We loved staying at Clonmel Cottage and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Our host, Janet, warmly welcomed us as we arrived and happily helped us with supplies throughout our stay, and she made sure the cottage was warmed up for our arrival. A place where the only noises you hear are those of nature and the resident animals, and beautiful views all around. The cottage itself was very cosy with its own fireplace, and was well supplied. A perfect place to get away from it all.

This is the second time we have stayed at Clonmel cottage and again we have loved every minute of it. Janet is such a warm and beautiful host. Cannot fault anything about our stay. Just sad to leave. We’ll certainly return that’s for sure. Thank you very much! ☺️

This comfortable generous brick cottage is ready to give you ample space, quiet, varied areas, and even different light to create. Take the time you need to better develop your designs or start anew? Every window has a view to inspire, even the kitchen bench inspires me! (I do like to make flat bread - an artist must eat!) A really special, out of the box bolt hole, ready to let you, be you. Write, draw, sew, paint - this is the place to be. And even better when you can bring your dawg.

Have you every wanted to find somewhere that slows you down? That allows you to look at the breathtaking milky way in the sky at night, and walk the rambling grounds, perhaps greet a beautiful horse during the day. Where the kitchen bench invites you to make generous, unfussy food. Thoughtful hosts, warm fire, gorgeous bedding, and for us, a happy event (twice) with our dawg.

We absolutely loved this cottage. We arrived on a rainy afternoon with wood fire already roaring. Private, quiet and only a short drive to Moss Vale. Jan and Ian lovely hosts. Would love to stay again in the future.

This was my second stay at Clonmel Cottage. It is well-equipped for a short stay though the replacement of a family-sized fridge with a bar fridge was a disappointment. Everything else was wonderful - comfy beds, great water pressure, peace and quiet, privacy respected and, of course, being able to bring the dog!

My dog Zeus and I absolutely love Clonmel Cottage!
We've lost count of how many times we've stayed. It's starting to feel like a 2nd home.
Janet, Ian and Bonnie are fabulous hosts and we wouldn't change a thing about the cottage.
Can't wait to come back. Again! ❤️

It's a quaint little cottage in a bushland property out of town. Janet, the host was extremely helpful when we left something behind at the cottage.

Cottage was spacious, functional and in a quiet and scenic location. Host Janet was very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. The property is lovely, a nature lover’s delight with a big sky and an abundance of birdlife. Lots of space and interest for our dog to romp. Many thanks to our lovely host.

The pictures on the website did not do the accommodation justice. So much better than the pics. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be back next year.

Fire was lit when we arrived which was very much appreciated. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and wish it could have been a little longer. Friendly welcoming hosts and beautiful Bonnie (their very polite Kelpie :) ). Lovely rural location.

Very cute cottage. Arrived on a particularly cold day but the fireplace was already going and later, the electric blankets were excellent. We had a very clear night sky so the stars were incredible, and the silence all around was exactly what we wanted. Only complaint would be to say the mattress in the main bedroom felt well past it’s use by date, but all in all it was a lovely, cosy weekend retreat.

It was a great place to stay in transit to Tassie with two doggies. The thoughtful addition of a fireplace ready to go was bliss after a long day on the road.

Janet was a lovely hostess and the cottage was very welcoming, particularly when we lit the wood fire that was prepared for us... The only little glitch was that the freezer wasn’t working, which we needed to freeze the bricks for our cooler, but Janet offered to freeze them for us in her home, just a short stroll away... so, problem solved 😊 Thank you Janet!
