Meraviglioso

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti per la gentilezza del personale sia per quanto riguarda la reception che per coloro che si occupavano del servizio colazione. L’hotel si trova di fronte al mare e pochi metri dalla fermata dell’autobus, quindi posizione ottima per spostarsi o per godersi il mare in tranquillità. Inoltre ci sono diversi ristoranti e localini carini dove prendere qualcosa da bere. A pochi minuti troverete anche il porto dove si possono richiedere escursioni in barca. La colazione era molto buona con grande scelta di dolci tipici siciliani, yogurt ,bevande calde e fredde. Inoltre ogni giorno venivano preparati bacon e uova. Tutto in abbondanza e delizioso. Le camere erano ampie con balconcino, pulizia impeccabile fatta ogni giorno.

Большое преимущество отеля это его расположение и вид с балкона на бухту и Таормину . Удобные кровати , железные жалюзи на окнах . Завтрак хотя однообразный , но вкусный и все свежее , выпечка , ветчина и бекон с омлетом .

Сразу по приезду в отель у нас испортилось впечатление о нем , потому, что я забронировала большой номер с видом на море и с одной двуспальной и одной односпальной кроватью,с видом на море и большим балконом . Номер был самый дорогой и я оплатила, как же я была удивлена когда мы пришли номер , и я увидела одну большую кровать и комнату очень маленькую, и это был номер который стоил наполовину цены , той большой комнаты . Я спустилась на ресепшен и заявила об этом , что номер не соответствует описанию. Мне ответили, что тот дорогой номер занят ,они решили эту проблему, тем , что дали нам второй номер аналогичный тому маленькому, тем самым компенсируя стоимость большого. Все это было очень не приятно и наш отпуск был испорчен. Вторая комната номер 108 , ниже была очень шумной , причем шум не снаружи, а все 24 часа включался какой то насос и спать даже с берушами в ушах было не возможно . Главное в этом отеле , хотя он старый , шумоизоляция очень хорошая, но шум из ванной от насоса и вентиляции .

We didnt get a room at the hotel we booked

Nothing, they gave our room to someone else!!

Even though we booked month ago and got a confirmation from the hotel it was fully booked when we arrived tired after a long journey. The receptionist had little understading to our dissapointment. She explained that it was totally normal that it was full and told us they had changed our booking to another hotel in another town!! She told us the new hotel was better but of that we dont know as we never got to see this hotel We demanded to at least have the taxi payed for and after her discussing over the phone with her boss agreed to pay. The hotel we got was Taormina Park hotel and that was very good with nice staff. The booking stated balcony which we received after one night when we could show the booking confirmation from Panoramic. I dont know what went wrong with our booking but we ended up having a great vacation in Taormina instead.

Very nice but this hotel needs some TLC

Hotel is in great location and beach view rooms are beautiful lovely to watch the lights twinkling over taormina at night Plenty of choice at breakfast. Comfy clean rooms Maria on Reception very helpful😊 and thanks to cleaner who found my lost earrings when we had to change rooms Pool area good.

There's a very loud nightclub opposite front of hotel take your earplugs or you will be raving to the early hours. Overall the hotel is very clean but slightly care worn and jaded and could do with a refurbishment. AC poor and needs renewing throughout had to leave our lovely sea view room as AC leaking into electric socket ,swiftly moved to another room much quieter at back of hotel views over Etna but no air con just a fan which circulated hot air made for a very sweaty night🥵

Lovely hotel but...

The staff and the hotel were really lovely and the location was on the beachfront, so the views were amazing. The breakfast was very good. Overall it was very good value for money. But...

The only downside was the bar directly across the road playing really loud music until 2 or 3 am. It was so loud all the doors, windows and shutters had to be kept shut at night and this only helped a little bit with the noise from the music. I can't stress enough how loud the music was. It's such a shame as we would not go back to the hotel because of it.

sun pool beach buffet relax - everything we wanted

spent all day around the pool,lifeguards are great with the kids, lifeguard Lenin was amazing and helped us out with everything we needed😃 we will definitely come back

Very good

Great location, 8min walk from bus stop Giardini Dalmazia going from airport. Beach just opposite to the hotel (private for 12EUR- 2 sunbeds i umbrella), public for free. Fantastic view from 4th floor room, room very nice. Very good, supportive Staff, room cleaned perfectly every day. Good breakfast, with becon, eggs, cheese and ham and wide range of sweats. Near to Taormina by bus and many restaurants nearby.

