Great cabin - roomy, comfortable, clean and perfect for family gatherings. Great views and quiet location. The owner was very friendly, checking in with us as we arrived to see that we'd settled in and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed everything!

Excellent family cabin
We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful views and very spacious. Large enough for our family to spread out and play games or work on a puzzle. Loved it!

Dogs not welcome in community
While about up to expectations house wise, the idea of dog friendly very overrated. I brought my dogs, who were on deck, and were barking at rabbits, cars and people walking by, it was less than 10 minutes before a lady across the street and way up a hill started shouting about my dogs being to loud. It was about 5 pm. And my dogs do have a deep chest voice. Then the owner called, as all the neighbors texted her about my dogs. They had been in all night and went outside for a few minutes in the morning. She was very nice, however, I picked the property, and paid extra for my dogs. She said their is a $1000.00 fine for dog barking!
The next morning cops showed up, crazy guy down the way had videoed us unpacking our truck, my shepherd broke the ring on his seatbelt harness and bounded away, for about 3 minutes to catch him. Again, cops very nice. Had to come up as the Karen had reported loose dogs off leash. So we’ll intentioned or not, not dog friendly.

Great House, Great Area
We had a really nice weekend at this house. Terrific host, great view, comfy beds, lots of rooms and deck options for hanging out. The kids liked the clubhouse, the pool is great & we used the host’s three sets of golf clubs. Also took a fun hike. We recommend both the house and the area for a summer weekend!

Great place!
Best view of valley. Plenty of room. Comfortable. Delightful town. Very very helpful owner. She even upped her WiFi service to accommodate several of us having to zoom at the same time.
Small detail: there are a lot of minerals in the water that make dishes cloudy after running through dishwasher but they are clean.

Just Perfect for Us
The house was just perfect for our family vacation. A great view (one of the best at Pine Mountain Club) and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals. Having breakfast on the outdoor deck was an inspirational start to each day. Took charming short hikes to the waterfall and through the Enchanted Forest. Close to Los Angeles but felt far enough away. Julie (the owner) checked in with us at the beginning and end of our trip to answer any questions we might have--a great VRBO host! Loved that during July the temperature outside and inside was not too hot and not too cold. We hope to return again!

Perfect Retreat
We were overjoyed with the stay. It is so charming and serene. The views are spectacular. We were two couples and just kicked back, but the place huge and holds so many people. We loved the lower level and the fireplace. Great for board games and hanging out with friends. The community was a gem. There are some great antique and knick-knack stores in the village. Definately going back!

We had an amazing time
We wanted to enjoy the snow and our dream came true. Julie is a super host, she answered all our calls and helped us with all our questions. We found snow and we drove up to Mount Pinos where we had a blast sledding. It snowed generously so honestly nobody wanted to leave last day. The cabin is large and very comfortable, we were 4 adults with 4 kids and we had more space we needed. Hope to go back in this cabin very soon and build the snowman we didn't get a chance to do. Thank you Julie

A very beautiful view of nature
It is a very nice place to stay. The view is very beautiful, serene and peaceful. It's best to go during the Spring or Fall season. We went at the time that was so hot due to the Summer's heat.

This mountain retreat is perfect for a group or large family. The places is also very kid friendly.
Pine mountain is a great mountain getaway. We went for snow but there was no snow during our stay. We did lots of hiking and exploring the area instead. The house has three levels, making it perfect for multiple families. There is many games and activities to do at the place. The kitchen stock is ok and if you plan to cook bring everything you need. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The wood pellet stoves as well as the fireplace keep the place nice and warm! We had a great time, glad Julie opens her home for others to enjoy.

Very nice layout for family get-together
We had so much fun with our children and grand children. The kitchen/ dining / and living area was where we spent most of our time. The pellet stove kept the area very cozy. In the evenings we watched movies together and played board games on the lower level. The loft area was a nice set up for one family.
Thanks so much Julie for checking with us and making sure everything was working properly. We hope to return.

Wonderful, heaven on a mountain top!
These guys were fantastic. I had a lot of questions leading up to the stay and they answered every one. The house is beautiful, lots of space, a fun game/tv room in basement. I love that you can be in town in a 3 minute drive, but then you can also turn the other way and be in wilderness in 3 minutes. I have rented 4 different houses in Pine Mountain club and this one is tops! The wrap around balcony is a highlight!

