSULE if you want more, which is a shame at the prices you pay for an overnight stay.
The list of things that could be better is too long. For starters, the location leaves a lot to be desired. The view from your room is either a cluster of solar panels, the laundry of the lady next door, the foot of a hill, or a crane nearby.
The decor in the rooms is faux minimal, this means you have no nightstand but literally a cylindrically cut log standing next to your bed.
You have no closet but a tree branch hanging from the ceiling, with a couple of hangers from which you hang your shirts. No space to hang trousers or dresses.
There is no chair or desk in the room, so you can forget working on your laptop, dining in the room or even sitting to watch TV... you have to do it on your bed or not at all. There is an iron table with two iron chairs in the balcony, mind you, so if you don't mind the heat you can work outside.
The shower cabin is no cabin, per se, but a built cubicle with NO DOOR, so when you shower you should expect water splashing in the rest of the room.
There is no bathroom per se, so the washing basin just rests on a built-in bench inside your main room, just as you enter. There is a special room for the toilet bowl, of course.
I visited the hotel in the summer of 2020 so it was strongly affected by the Covid-19 situation. This meant that there was no breakfast buffet available, but rather a disappointing "breakfast box" containing a miserable ham and cheese sandwich, a banana, some granola, a mini yoghurt and so on. There were no room service facilities, but a delivery menu from some restaurants from a village nearby, that you could call and order during their business hours. The pool bar was open only until 17:00pm, which means that there was nothing to do in the hotel in the afternoon or evening hours.
Overall the experience was below my expectations, especially since the hotel charges almost 190 Euros per night, which is a price similar to the Athens Hilton, for example.
