We attended a wedding at Owera Vinyard and stayed at the house. It was a perfect location

We've stayed at this lovely house 3 times now - each time with a slightly different group. This time it was all adults for a long-awaited sibling reunion after the pandemic. We enjoyed meals at the big dining room table, walks to the lake and into town for food and ice cream, and the overall relaxing atmosphere of the house and town. Hoping to lure my kids and grandkids back here next year!

Property was exactly as advertised and more. Robin communicated instantly on everything and we truly enjoyed the house and location. Thank You.

Rather than trying to book 5 different hotel rooms during Syracuse University graduation weekend we opted for the convenience of staying at this wonderful house with five bedrooms. It worked out to be a dream.

Needed a place for out-of-state family members, here for a funeral. The house was perfect for relaxing together, and it was great to be able to walk to cute restaurants and the lake. Lots of room to spread out.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Robin’s home. It was spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The location was ideal for us to walk to shops and restaurants and the proximity to our family who live in town was an added bonus. Robin made check in easy and was a perfect host!

Great stay at Robin's place in Lake Cazenovia. We were pleasantly surprised at what a gorgeous and upscale town this house is in. The streets were all lit up for the holidays and there were great restaurants walking distance away. What beautiful streets! Also some excellent nature hikes nearby. We also live in an old home, so loved the atmosphere here. The house was perfect. There were more than enough beds to sleep our whole crew with multiple alternate arrangements to suit 6 kids and their constantly changing sleepover preferences (ages 2-13). The kitchen was well appointed and covered parking (garage and carport) was well appreciated. Practical full sized fridge and a large dining area with tons of chairs. Living room was a great setting for NYE "dance party with kids." Kids had a fabulous time exploring the house and were fascinated by the two sets of stairs. Sheets were soft and towels were plentiful. Robin was really easy to get a hold of via the VRBO app (only delay was a technical issue on behalf of the app) and check-in and check-out were really easy and smooth. Only constructive comments are that there were some popped nails in the stairwell (as one would expect in an old home at change of season) and some light bulbs that were burnt out, but Robin left a really well stocked toolbox with everything we needed to fix these issues easily and quickly ourselves. We were not quite able to find enough closet storage for all of our (probably excessive, lol) winter gear, but since there were two entrances, were able to spread jackets out a bit. A possible easy fix would be to add 3-4 more hooks to the closet. I also LOVE that we could recycle here. Robin very generously gave us an early check-in AND a late checkout to accomodate more family time - we felt very spoiled :) Overall, I highly recommend this place. Look no further if you are looking for a stress free, beautiful place to stay for a family reunion and making great memories. Thanks for opening up your home to our family, Robin! This is the second time we have stayed at this property and the third for family members. It is large, spacious and perfect for multi generational family gatherings, even though all of ours have been for funerals. The Hosts, Robin & Matt are spectacular to work with and the home is central to everything in Cazenovia.

We rented Robin and Matt's place to house part of the bridal party for our wedding at Windridge Estate and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! The house is clean and spacious and the location is perfect.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Robin’s place - it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Nice to be just a few minutes walk from the village and lake. Clear directions and communications too.

A lovely house right in the village ... an easy walk to everything including graduation. We have stayed here before and will certainly stay again. The house is welcoming and immaculate ... you will find everything you need. Although our party was smaller than originally expected there is plenty of room for everyone. The hosts are gracious and the back porch is the best place for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. If you are in need of accommodations when in Cazenovia this is the place for you.

We were in Cazenovia for a family wedding, and our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children/grandchildren between the ages of 11-15. None of us had ever been to Cazenovia so we really didn't know just how perfect the location of the house was. We walked the two blocks to the downtown many times, and especially enjoyed the diner and the coffee shop on the corner! In addition to the 10 of us staying at the house, another family member who was in an AirB&B a few blocks away spent a lot of time with us. The living room was large and very comfortable and so we spent a lot of time there as a group, especially when it turned chilly and rained. But we also enjoyed both the front porch and the back porch, for afternoon chats and reading, or for morning coffee. Plenty of hot water, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, very quiet location. The 3 days we were there the temperature went from low 80's to high 40's (!) and we were still very comfortable in the house. The owners were super easy to communicate with, and when the power went off during a big storm they texted to make sure we were ok and to tell us where we could find electric lamps, and approximately what time the power was scheduled to come back on. (It came back on earlier than expected.) We would definitely try to rent this house again if we ever come back to Cazenovia or to the area.

What a great property! It had everything one would need! We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Colgate. SO MUCH room to gather and more than enough room to accommodate a group. I highly recommend this beautiful home! Owners were AMAZING to deal with.

Beautiful place in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to the downtown area. Very close to fine and casual dining. Home is very well kept and can easily accommodate multiple families. Property is as described by host. Robin and Matt responded quickly to any questions we had and were very helpful. If we were to return to the area we would definitely rent again.

This house was the perfect place to hold a girlfriend’s reunion! The kitchen was perfect for cooking our group meals. We also loved sitting in the rockers on the front porch and drinking a nice glass of wine! We will be back!

We were in Caz for a wedding. Cute house, comfy beds, and great neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to town! The hosts were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this rental!

We stayed here for our son's wedding. The house was better than expected and Robin was very prompt in replying if we had a question. I hope we can stay here again!

Great been coming to Cazenovia for 7 years staying at Brae Loch or Linklaen House but had a few more people so this fit our needs perfectly.

My family members from MI and ME met up in NY as we do every year for a summer vacation. We were excited to find a home large enough for all of us located in a town walking distance to the quaint downtown. The listing was accurate and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive. We had to reach out one rainy evening as we had trouble with the door lock (quick battery change) and I got a very quick response and issue resolved. The area did get some heavy rains so the basement floor did end up being wet, but that didn’t really impact us. I would recommend this home and stay there again.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Very fun games; my family had great fun playing foosball, corn hole, and Jenga. Love that you can easily walk to the town and to the lake. Beautiful area. Definitely recommend this property. Owners are great and answer quickly.
