Pool is now open for summer 2023! Welcome to our Pocono fun house! 14 Acre Private Estate Onsite Pool/Hot Tub/Sauna/tennis court/play set! Whether you are coming to the Pocono for a peaceful and scenic retreat or a gathering of family and friends, this house will uniquely suit your needs for both. Private 14 acres of your own paradise. Unbeatable, central location--only minutes to Mt. Airy Casino, Kalahari, Camelback; and all popular Pocono attractions like golfing, horseback ride, ATV rides, hiking/fishing/hunting sites, etc are also very close to us. Surrounded by beautiful trees with onsite pool, sauna and hot tub, and a large side yard to play on. Onsite tennis court for tennis and games, or for kids to ride trikes (tennis racquets and balls provided, please put back after use). Playset and 600 sqft sand box is heaven like for little kids. Nearly 5000 sqft house w 5 bedrooms is fully furnished for fun getaways. Game/movie room, large living room, large sauna, 2 sunrooms, huge patio w in-ground pool. Large back patio with BBQ and lots of seating area. Large parking lot.
Long, paved driveway into the woods will lead you to our house in a picturesque setting. Enter the house into this large entertainment room with sectional sofa set, pool table w/ pingpong top, big screen TV, fireplace, sauna and poker table. Multiple doors going out to the backyard patio, which is bigger than you can imagine with your own private in-ground pool. Lots of seating areas both inside and outside.
The dining room connects to the gorgeous kitchen fully equipped to cook and serve a large group. Some small appliances include microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and rice cooker. 2 Dining tables, eat-in kitchen tables and bar tables/stools (extra folding table and chairs available upon request). Plus 2 outdoor dining tables for more guests. Not to mention antigravity chairs, fire pit area with chairs (wood provided), and 2 sets of wicker sofas. So we will have more than enough seats for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. 5 Burner BBQ grill and gas tanks.
Living room and movie room all have large smart TVs. Large sauna. There are Xbox, poker table for 8 (poker set provided), basketball/multi-game stands, foosball, hockey table, and board games. The living room has pool table (w ping pong top). One of the sunroom has hot tub and one has sofa set to enjoy some relaxing moments with family and friends. Everything needed for fun right here on the property you wouldn’t need to leave.

$150 hot tub service fee if you wish to use it (open all year round). Pool service fee is $150 (onsite pool open Memorial Day to end of Sep). The cleaning fee includes linen and towel (no extra charge for this service).
Last but not least please respect our peaceful neighborhood. Although we are on a large piece of land, loud music beats or sudden noise from toy guns will travel further than expected and disturb our surroundings. House was very spacious with lots of comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were great. Lots of things to do in the area. Property manager was very attentive and answered questions quickly.

It was filthy, musty and had visible mold on some of the furniture. The outside was upkept, there were lots of weeds, patio furniture was rusted and had no cushions. There were so many problems with this house, that we left after 1 night because people were getting respiratory issues from the dampness and mold. I am currently trying to get a refund from the owner, and would never reccomend this property to anyone.

Lots of space for our large mixed group. There were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Conveniently located near town for any grocery needs. Lots of stuff to cook with. We didn't use the hot tub (it's in an enclosed patio space so was very cold outside), but we used the tennis court for pickleball. I imagine this house is even nicer in the snow and summer.

The house was one floor and the back surrounds a kidney shaped pool. The rooms are spacious. There are two large screen TVs. There are several games, a ping pong, and several gaming tables. They also have a playground, tennis courts, and a fire pit. It is located near several water parks and an outlet.

Had an excellent experience with a group of 13 friends. The house was clean and had more than enough amenities - plenty of beds, bathrooms, and showers. Our group plays a lot of board games and appreciated the large tables available. Hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were all fantastic to have as well. The owners left notes all around the house with information - wifi password, hot tub guidance, check out procedure, etc. Made everything very simple.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this unique home. The house was clean upon arrival and had plenty of space for the 14 of us. The host was very responsive without being intrusive. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the extra refrigerator came in very handy. The supply of wood was awesome, as we had fires going inside and outside all week.

We absolutely loved the outdoor space of this property. We utilized the pool everyday as well as the tennis court. The fire pit and supply of wood provided a great night of s’mores and laughing around the fire. Inside the rooms were spacious and we all congregated around the dining room table for games and meals. Sharon was quick to respond with any questions we had!

I wish I booked it with more time to have received a cheaper rate since I booked the week prior it was pretty expensive. But it was well worth it. My family had a great time will def be back for the winter time. Thank you for everything Sharon!!

We had a great time
This house worked out perfectly for us. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for us to sleep, eat, and have fun. We made use of the swimming pool and hot tub, which was amazing after a day of golfing.
We were able to play wiffle ball on the tennis court and have a poker game inside while watching the game on tv.
The owner made it a point for us to try to keep the noise levels down, especially at night, which is a reasonable request. We were able to comply and we didn’t have any problems.
The house was very clean and well put together when we arrived. There is tons of space to eat, drink, and relax both inside the house and outside near the pool. This is a great house for a family trip, or for an adults only gathering. It is only a few minutes to the casino, golf, shopping, and restaurants.
I would stay again for a similar trip in the future.

Year-Round Fun
This was our third time at this property,
but our first time during the winter. Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time, as before. This is a great property and very spacious house with lots of options for things to do and plenty of room to spread out. On this long weekend trip, we especially enjoyed the game room, playing pool, going in the hot tub, and watching football playoffs on the big screen. The woods around the house make it feel very secluded but there are plenty of stores/shops and offsite activities 10-15 minutes away. The owner is always very responsive and a great communicator. We will definitely return!

