THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE STRICTLY NO HENS,BUCKS OR SCHOOLIES.
This beautifully presented home is newly decorated with new furniture and all new bedding with exceptional ocean views on Hargraves Beach.This two storey home offers 4 bedrooms ,3 are situated on the lower level. With a master bedroom with king size bed and a ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with two single beds.Then on the upper level there is 2nd master bedroom with ensiute with stunning views on the ocean.With two large living areas on both levels with the upper level offering jaw dropping views throughout,including a modern kitchen with built in fridge and freezer and double ovens and dishwasher.Perfect for those family gatherings.Great for entertaining with large doors that open up onto a impressive size outdoor deck with a bbq with amazing breath taking views on Hargraves Beach.Close to The Entrance which has a wonderful carnival atmosphere and regular pelican feedings.Farmers markets (on the first and last sat of the month) and a visit to Nora Head lighthouse is a must.Toukley markets are on each sunday as well.With Lake Haven shopping center ,pubs and clubs (The Beachcomber ,Toulkey RSL and Toukley Golf Clubs under 10 minutes away.With golf courses close by at Toukley,Magenta and Tuggerah Lakes for those golfing enthusiast.
Deposits and final payments are made via the stayz home and away website .When final deposit is received you will be emailed with relevant information such as arrival/departure dates and times.
To maintain a high standard to our guest we request and insist that you be considerate and please treat our beautiful home with respect as we do.We also have a low noise policy and ask you to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a mimium after 10pm as we do know the neighbours and they don't appreciate loud noise after this time, a fee will apply if we receive complaints from our neighbours. Please note this property does NOT have wi fi , pay tv or air conditioning as we have not advertised for these.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should NOT exceed the number stated. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
PARTIES and FUNCTIONS are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a SIMILAR state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is (10am) by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
If damage does occur it will be charged to your credit card that you have provided it designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

just what was needed
My family stayed here over the Easter weekend in 2022. It was just what was needed for us! A very generous home with all the necessary equipment to simply - not have to worry. A simple example was the ability to locate a children's bucket and spade that our kids were able to borrow for digging at the beach. Numerous reviews speak to the many benefits the home offers worth reviewing. There's not much more to add beyond we'll be heading back again.

Fabulous beachfront luxe
Such an awesome property! We had a great stay. Room for bigger groups, kitchen well stocked for cooking up a feast. The view is just amazing, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! Truly relaxing house!

Beautiful house, excellent location perfect for family getaway
We stayed at this property as a family (adult children and partners) and had such a great time. The property exceeded our expectations in everyway, had everything we needed, including private beach access, great spots for family meals and a wonderful view. The contact with the property manager was excellent. We will definitely be returning!

A very big, bright, very luxurious property right on the sand with all mod cons.
Despite bad weather kids found plenty to do, especially cycling & huge TV.

Perfect family holiday
We loved our weekend away in Noraville. The house is spacious and right on the beach, with a huge balcony perfect for watching the waves and the kids playing on the sand. The beds are comfy and the location great for fishing, surfing and bike riding. Thank you.

Perfect beach aura
Location in beach was unique.. So special. Spacious living areas great for extended families. Only hiccup was no coffee plunger or device.. or a tea pot:) - which was a surprise for such a well fitted out place. Will return:)

What a stunning location
This beach house has just the best location on a very quiet surf beach with just everything perfect in the house from the super comfy beads lovely furnishings and every utensil needed in the kitchen!

Perfect location!
So close to Syd, yet when sitting on that balcony you feel 1000’s kms away. The house is much bigger than the photos suggest, and the view is totally breathtaking! I’d personally have preferred less ‘knic knacks’, but apart from that it was perfect.

A lovely home for a family beach stay
Our family (7 adults and 1 two-year-old) stayed here for 3 nights. The house was perfect for us, - right on the beach, a modern spacious and luxurious home with a fabulous deck for watching the waves. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Beach front bliss!
This amazing home is located on the end of a quiet cul de sac within a couple of minutes drive to the local shops/restaurants. This home was more than adequate for our two families with two children each. The rooms and living areas are all spacious. What makes this place special is the spectacular views of the beach, from an expansive deck, it was truly magical. We have stayed at a number of holiday homes along the coast and we all agreed this was one of the best. Highly recommended.

Amazing home, perfect location, sensational holida
We've been coming to this home for the past 4 years as it's simply brilliant. It's on the beach so all you need to do is leave your shoes at the garage and relax. The beach is perfect for little ones as it's pretty calm and they can build sandcastle and go for a walk. The home is a treat as it's immaculate with all you need to relax and unwind. Laurie is fantastic as she is very helpful.

Fantastic Property
We really enjoyed our stay at the Central Coast Beach House. It was a perfect location with the beach as our backyard, the kids loved it. The house is beautifully designed and had everything we could think off available for use. The location was only 4 minute drive to the local shops and to less then 2 min drive to many key tourist sights such as the Noora Heads Lighthouse. Thank you for the wonderful stay Laurie we loved it and will definitley be back.

Beautiful Beachy Home
The house is beautiful and very spacious. The pictures don't show how spacious and large the top floor is. The living room connects up to the kitchen and balcony to form one massive hanging out area that over looks the beach.

Amazing Place
We have made it our annual trip to the house as we love it as this our 3rd time around. The house is on the beach which means kids can play on the beach as we watch them from the balcony. It is perfect for young family's. It's a luxurious home where you can spoil yourself with a fantastic home."

Perfection
My husband, my daughter, my dog and I stayed at this amazing beach front house in March 2016. It was amazing, there are no words to describe the view or the house itself.
If you want an absolute 5 star luxury private beach front holiday, this is the best house for you.
They have taken much thought about all sitting areas around the house to make the most of the views and relaxation.
There is a sun bed/sitting area directly in front of the property facing the beach, so you don't even have to take a towel with you when you want to take a dip at any time of the day or night.
The kitchen is fully equip.
There is an outdoor shower so you don't get sand in the house.
The verandah has everything you need, a bbq, couch sitting area, sun bed, dinning table and most of all an amazing view.
Multiple beautifully decorated bedrooms, and 2 living rooms.
It is an amazing property i will be staying there every time i want to be on the water.
The owners of the property are very nice people, they truly want you to enjoy your stay, they go over and beyond for you with much pleasure.
I was able to contact them for anything i needed with no issue and with always a delightful response.
From all the holiday houses i have stayed at, this was by far not only the nicest place i have stayed but i have never dealt with owners that take much pleasure in their property and the enjoyment of others enjoying it.
I highly recommend this beach front holiday house.
