Wonderful location. Clean and comfortable. Very well equipped,made catering very easy. Excellent communication and response from Andreas.Home from home. Only suggestion would be to have a key lock box as only one key to apartment. Difficult when wanting to go out in different directions.

Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Komplex oberhalb des Tals Agaete. Der große überdachte Balkon ist für lange Abende mit Sonnenuntergang geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr schön geschnitten. Die Schlafräume liegen schattig, das Wohnzimmer ist zum Westen gelegen, mit Sonne am Nachmittag. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel zum Wohlfühlen.

Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung mit 1a Ausblick
Das Objekt war sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit war gut, die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber ganz ok.
Der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr schön, direkt auf den Hafen und auf das Meer, haben eine schönen Urlaub weg vom Touristenzentrum im Süden der Insel verbringen dürfen. Kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Phantastisch
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Agaete verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine sensationelle Lage, man kann am Abend die Sonnenuntergänge und den Blick auf die Saline genießen.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt- eine Selbstversorgung ist sehr gut möglich. Auch bekamen wir vom Eigentümer tolle Tips z. B. Restaurants in der Nähe, die einen Besuch wert sind . Wir werden wiederkommen!!!!!

Una terrazza sull’oceano
Ho soggiornato per 13 giorni in questo bell’ appartamento di cui sentiamo già molta nostalgia. Pulito in maniera impeccabile e dotato di tutte le attrezzature ed i comfort necessari per garantire una vacanza comoda, è situato nella posizione migliore di Agaete che consente di appezzare la bellezza e l’ anima di questo villaggio di pescatori; a ridosso di uno dei pochi lembi di terra che ancora resiste alla urbanizzazione, con gli ultimi orti, i piccoli allevamenti , i giardini privati .
Il panorama che si può osservare dalla terrazza è splendido e maestoso: una veduta a tutto campo tra tra il promontorio da una parte, il porto e la linea dell’orizzonte dall’ altra.
Tutte le volte che rientravamo dalle nostre escursioni era una grande emozione aprire la porta , entrare in casa e, attraverso l’ ampia terrazza - in realtà molto più spaziosa di quello che sembra nella foto- ascoltare la musica dell’ oceano, ammirare il paesaggio sempre mutevole delle onde , i colori che cambiano con il corso del sole, gli splendidi tramonti che fanno intravedere il profilo di Tenerife. Questo appartamento non è semplicemente un luogo dove riposarsi ma anche uno spazio da vivere e da godersi : è un valore aggiunto ed una parte della vacanza ! Anche la sera e la notte riservano sorprese: il verso degli animali notturni, il cielo stellato, la scia argentata della luna sull’oceano, le ombre ed il mistero della notte. Lo consiglio ai Poeti ma anche a tutti coloro che amano le meraviglie della natura!

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zum dritten und sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung. Wie viele Nutzer schon geschrieben haben, ist sie komfortabel und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Andreas achtet auch darauf, dass Dinge ersetzt werden, so dass der hohe Standard erhalten bleibt. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Agaete!

Best location in Agaete!
Everything clean and tidy and plenty of facilities and utensils. We went to Agaete intending to use the local restaurants, which we did for a couple of nights ( they were quite good). We then realised we had the best view and ambience right under our noses on our balcony. Spanish Cava, sea bream and the setting sun! Fabulous place!

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, super gut ausgestattet (incl. Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine,schneller Internetzugang/WLAN) und hat einen phantastischen Ausblick über das Tal bis zum Meer.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.

Great views and location
Comfortable, well equipped apartment, with great views, walking distance to facilities and harbour area Puerto de las Nieves. Agaete is a nice town with a good selection of restaurants overlooking harbour, good swimming in the sea pools and is well located for the many beautiful walks around the Tamadaba national park. Will definitely return.

Danke für die großartige Unterkunft und den herzlichen Empfang! Wir haben uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt; die Unterkunft hält alles, was sie verspricht! Frühstück über dem Meer und Abendessen beim Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon - besser ging es wirklich nicht!
Auch mit Agaete als Ortswahl hatten wir das große Los gezogen: Kein großartiger touristischer Rummel wie im Süden der Insel und trotzdem gut zu erreichen; eine tolle Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Meer, Restaurants und Supermärkte fußläufig ohne weiteres zu erreichen, ... Wir kommen wieder!

