The house and facilities are excellent plus dealing with Rui was very easy 😊. He shows great pride in the up keep of the facilities. The pool and grounds are very well kept and everything you need for a lovely stay is available.
The dogs in the locality are annoying - especially at night. Barking late into the night and waking people up. Also, we seen a lose dog on the property one of the days which is not good - as the place is well fenced off. This is a pity because the house is really nice.......

the property is absolutely amazing- great value for money, a wee bit away from everything but fine if you hire a car. the person looking a after us was amazing, so polite and kind. even took us to Lidl for our shopping
it’s quite far from water park etc but if you are well prepared it’s no problem!

Location was perfect. Facilities were excellent. It had everything we needed. Rui was very helpful. He showed us around the accommodation. All of us enjoyed the stay. It was the perfect family holiday.
I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

the villa itself is stunning, the gardens and sports equipment is great!
the location - I didn’t mind it being far out as I knew that before I arrived - but I didn’t feel too safe at night. we went on a run one day and nearly every house in the area has huge scary guard dogs and all the villa itself has shutters on every window which although made it secure, also made me feel like we were sitting ducks especially as the police are very slow in Portugal. the sliding doors don’t lock either which didn’t help when we were putting our babies down to sleep but wanted to be outside.

Comfortable house with amazing garden and facilities, great help from property manager Rui.
If anything to complain: the water pressure in the showers was on the low side.

one word incredible!

The house is amazing, the huge rooms, kitchen, modern bathrooms and huge garden with its big trees and palmtrees flashed us in total.
It was all great.

It’s very spacious and well maintained property, with great facilities. The host Rui is very friendly and helpful with anything you may require. It’s a great place to unwind and spend quality time with your family.
Nothing as it is a perfect place to stay.

Great property that we have visited before. Quite handy for the airport and travelling further afield. Impressive architecture and grounds, many great facilities.
Unfortunately the property is let down by some small but significant issues that keep happening every year.
1. The pool is advertised as included BUT an email is sent after payment that says it will cost €40 per day for heating of the pool. That is misleading and an unlawful hidden charge under EU Consumer directives. Either charge for the heating of the pool within the advertised price or warn people before they book and pay. You can’t hide charges!
2. The house hadn’t been properly cleaned - thick black hairs in the beds and bathrooms.
3. One tea towel! Really? For the sake of a few euros, the experience of the lovely kitchen is undermined.
4. Old out of date, possibly dangerous, food left in cupboards. It’s great that people leave food for the next guests, but the managers need to remove out of date items to avoid any health issues.
5. Illogically placed kitchen items. It’s like a memory game to locate anything.
6. Soundsystem disconnected and remote control doesn’t control the TV, only the STB.
My advice: the house managers need to improve their game or need replacing. What could be a 5-star experience feels like 2-star.
Doubtful that we will stay again.
