location
not clean, still dirty dishes in dishwasher, no air conditioning with the summer climate and price I thought air conditioning would be a no brainer. it was so uncomfortably hot, very unenjoyable. ended up leaving and staying at another place.

Nice & spacious, great location & walking distance to everything, secure parking, lovely views from the balcony & very relaxed feel of the home.
No hairdryer as stated and beds uncomfortable which could be updated but this did not put us off from returning for another stay.

Great location, good condition.
Faces West & is sweltering in the afternoons/early evening, really needs a split system A/C unit, diffcult to sleep as well on hot nights.
Had fairly limited utensils and equipment in kitchen, who has a summer holiday unit without salad servers? Only 1 garage remote provided for a double garage. No real balcony dining setting, just an old rotting mdf table and 2 chairs plus a couple of broken chairs? So if you wanted to sit outside after the sun eventually set you had to move all the dining chairs from inside to the outside, just a bit cheap n nasty. The property was not clean, found a rotting moulding strawberry on one rug, other dirt & grime throughout, very cursory cleaning job done prior to arrival. A few things like this were not a big deal but just annoying for the price paid.

The location was fantastic and the place was a great size and overall quite comfortable.
A tap leaked in the ensuite, the front door was blown open by the wind often and the table on the deck was old and needed replacing. Hardly any chairs to sit outside on. The master bedroom fan needed cleaning as did the windows and screens.

The location was perfect... just a five minute walk to the beach!
Climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen!