Just what we needed for New Years Eve!
We highly recommend this property!! House was very clean when we arrived. Towels/linens readily available. We had plenty of space to spread out when we wanted to. Also there were rooms large enough to seat all of us for dinner! The house was is very good shape - there was no need for us to contact the owner about any issues when we arrived. Local attractions were very close and easy to get to. It really was perfect for our 4 day getaway. Thanks Sharon!!
One minor recommendation - the front walkway to the parking lot could use a little more light. It was a little dark bringing in groceries, etc. Otherwise the house inside/outside was great!!

Great Pocono Getaway
We had originally booked another house for our 5 days and that property had HVAC issues after only one night. I was able to book this property and the owner allowed us to get in the same day. She had the cleaning crew in and out within an hour and we were in and able to save our getaway.
The property is secluded with plenty of room for everyone. The game room, the hot tub, the basketball and tennis courts made for so many activities. Although we had no small kids with us, there is an outdoor playground that is perfect for younger kids. There is a media room with gaming systems where my nephews played video golf and baseball. We enjoyed the hot tub that is enclosed in a covered porch. Although the inground pool and pool house with bathroom were closed because of the time of year, my family has already started talking about coming back during warmer weather.
The host was extremely easy to work with and was attentive to everything. The property manager brought us more firewood without us even asking. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of sleeping and lounging space for the whole family. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of storage space for your groceries. A large dining room table not only served as a great way to share meals with all 14 of us, but also allowed for all of us to play cards when there were too many to sit at the card table in the other room (which is complete with poker chips, etc).
We are looking forward to returning to this property.

Hidden Gem
All the comforts of a 5 star hotel but nestled in the center of nature with all sorts of fauna. Would have been nice if the weather was warm enough to use the huge inground pool.. Would stay there again

Sharon was an accommodating host. The property was perfect for outdoor hanging and enjoying some drinks/yard games with a large group. A quick 5 minute drive to the casino and also a short distance to many delicious Poconos restaurants.

Lots of space
The outside areas of this property are great. The pool is well maintained and in the sun all day. There are lots of floats and toys and plenty of comfortable chairs. The tennis/basketball court is great - we also used it for rollerblading. Unfortunately, the inside of the house is tired and needs work in almost all rooms. That said, there is tons of space and two refrigerators and two washers and dryers. Sharon is very responsive to any problems that arise.

Fun family vacation
This was our second time staying at this unique mountain retreat. The house is spacious and has a lot to do (pool, tennis, basketball, woods, game room, board games, ping pong/pool table, media room). It’s also close to Camelback and other fun things to do offsite in the Poconos. The owner Sharon is very responsive and provides a lot of amenities (all linens, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels), which is a big plus. We hope to go back again next year!

Slowly Falling Apart & Overpriced for its Quality
This house is in need of major upkeep. Despite the title which states "new!", there is nothing new about this house. One of the locking mechanisms for the screen doors in the dining room was not working; we were not able to get it locked and were forced to use one of the kitchen stools to bar the door shut. Security is something we take very seriously considering the four children that were on the trip with us, not to mention our personal belongings. While two of the children (ages four and eight) were playing on the swingset in the sandpit, it toppled over entirely and we had to push it back into place. Thankfully no one was hurt but this could've ended a lot more tragically. The swing set needs to be professionally inspected and repaired and/or replaced. When we arrived at the property, the outside bathroom was not cleaned and the tables in the backyard were also not cleaned. There were patches of unpainted plaster in one of the bedroom ceilings and outdoor bathroom wall, which was very unsightly. Floor molding was observed coming off the walls in the dining room and wood framing coming off the window frame in one of the bedrooms. The screen mesh for the storm door was ripped off, letting bugs into the hot tub room easily. The hot tub was leaking from the bottom. The couches in the living room and dining room chairs were completely sunken in, as if the main support was broken within. The whole house had a huge spider problem, prior to us arriving. Spiders seem to have nested in all parts of the home, especially the bathrooms. The whole house is in need of a serious fumigation. One of the kitchen table legs seems to have been repaired very unprofessionally and was observed to be leaning.
I would avoid booking this house and go for another.

We had a great time at this house. Sharon was very attentive. The pool was great as was all the amenities. Many bedrooms and bathrooms made it an easy and comfortable stay!

Family vacation
We enjoyed our stay. There was 10 of us; 3 children 12 and under, one teen, 4 adults in their 40s, and 2 adults above 65. The pool and the firepit were great! Even though it rained for several days, our family enjoyed all of the indoor games (board games, ping pong, air hockey, etc).
The property manager was great! She was easily accessible, and checked in on us frequently. When there was an issue, she handled it quickly.

Awesome House, Lots of Beds, Great Host
Sharon was super attentive and checked in a few times to make sure we were all good. Made sure we had propane for grill, etc. Fully stocked with towels and plenty of toilet paper. Noise alarm went off a few times but we moved the speaker which solved issue. Great house and would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a property with lots of space and free from neighbors.

Spring Break with Grandkids
Great house to keep the grandkids (ages 10-12) occupied. After the hot tub, pool table (easily converted to ping pong table), poker table, game room with air hockey, basketball hoops and foosball, and the TV room complete with comfy reclining seats and blankets, everyone fell asleep in the comfy beds stylishly outfitted with nice bedding. And when you are not inside, there's an amazing outside pool, tennis courts and fire pit (too much snow for us). In the winter, hiking through the woods to a beautiful stream on the property was loads of fun for the kids. We also saw deer and hawks in the woods. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great fun by all.

We had a wonderful snowy long weekend at this spacious house. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, sauna and had fun playing pool, ping pong, and air hockey!!!There was a beautiful sunroom that was a warm and cozy place to curl up with a book and enjoy the view of the snowstorm. It was a wonderful escape! We plan to return with our children and grandchildren in the summer when we can enjoy the pool, playground and tennis courts as well!
