The room and outdoor extras were great, spa a bit small though

I didn’t realise we had yo pre book the massages/ facials ect. So we didn’t get to book in any for the day which is upsetting.

amazing little getaway in a very thoughtful and private accommodation with everything you could want x

the privacy , the outdoor spa and sauna , the water tap that had both still and sparkling water , the animals , the shower , cleanliness

nothing ! the only fault I could fin was the pillow was too plump / high for me and it would have been great go have another option .

Peaceful escape in Swan Valley

Beautiful views, quiet, luxurious.

As a boutique spa hotel it was disappointing that the sap was closed, and we were not informed of this when we booked. Also, the advertised 'sumptuous breakfast' delivered to our room was two shop bought muffins and some yoghurt left in the fridge.

the planes flying over bothered my husband (but not me😂) i did miss my coffee because I forgot to bring my own almond milk so I made him leave early so I could get a hot coffee 😂 - first world problems

A relaxing staycation to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city

A perfect secluded location for a private, relaxing getaway. Loved waking up to the sound of alpacas and cows :) Thoroughly enjoyed the private outdoor spa and deck area with a lovely view of the farm Clean, comfortable with huge shower and bathtub. Day spa was bliss and.... Netflix was a bonus!

Breakfast could be improved - would be nice to have it delivered fresh rather than have it sitting in the fridge the day before. Option to purchase food/drinks for dinner or breakfast would have been great. Would have been nice to have a privacy screen/blinds for bathroom - more comfortable when not travelling with partner

Amazing little couples Gem in Swan valley, can’t wait to go back !

OMG not sure where to start.. great location, serenity, modern and deluxe .. super clean. Well equipped little retreat, jacuzzi, sauna and relaxing little balcony overlooking a peaceful setting. Also not on top of each with the other guests. We will be back for sure.

Amazing Place

Absolutely Everything ❤️ The photo is the view from our bed early morning . There’s also an outdoor private spa . It’s also close to some amazing wineries and restaurants. Loved it . Our second time there ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent!

The location, bathroom, bed , everything was really nice and relaxing! The sauna was a bonus! We had a great time. We would come back again!

Not so much on the breakfast, we appreciate the complimentary breakfast and we ordered a gourmet breakfast that’s $70. It wasn’t much for $70 breakfast and the quality of the food was not that great. The waffle was really dry and old, the fruits were fresh which was good, the quiche was really bland and I asked for halal which means no bacon on the wrap but they still put bacon on it. That was very disappointing.