Great family/kid friendly home!
VERY kid friendly and multi-family friendly. Rented the house with another family and we had a total of 6 kids. Lots of toys, games, puzzles, books, and kid beds. The three levels made it nice for both families to have their own "getaway". Just make note that if you're renting during hotter months, the main floor gets pretty toasty and lots of bright sun. Was easy to avoid during those hours and spend time in the awesome downstairs living room.
Owner called when we got there to check in and make sure we had all we needed. She was so welcoming and friendly. Made the whole process very easy by always staying in touch and easy to reach.
Not a negative about the house, but make sure you bring all your own food as there are only smart little marts around. Also, all the restaurants and shops in town we're always closed or had the weirdest hours. We never got to enjoy any of them except the golf course clubhouse. These are not negatives, just wish I would have known ahead of time as we were just planning on shopping there or grabbing food. This would not affect our stay, just plan a bit better.

Beautiful house and spectacular views.
My families really enjoyed ourselves during the time we stayed in this lovely home. Very nice and quite neighborhood, the house is right in the center of the nice small community. Fast internet and so much games and movies selection for kids to see.
I would recommend for families with kids to stay at this lovely place. Thank you!

Relaxing and welcoming!
We had the most enjoyable and "decompressing" stay here! The house was perfect for our two families with 5 kids - space for everyone to have their alone time with great common areas for togetherness.
The small touches like the light switches being labeled (!!), coffee and popcorn bar in the family room and movies and games made us feel like we were staying with friends instead of in a rental and that helped us all relax into our all too short stay!

We had a wonderful stay with friends, kids and our dog! Plenty of space for kids to play, indoors and out, lots of games and toys too. We loved the wood burning fireplace, and the pellet stoves kept the house nice and warm. Overall, a really great experience! We'll be back next winter for sure! The kitchen was great, and lots of seating for everyone at mealtimes too. The house was clean, cozy, spacious and it's a great location -- walking distance to the clubhouse. Thank you!!

My family and I have rented this home twice and the reason we are repeat customers is because of the beautiful view and excellent floor plan with three levels...room for everyone! The bottom floor has a comfy seating area by the cozy fire and the main level has a beautiful view where we can share our family dinners. We love hiking in the snow and always find trails nearby.

This is a great home in Pine Mountain - roomy with 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each of its 3 levels. There is a beautiful view from every window and it is a short drive to town and to the club. Julie and Mauricio are easily accessible if you have any questions and are very kind and helpful. We used the handy binder they prepared to learn more about the community and hikes in the area. We took a hike to Sawmill Mountain and the kids made snowflakes in the club during Wednesday's arts & crafts time. We played dominoes and cards in the living room and watched movies in the downstairs family room. Julie recommended the restaurant Cafe Silva Bella and the chef is world class! Star gazing at night on the spacious deck was remarkable. We look forward to coming back!

This cabin was perfect for our family escape from the city life. Its a hidden gem at Pine Mtn.The cabin has many great accommodations. The over aarea is lovely. Our family went up there to spend quality time together, have fun, catch up, and this cabin allowed us to do so. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends. We would love to visit again. This cabin was clean, roomy, and comfy. It was so simple to rent. Julie and Abe's instructions and notes are so detailed we had no questions. Excellent communication!! Thank to the Feldman family for allowing us to visit your lovely cabin. Truly, Pena family.

Julie and Mauricio Feldman-Abe’s vacation home felt like Home away from Home. The house is super clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. It is also well appointed with things like a TV, DVD, lots of movies, free Wireless Access, lots of kitchen dishes/utensils and tools. The beds were quite comfortable. The layout of the house is perfect for family gathering and also personal space if desired. We did not have to pack sheets and linens or cleaning items. Julie was very helpful with describing the house to us and giving advice on what to do. She was also very available, in case you need to call or text her in a pinch. Lastly its a great experience for kids , my grandchildren keep asking me when we will go back to Pine Mountain and if we could stay at Cabin again!! Definitely will be back!!
