Pleasant

Food was decent. Kids pool was great.

The room was in desperate need of renovating. The fridge was kind of disgusting.

Very enjoyable, apart from the fall, which caused me to feel uncomfortable and very embarrassed

The entertainment for the children

I fell on food in the restaurant and hurt my hip quite badly. I am now back home. Resting Also the photos were very expensive but I didn’t want the children down because they like them but Iam struggling to Download them

It was ok for the money, but not sure I would stay again

Pools were nice, many places for drinks and always sun loungers available. Good food. Very good massage the hotel arranged. Very tasty sex on the beach coctail. Also the separation of the bedroom from the living area in the hotel room is very convenient for family with small kids.

A lot of things were outdated and in need of repair or upgrade. An example: the childrens high chairs in the main restaurant, they were old and so worn out that it was impossible to clean. It was disgusting. The bars lacked variations in coctails, there were only 2-3 choices and the waiters did not understand any english so it was very hard to order anything else. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable but the regular beds were ok. The room cleaning was pretty sloppy, the floors were covered in hair that was clearly from some other room and there were crumbs behind doors and under chairs. Plates and glasses was NOT clean, looked like it had been sprayed with water but no soap.

Reasonably good, especially when staying with kids.

The room was good and sufficiently large. Breakfast and dinner met my expectations. There were lot of entertainment events for kids.

The restaurant was too crowded and noisy. The same is applicable to two pools.

Not for adults with no children. Adults not catered for.

The staff very helpful and friendly

No adult only area. Too many unsupervised children are running around in communal areas and in the restaurant. Food stone cold Restaurant similar to a school canteen.

Terrible stay, we left earlier. Nobody cared to help.

Food was great!

We had terrible experience in this hotel. Our baby couldnt sleep as there was no noise insullation, pools were so crowded that you could not even turn around, we left earlier without sleeping there for a last night.

lovely week, would defiantly come back again.

the property was clean. and cleaners can regularly throughout the week. a good location - walking distance to the beach. great selection of food at every meal.

pools are small for the amount of people staying - queueing for sun beds in the morning a good hour if not two was required.

It was very clean and very well maintained. I found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The three pools are great and there’s lots of space for loungers and for kids to play.

exellent we will be booking again for sure

room location was quite but near everything we needed, staff working all the time to see to peoples needs food very good for 3 star ,10 min walk to the beach with pleanty of shops and bars on the way

one 1 we had a visitor one night when we got back to the room a cockroach however we called the reception and staff were knocking the door to assist in less than a minute

Great value for money

The room was very spacious, almost like an apartment and had 2 bedrooms and a large walk in bath. One bedroom had 2 single beds with a large wardrobe and a TV, and one had a huge room with 2 small doubles pushed together I think, with a giant mirror and a jacuzzi bath and a desk with a TV and a balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.

The food was sometimes repetitive and boring, and one day mould was found on the tortilla, which was worrying. The only other negative thing about this place is that sometimes the staff just came into the room claiming to unblock baths and sinks that weren't blocked and that we hadn't used.
