Comfortable holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and 70 sqm terrace. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Atlantic. Each room has direct access to the terrace.
The apartment has a living area of 70 sqm. It is right on the new beach of Puerto de la Cruz, the Playa Jardin, and near the Loro Park. Only 3 minutes away from the beach.
On the roof of the building there is a large sundeck and a small pool. Several lifts.
This modern apartment is equipped with dt. TV in the living room, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobes, beach towels etc. fully furnished.
For cooler evenings in winter, there is a mobile electric heater in the living room.
The open kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge-freezer, 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, electr. Juicer and food processor. The bathroom shower is infinitely foot traffic.
Upon request, a walker and an orthopedic shower chair is provided free.
You are in a few minutes in the old town with its distinctive flair.
In the evening you can comfortably walk 'Puerto' explore with its countless restaurants, pedestrian streets, tapas bars and shops.
The bus station is also nearby, so that the situation can be described as a whole very central.
