About this villa rental
This large villa consists of 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious plot with plenty of grass, a good-sized pool. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. A shaded BBQ and dining area, a lovely outdoor spa, a games room and loads of space and comfort for the whole family. Decorated with refinement and taste, this villa invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends. It is fully equipped to help you enjoy your holiday time with every comfort.
All the bedrooms in this house are quite spacious and well lit, all have air conditioning and also some standing fans. All bathrooms have underfloor heating for colder periods and towel warmers. All the twin beds can be made as doubles.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows:
• 1st Floor Right - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom
• 1st Floor Left - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom
• Ground Floor – Right - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom
• Ground Floor – Left – Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom
• Ground Floor - WC
• Basement - Small apartment that contains a bedroom with 2 twin beds, private bathroom, living room with sofa bed that can also sleep 2 more persons, and a separate kitchen. This unit has a direct connection to the main unit but also has a separate entrance. Great for a couple with small kids or teenagers.
The villa has a fully equipped and organized kitchen, so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends, as well as direct access to the outside to the outdoor dining area.
The inside of the villa has 2 separate leisure areas with one of them containing a small bar, well located below the games room, a nice interior fireplace, 2 sofas, coffee table and TV, and the dining room with table and 12 chairs. The other leisure area, in green tones, has sofas to sit 8 persons and also has TV with English channels, also with direct access to the pool and BBQ area.
There is a cozy games room on the 1st floor where you can find a snooker table that can be converted into a table tennis table, a table football and others.
Free Wi-Fi in all areas. National and International television channels.
The exterior of the villa is quite large and offers a bit of everything for everyone, grass for outdoor ball games, sun loungers and outdoor sofas around the pool for sun lovers, a great BBQ area under a wooden pergola with a dining table for the whole family, and last but not least, a relaxing outdoor spa for up to 4 persons. The pool is wide (10m by 5m) and the depth varies between 1m and 2.3m deep and can be heated for an extra cost.
The villa is very private and completely non-overlooked, oblivious to noises that do not come from nature itself, however, it is located just minutes from the center of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, ideal for families or groups that like to have fun and experience the local life (gastronomy, nature, cycling).

The villa is fabulous although we shouldn’t have had the heated pool . It would have been better cold to cool off ! Lots of space . Great privacy . Not far to villamoira 9euros in a taxi …

We loved the accommodation, was clean, spacious and location was quiet but what we wanted. Issue with the location of the bins which wasn’t explained previously and charged extra €50 euros.

Stunning Very private Villa
This is a very large villa set in large beautiful gardens it has a gated driveway and a large pool
This place is very private with no visible neighbours
The accommodation was perfect for my needs and everything is catered for ie kitchen equipment,washing machines,dryers,barbecue etc
The management team are superb we had a problem with washing machine and they called within an hour
We had 2 visits to clean pool and garden maintenance that they informed us of and arrived at the time stated very polite and spot on
The villa is a little way off main road and I would suggest a car rental I didn’t hire a car and had no problem with Uber taxis however if I return I will hire a vehicle
All in all a beautiful villa well worth it’s price and I wouldn’t hesitate to return

The Villa was amazing, spacious, great pool and all very secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, great place for familygroup of friends. I would defiantly recommend Villa Arrochela it is a lovely place

The only problem we had was there was nowhere close to put recycling and rubbish as we didn’t have a car. We took the rubbish once but it was a very long walk

Portrayed in the online photos of wow, however the apartment photos are misleading, and that apartment is a bit of a dungeon with a nasty musty smell. I would describe this Villa as well used and in need of a bit of TLC, not quite up to spec. the hot tub didn't work all stay and was filthy, we had to request for the pool to be heated as it was freezing not only for us but for the baby as well, the eating on lasted for one and a half days although paid for 4 days - we did get a full refund . The villa could be so speacial with a little work.

Villa Arrochella,
Portrayed in the online photos of wow, however the apartment photos are misleading, and that apartment is a bit of a dungeon with a nasty musty smell. This villa is amazing!
Clean, spacious and well equipped- we loved it. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, even offering to deliver shopping to the villa for a fee. We were a group of 11 females, we felt safe and had an incredible time enjoying the hot tub, pool and outside spaces. Prior to booking, we had some reservations due to other reviews but we did not experience any problems and had a genuinely enjoyable stay :)
It would be nice if you could provide dishwasher tablets and coffee machine capsules. Also, just so you are aware- there were some rats outside the villa.

Beautiful villa but hard to find!
This villa was really beautiful and everyone was so impressed with the rooms and facilities. Although it was almost impossible to find for everyone who visited .. you have to go by the GPS coordinates and make sure you enter them in correctly to get an accurate route! I would strongly suggest some signage for Villa Arrochella.
When we finally found the villa there were a few problems .. gate was broken so couldn’t drive in and most of our keys didn’t work. Having said that, the management picked up our call and got someone round to have a look straight away and they were very apologetic. A few hiccups with toilet and shower not working but they got an engineer round to have a look straight away each time.
Rooms were really clean and beautiful. Love the games room and pool and bbq area .. so so big and great for a big group stay! Although the hot tub was cold .. apparently it needed 24 hours left on with the cover left on for it to heat up. A manual or welcome pack would have come in handy for something like this. It eventually heated up to be a bit warmer.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, had a few problems but they were dealt with straight away really well.

Excellent place to stay for a large group of people.
The villa over all fitted exactly what our stay required. Seashell were very good at making sure are stay went smoothly.
No one came out to clean the pool & there were no main road sign to say where the villa was. A number of taxi drivers didn’t know where it was.

Stunning Villa, beautifully decorated and very well equipped
Absolutely amazing villa. Very spacious and luxurious and private. I wanted somewhere to stay which was private with my family so we could do what we wanted, ie late nights in the pool with music playing and no one nearby to annoy, this villa provided exactly that. Beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, private but still only 5 minute drive from local shops and the amazing restaurants. Water slide park only 10 - 15 minute drive away. I would love to come back with more family members and enjoy an another brilliant holiday.

Poor - not fit for renting out
Very disappointing. Impossible to find in the dark when we arrived. We had to call the emergency number to get someone to escort us to the villa which was down an unmarked dirt road.
There was no remote control for the automatic gate for us to get out until we asked for it. Until the we had to crawl through a small hatch in the gate.
No property guide in the villa, so didn't know how things worked. Did not know where to dispose of rubbish/garbage bags.
Had problems with 2 toilets constantly flushing. One then got blocked.
One shower not working.
Where you put the detergent/tablet was broken in the dishwasher.
No iron.
Broken net for tennis table.
No cushions for sun loungers which were too hot to sit on - danger of scalding.
No shade around the pool, no umbrella.
No cushions on the chairs around the outside dining table.
Pool was not heated - my email enquiry about pool heating weeks earlier was not picked up.
Had to make repeated contact with the company. Workmen had to come to the villa twice causing us inconvenience.
Worst villa we have ever rented.
