Nice house

Nice, spacious and well equipped. With nice garden.

Disappointing; not up to par.

The property was easy to find, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

The house was big, and roomy, and we looked forward to a great stay. Unfortunately, the couches in the living room were in poor condition; the surfaces were all cut up. The mattress was just ok-you could feel the springs. The hot water in the downstairs bathroom sink didn’t work; I sent a message and a few hours later received a reply, advising me to go upstairs and find/turn a key. My husband did that, and there was still no hot water. I sent another message, but it was never answered, and we checked out the next morning. In the end, my request for help went unanswered.

Wouldn’t re-book

Breakfast not applicable. Owner was helpful when access info requested on arrival (none sent in advance). Also v helpful when we had forgotten to pack iPad.

Torn covers on sofas. Overall, grubby & no cleaning products or cloths provided No outdoor furniture or clothes line. Overall, v basic accomodation.

Lo action was good and size of house was also very good

Furniture very worn ,duvet cover was of cheap material and made sleeping uncomfortable as in it was very clingy .Overall it was good but a bit tired in places .Also tv only worked in living room and not in kitchen or bedroom .We were only there for a funeral so it was fine but if I was there longer I would be very annoyed about tvs .

great place !!! had a washing machine and drier which was excellent at that point of our vacation huge place

Awful hosting experience, worse than unacceptable.

The host controls the heating remotely, and unless you enjoy being stuck in the cold, this really is a dreadful place to stay.

Nice, clean house. All technique in good working condition. Washing machine and dryer are very helpful. Nice quality bed linen. The fireplace adds coziness in the evening

Cleanliness, facilities, Sky Q, 10 minute drive to Ballybunion

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean. Our only complaint would be the beds. The mattress condition was poor, particularly the downstairs bedroom.

It’s was in a great location and there was plenty of room, free WiFi and Netflix

Found a long hair on the bed cover and one on a towel, but other than that was mostly clean.

Great house with a lovely set up

Great location for us. The house is clean, warm and has nearly everything you'd need. Also the host was exceptional at getting back to queries quickly.

The only hiccup which wasn't a major issue was the lack of cups.

Unable to cook but overall great stay

House was very clean, very spacious, it had a sitting room and a living room in the kitchen.. Will stay again if the cooking utensils are fixed

We couldn't cook breakfast because the gas hob had a very low flame. not sure if it was very low on gas or if its always like that and oven wasn't any good for cooking either.. also the smoke alarm is positioned above the the door of the over so every time the over door was opened the alarm use go off( without any visible smoke coming from the oven)