Very rich breakfast, 100m to the beach, pool O. K. Older hotel after reconstraction, that must continue. Next stop new AC, please.

AC did not work. Only as a fan, but not as AC. Solved with reception, but no result. 5th floor.

Great view and location

The view from the seaview room’s balcony was amazing! Hotel is just opposite of the beach but has also pool. Friendly staff, special thanks for the great tips to receptionist Mariarosa. We will return for sure someday!

The hotel didn’t have parking, but there is parking area nearby with 10€/day.

Passable

I enjoyed the view from my balcony, I looked for something close to the beach and it was exactly how I wanted. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and nice. The day receptionists were nice. The breakfast not as expected, but I guess, Italian breakfast is something else. it is close to restaurants, beaches, shops, etc, day or evening.

Midsummer, end of July, in Sicily and AC in the hotel doesn’t work !!!!!!! in the first evening before going to sleep I went to report that there’s a problem with the AC in my room and maybe there’s a way to fix it or find another solution so that I can sleep in less than 35° in a room with AC I paid for. The night shift receptionist rude…the only answer I got was that there’s a problem with the CA in the whole hotel not just in MY room and they’re hoping it will be repaired the next day…no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, no other options like a fan/ventilator…just good night Ma’am! Next day nothing, and the next day nothing… on top of not having a cool temperature to be able to relax and sleep, I had to keep my window/balcony door open to get some air inside, and in the being till 2-3 in the morning, the music from the bar in front of the hotel was of course extremely loud (I wanted to relax, not to dance or vibrate with the bed). Another thing was the swimming pool was nice to have, too bad the closing time was at 18, dinner.

The staff is really nice, breakfast was decent but it's not allowed to eat on the terrace (only dinner can be served outside). The room and whole location was very clean. Free luggage storage possible before check-in or after check-out. Close to the beach, private beach costs 15 euro for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. Good view.

Air conditioning not working, after we complained they checked and said it was working but it was just a fan, not cooling at all. This means we had to sleep with the balcony door open, but there is a beach club accross the street playing loud music all day and night. The area has a lot of traffic, which makes both the balcony and the pool area really noisy. The pool is only open from 10 to 18 only, so if you're planning to visit things or go to the beach, no chance to use the pool. Services are more like a 2-star hotel, definitely not 4-star, not a good value for money. If you don't have other options though, at least it's very clean.

Highly recommended, best view

The view is amazing from the room balcony, you can see what water front from bed. Excellent location, beachfront and many restaurants near by, well furnished room, comfortable bed, helpful staff.

Breakfast could be improved with some vegetables and eggs, othewise it has a good selection of croissants and cakes.

It's a great hotel with amazing location, helpful staff and big tidy rooms.

Perfect location, 1 minute walk to the beach; The staff is genuinely nice and helpful The rooms are big and comfortable One of the cleanest establishments I ever visited

Breakfast is more Italian than intercontinental (no veggies or vegan options) but still delicious Not the hotel's fault, but there is a club in front of it that played loud music until late

The hotel was great, but the breakfast ruined it a bit.

The location of the hotel is good, room was super clean. Staff were helpful and kind (except one lady from the kitchen) In time of this covid virus, all staff was wearing masks or visor, sanitizers everywhere. Cleaners cleaned the room every day properly, changed the sheets, towels every day.

The breakfast was not too much. I wanted to have bacon and eggs and when I asked for it, a lady from the kitchen said that I can choose only 1 or maximum 2 eggs. 2 eggs for me is not enough and it is sad, that they wanted to save money on a 0.10cent eggs... Also you can have only 1 coffe in the price of breakfast. The hotel does not have parking, I had to pay 15 euros each day for a private parking, few corners further (Lemon parking)
