Couldn't have asked for a better place to end our trip in Namibia

Everything was great! Staff were brilliant, friendly. Namibian hospitality at it's finest. Hostel is really chilled and relaxing despite being in central Windhoek. Only sad we only could spend one night here... The "love bird" room is amazing, really characterful while also giving you a bit of privacy. And for the price it's unbeatable!

Simple but clean, tidy, comfortable hostel in central Windhoek. Good breakfast, secure parking.

Comfortable hostel within easy walking distance of central Windhoek shops/cafes/attractions. Clean, tidy and comfortable room with A/C if needed and good hot water supply. Friendly staff, bar area with seating and pool table. Fairly simple breakfast but tasty and plenty to eat. Secure parking. Would recommend and we are going back before we fly out of Windhoek.

Viejo y con cucarachas

La ubicación es buena y tiene parking privado sin coste adicional, lo que para mí era importante. Aunque no la usé, tienen piscina.

Me encontré 2 cucarachas en la habitación (que yo sepa, igual había más) y cuando se lo dije a los de recepción simplemente me dieron un spray. También había pertenencias de la persona que se quedó antes que yo en la habitación, lo cual es desagradable. Y, finalmente, el baño está muy viejo y tiene un olor a humedad bastante desagradable. El desayuno muuuy normal, hay pan, fruta, magadalenas y cereales. Yo personalmente ya solo con el tema de las cucarachas no lo recomiendo.

Завтрак довольно скромный, нет горячего. Вы может сделать себе тосты. Очень красивый интерьер. Очень красивый! Комнаты уютные. Большая зона для совместного отдыха.

В номерах Lovenirds нет дверей в уборную, завтрак необходимо готовить самим, в номерах огромное количество комаров, которые залетают через щели в стенах

Heerlijke plek met alles wat je nodig hebt

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Afgesloten parkeer terrein. Simpel, maar prima ontbijt. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Voldoende plekken om gezellig te zitten en als je zin hebt zijn er leuke activiteiten en gezelligheid. Als je de voorkeur hebt om je terug te trekken is die ruimte er ook.

Eigenlijk was er niets wat ons tegen viel. Als ik iets negatiefs zou moeten noemen, was het dat de douche koud was, maar dat vonden we allebei niet erg gezien de warmte.

City oasis

The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot or as a restful place to get organised for exploring namibia. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, plenty of opportunity to meet other travellers but also spaces were you can just get away from it all and be on your own. The breakfast is also great with fresh health range of options.

ナミビア滞在においてかなり素晴らしい宿です。

スタッフが優しい。とっても親切。飲める水が用意されている。朝飯もブュフェがあって助かる。一日中コーヒーとお茶が飲める。ツアーや空港シャトル、タクシーの手配全て頼れて便利。ナミブ砂漠やエトーシャのツアーもあり、レンタカーでハードル高いと思うならお手軽に頼れる。近くにスーパーがある。行くまでは治安に注意が必要。

唯一の弱点は治安。これはウィントフック市内では仕方ない。またとっても人気な宿で有名なので宿への帰り道に強盗に狙われるという情報もある。しかし、ほとんどの時間で宿のスタッフが宿の門の前で見張りをしてくれているので安心感はある。

キッチンのコンロが4つ中2つしかまともに使用できず、混んでいたため調理に時間がかかった。

Ottimo inizio viaggio in Namibia

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Piscina piccola, ma carino il contesto….c’è un piccolo giardino ben curato e varie aree comuni dove si incontrano tanti altri turisti. Anche la colazione aveva una buona scelta. Abbiamo inoltre potuto comprare le sim namibiane alla reception. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.😊

Se devo far un’osservazione suggerisco di eliminare il telaio in legno attorno al letto matrimoniale (nella nostra stanza c’era). La parte ai piedi del letto è risultata scomoda per il mio compagno alto 1.86m.

Excellent

Nous avions la chambre Éléphant très confortable avec terrasse privée. La Guesthouse a tout ce qu’il faut : piscine, cuisine, bar avec des prix avantageux. Nous avons fini le séjour ici et nous avons beaucoup aimé. Nous recommandons : excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Very comfortable room (double bed and single bed), with small bathroom. Helpful staff and great atmosphere. Because of the big breakfast, the hostel has a good/cheap option.

Superb

As far as hostels go, this is a pretty amazing one. It is equipped with just the right things for backpackers, great common areas, including a lovely pool area and a great kitchen. Breakfast is great, with enough options. Staff is helpful and the location is great with everything within walking distance. The dorm was quiet enough for a good rest and the bed was comfortable. There are lockers but bring a padlock.
