It's waste of money

The keys were in locked box and the provided code was wrong. I was waited with my kids standing outside and luggage was on the road and I was calling them again and again they were telling you will get call back but no one called me. There was one resident who supported me as he seen me helpless person with family who paid 450 pounds for 3 nights but don't have keys for the apartment and he don't know where is my apartment. It was worst experince please do not get scared and used it again. They told its for the sleep of 4 with 1 bed and 1 sofa and the sofa was not convertible and every where is written leave as you get other wise you will pay this you will pay that. Though your garbage your own. Towels are used may be number of times very old towels and the best part Ants are every where my kids are not used to these and they were not sitting not laying down beacuse or Ants. The best part I don't know how to operate heating system and where it is that was the worst experince.

It was exactly what we were looking for a comfy stay for family.

I liked everything about the place. It was a quiet neighbourhood with a cosy accommodation loaded with almost everything we need for a comfortable short stay. Better than any hotel accommodation.

As such there was nothing to dislike. The host Lisa is Super host, very polite and prompt to provide instructions early on and answer any queries we had.

Poor hygiene, mold, defects in the house, lack of proper ventilation - unclean ventilation grills, unsuitable for ventilation, nocturnal noise from the neighbors - the washing machine works all night, sexual activities take place upstairs, noise from those who stay awake all night, I couldn't rest the whole stay, I managed to sleep 10 hours in 5 nights, shame on the host who didn't take measures even if I made it known. Cold, I had to wash the beds to be able to wrap myself (smell)

I liked the location, cleanliness and the size of the apartment.

The fan provided was of miniature size. I expected a standard size fan.

Top apartment

Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment for a family with 2 children. The patio has a gate, inside you can park your car and leave it there while you go visit Bristol centre (25min walk). The apartment is very spacious, also the bathroom.

It did the job

it was great for a short stay. but I did have a few issues

The first thing was I couldn't get in the the building at all there was no code to get in the side gate I had to wait until some else came out then when I got in the home There was keys on the table for the gate this was quite stressful. the second thing I would say is the home only has 1 window so bring a fan with you and the hot water only worked some times.

Fantastic property

Everything. I would highly recommend this property. Place is spotless and will be returning. Host is highly professional and makes your stay perfect. I believe this to be the best stay I have ever had in Luton.
