Step out onto your private balcony and watch the boats docked in a small cove just off the intercoastal.
- Completely redone 2 bedrooms, kitchen, baths, living room in a beautiful beach theme with predominantly white colors with pops of turquoise, teal and calming sea blue.
- Porcelain plank tile flooring throughout for an upscale clean look and feel
- Enjoy the king bed in the master and nautical themed master bath with a tiled shower & sliding door.
- The kitchen is completely updated with an open floor plan and a very large island with beige, white and grey granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. New tile floor in all rooms!
- A separate coffee bar off the kitchen and a pantry for all of your cooking needs gives extra space.
- The second bedroom has two twins with new memory foam mattresses which can be converted to a second king bed and the living room has a white twill covered queen pull-out sofa with new memory foam mattress.
- The dining has room for 6 and there are 3 TV's with cable in the house.
- Unit has its own washer/dryer so there is no need to use the communal facilities.
- 3rd story, no walking noises from above, no elevators
- Family friendly complex and a bathtub for soaking kids after a day at the beach or the pool (if they can't get enough water!). There's a powder bathroom as well.

Midnight Cove is a fantastic complex on Siesta Key with deeded beach access, tennis/pickle ball, a warm heated pool, BBQ and boat docks for limited daily use with reservation, and also a basketball hoop, and car wash station. The complex also has a small fitness room . The very best part is the beach access just across the street with a shower to rinse off the sand. Guests can set up their beach gear in any unflagged area, by the public bach or right in front of the water. Public beach access #12 is only a 6 min walk as well.
Close walk to restaurants, grocery shopping, coffee, ice cream and more! No need for a car once you arrive; leave it under the provided assigned carport. No motorized golf carts or scooters allowed.

The property and condo were very beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony and view. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and ice cream shops which was very enjoyable.
The kitchen was stocked and had all the supplies we needed. The washer and dryer were very convenient and easy to use.
The king bed was a little hard/stiff and the room was very warm even with fan on.
The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and wagon which was super convenient when walking to the beach with young children.
Be aware that this property is in a property dispute with other properties so finding an open spot on the beach was kind of difficult. It was a little strange how properties had flags placed all around the beach, we found it confusing.

We enjoyed relaxing on the veranda after time at the beach or pool. The condo size is perfect for a couple or a small family. Loved the covered parking.
We did use the hop on, hop off trolley to take a quick tour of the island.

Not easy access to set up beach- access gate is close but use of beach is not permitted on private beach (which gate is access to a private beach) even though access is promoted- guests of MCII have to travel to use public beach not ease for families with beach gear or littles

All I can say is WOW!! This condo is better than the photos, it is like a brand new place. It was clean, roomy, convenient to the beach…basically perfect! We are a family of 4 —2 children in their 20’s…the guest room is very small but the only time they were in there was to sleep. The rest of our days were spent on the amazing beach, in town shopping or dining at one of Siesta Village’s great eateries.
One slight issue was the internet for the smart TVs. The signal was very unstable and we couldn’t watch 2 televisions at the same time.
The location is fantastic if you don’t want to be close to the hullabaloo in the village. The trolley stop is close by and the best way to get around. The parking spot for this unit is tricky so if you have large vehicle I would recommend parking in visitor spots.
Also wonder if screens could be added to the lanai doors. While it’s great to have them open, we encountered a few flying insects especially in the evening when they were left open.
The beach chairs and wagon are a nice touch.
All the comforts of home. We hope to be back next year!

Overall this property was outstanding! We loved the ease of access to the pool and beach. Lots of good shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Everything in the home was in good working order and the check in/check out procedures were clear and easy.

Accommodations were fine but onsite amenities were unexpectedly restrictive. Unless we missed reading about it in advance, use of the pool area was quite restrictive. So much so that we had to chuckle as we overheard another family say they were surprised one of the rules didn’t restrict swimming in the pool itself. We were also told that there were sections of the beach that were restricted to specific communities. We ultimately decided to drive a bit down the road and visit another more public section of the beach. I would still recommend this location, just not to families with small children as they will undoubtedly want to swim in a pool they can use a ball, pool noodle (smh), or some other floaty - not to mention using the tables there to have a cold drink or snack. (IDK)

Overall we loved the trip. The condo was very clean. The management company were fantastic to work with. They were very quick to answer all my questions. We had originally had my husband and I along with our son and his wife and infant daughter coming. My adult daughter ended up meeting up with us too.
There are a few things that need updating though. First and most importantly, the sleeping option review. I do not recommend using the sofa bed as a real place to sleep. It is in terrible shape. My daughter had to lay sideways on the mattress to avoid the raised bars. She was a very good sport about it though. The master bedroom mattress was a bit firm, so if you like a firmer mattress, you will be pleased. The guest bedroom has 2 twins and they were extremely comfortable. The only issue is that the room is very stuffy and hot. They keep a little fan in there, but by morning my son, DIL, and grand were waking up sweating. It's a small space, so I would not recommend using it as we had. But that is on us. It would be a perfect place for a young family.
The kitchen is not very well stocked with spices, etc. They supply salt and pepper only. So just be prepared to bring or buy whatever you will need to cook with. The frying pans definitely need to be replaced. All the utensils were great though. There aren't any melamine plates, etc. Only ceramic. If you have young children, you may want to bring some with you. We just bought paper plates.

Perfect spot for our vacation. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and close to everything we wanted to do! We had everything we needed for a day at the beach or a dinner in. We even grilled out on evening. Great spot!

We stayed at Midnight Cove II and the property is flat out gorgeous.
The two bedroom condo was updated with granite countertops and the view from our terrace was exceptional.
The property had a keypad lock system that worked really well because you didn’t have to remember to take your keys every time you left.
The check in was super easy and contactless.
The rental company checked with us four times during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything.
The location was right off the south bridge to Siesta Key and easy to find.
We definitely stay there again and our vacation was fabulous.

We stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time. Great communication from the start. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Loved that the TV had cable in addition to access to all the streaming services. Pool was nice. Beach was a short walk away, and really nice beach chairs (they folded up and had backpack straps for carrying) were here for our use, as was an umbrella, but we never used it. There was tennis and pickle ball courts, and there were pickleball rackets here for our use. The balcony on this unit was huge and had table/chairs and two loungers. Would highly recommend this condo.

No elevator complex so keep that in mind, because the unit is on the top floor. Just me vacationing so lugging groceries and my bags up flights of steps wasn’t easy. Unit itself was tastefully decorated and stocked with plenty of cookware/towels/beach equipment. However, I would not say it was the cleanest. Floor felt gritty, dust and dirt accumulation on all baseboard corners, fan, etc. needs a new paint job throughout. Sliding glass door sticks a bit so that was irritating. Mattress in primary is a bit hard, so my back was aching by day 2. Overall, great location and pretty inside.

We stayed at one of I-Trips beautiful vacation homes in Siesta Key, Florida. The condo exceeded all our expectations, including its amenities, cleanliness, and décor. We enjoyed staying at this property with access to the private Beach that was walking distance from the condo. We also really liked the oversized balcony with wonderful views and outdoor furniture. Thanks to I-Trip for a memorable and great vacation! We can't wait for our next vacation using I-Trip Vacations!

The property was exactly as pictured and explained! It was very clean and everyone from the owners, check in and cleaning staff in contact about checkout were beyond kind and friendly! Small complaint about the bathroom, would appreciate an updated tub and shower, and we had issues with getting the TV in theiving are to work with the cable box. However the TVs in both bedrooms worked perfectly. Would stay here again.