Perfektes Urlaubserlebnis
Wir waren 2 Wochen im Apartment von Herrn Pudenz zu Gast und waren begeistert. Der geräumige Balkon bietet eine unverbaute Rundumsicht auf die Bucht von Agaete. Keine die Ästhetik störenden Objekte wie Müllcontainer oder Bauruinen weit und breit. Sonnenuntergänge lassen sich hier herrlich erleben. Manchmal ist Teneriffa mit dem Teide sichtbar. Der Wohnkomplex El Turman, in dem sich das Apartment befindet, ist angenehm ruhig. Für Abwechslung sorgt das An- und Ablegen der Fähre am Hafen, das vom Balkon schön beobachtet werden kann. Auch gibt es am Talgrund einen wuseligen Hobby-Bauern, der u.a. ein Schweinegehege auf seinem Grundstück hat. Wir erlebten eine Sau mit ihren sieben Ferkeln, welche ständig ausgelassen durch das verhältnismäßig große Areal tollten.
Das Apartment selbst verfügt über eine gehobene geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Satelliten-TV mit deutschen Kanälen und eine hochwertige HiFi-Anlage stehen zur Verfügung, sowie Internet mit guter Bandbreite. Die Wohnung ist praktisch aufgeteilt und geräumig. Es gibt zwei komfortable Fußwege, die zu den ehemaligen Salinen hinunterführen, die jetzt als Bademöglichkeit nutzbar sind. An der Strandpromenade entlang ist man dann auch schnell in Puerto de las Nieves, das mit einigen kleinen Geschäften, einem Spar-Markt und urigen Fischrestaurants aufwartet. Für den Großeinkauf gibt es einen LIDL-Markt ca. 4 km Richtung Galdar verkehrsgünstig an der Schnellstraße gelegen.
Ein Mietfahrzeug ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, allein um die Ausgangspunkte der zahlreichen hervorragenden Wandermöglichkeiten im Umkreis zu erreichen.
Alles in Allem war es für uns ein erlebnisreicher erholsamer Urlaub, den wir gern wiederholen möchten.

Appartement très propre avec tout le confort et une vue superbe sur la mer.
Petit problème, la literie n’est pas très confortable. Quant aux chaînes de télévision mieux vaut savoir l’allemand. Plus de 100 chaînes en allemand et une seule en français. Par contre internet fonctionne très bien.

Sehr schönes Apartment
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, weil es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hat. Überdurchschnittlich ausgestattetes Apartment mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Küche auch super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüle, Mikrowelle - alles da. Sogar eine Knoblauchpresse, die wir noch nie in einem Ferienapartment gefunden haben. Möbel sind hochwertig (nur die Matratzen sind z.T. etwas durchgelegen). Toller Ausblick vom Balkon, auch hier hochwertige Möbel. Ein netter und entspannter Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

schönes Apartment in toller Lage
Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet – ankommen und sofort Urlaub machen. Die Ausstattung entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung. Vier Gäste haben gut Platz. Wir waren zu dritt, da waren die Platzverhältnisse richtig großzügig. Die ruhige Lage mit dem Balkon Richtung Süden kann besser nicht sein. Bis zur Badestelle im Meer sind es wirklich nur 5 Minuten. Mit dem Mietwagen lässt sich die Insel von Agaete aus gut erkunden. Nicht zu vergessen: ein netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!

We spent a wonderful stay as a family of 4 (2 adults / 2 children) in this very well equipped apartment (internet access, plenty of towels, washing machine, dishwasher and all accessory kitchen equipment). The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is very pleasant; it has a great view from the balcony, and is within a 5 minute walk to the seafront and natural pools (protected from the shore and our two young children loved swimming there).

The views from the balcony are fantastic and as the weather during our stay was a little unpredictable (it rained quite a bit), it meant that the vista was constantly changing, providing constant fascination. Sitting on the balcony looking over the panorama and listening to the sound of the sea was lovely and the photo doesn't really do it justice.
There are some convenient footpaths nearby, leading into Agaete and Puerto de las Nieves - with the walk taking about 10 -15 minutes.
The Spar supermarket in Agaete can be spotted from the balcony and is in walking distance but it is easier to drive as the uphill walk with a bag of groceries could present a challenge! It has a good range of groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables etc - in other words you can get all you need here. It has good opening hours, but is closed Sunday.
The kitchen was full of all the gadgets needed to keep someone who likes cooking very happy and there was also a great choice of music to listen to on some very fancy equipment.
The apartment caters for German rather than UK visitors, so there was only one English tv channel and it would be unwise to rely on wifi for downloading any films.
The location is not touristy, but there are bars and restaurants in the town and the hotel a couple of minutes walk away has a small bar open to non residents.
The drive down the coast is stunning - think Amalfi but with more bends and higher - and there are bus services into Las Palmas and other places if you don't fancy taking the car.
Its not a place to go to if you want lots of activity and night life, but if you need to recharge your batteries and feel comfortable and relaxed, I would recommend it.
We met Andreas a few times - he guided us to the apartment on our first day and explained where things were/gave recommendations on where to go/what to see and checked how we were later in the week.
