Nice Hotel

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, good food… What makes a big difference is the staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Notably, Mr Hari from the restaurant (Citrus and Crest) is very engaging, making food suggestions and great service. Mr Ajay Kumar and Mr Gaurav Singh from housekeeping team very thorough and always available to help

Location - is a bit off. But taxi and auto services are easily available.

A bit dirty especially the sofa in the room was not clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Cleaness and table arrangement also remarkable.

Understaffed and slow service

Located close to India Expo Mart. Rooms are spacious They employ differently abled.

Transportation Man , Mr. Kanhiaya who try to support and resolve the all problems

unexceptional for first day arriving bad smelling of paint and we have to wait until next day can’t sleep hold night since long flight 🤬, no bed setting up as requested for 2 single, changed rooms to bad view and smaller (said upgrade 👎)

The staff was really rude and uncooperative. Inspite of requesting them 50 times they didn't call the manager and overcharged for the stay

3 stars, value doesn’t match quality

was next to our office

- dirty room (you can see dust, mould, stains on carpet, yellow tired towels, etc) - old equipment (mould and rust everywhere) - mixed fillings for personal… in the bar & restaurant, sometimes they play dumb pretending they don’t understand you, have no clue why - reception team is “amazing”… if they charge you in the beginning, than they ask to pay more, some tiny difference, but they cannot explain why. In the end you realise that first payment was random amount…quite concerning. Also check-out was long as they jump between visitors without respect to the queue

There are many other hotels in the same price range which are much better than Sandal Suites.

Wifi was not working properly. The walls were painted very poorly. The bathroom floor was not good. I had to repeatedly ask for bathroom supplies again and agin with the house keeping. The supplies were not refilled after every night. Many of the bathroom supplies were of low quality including shower gel and shampoo. I had to follow up with the reception for 4 days after my visit to the correct invoice for my stay. While booking.com had mentioned free cab service to my company, no such service was given by the hotel. I had booked a suite, but the suites in this hotel are nowhere near the suites in the other hotels in the same price range. The suite was like two separate rooms.
