Welcome to the Brick Pearl!! This immaculate home in the middle of Isle of Palms has it all! With 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, the open concept living room/dinning area & kitchen offers the perfect setting for family gatherings or friends looking to reunite!
Their is a private spa and pool in the backyard (the spa is heated but the pool is not. There are not pool lights.)
Enjoy your morning coffee or have dinner on the screen porch overlooking the private pool & hot tub. The large enclosed outdoor shower is perfect after a fun day on the sand.
Each bedroom has has a shabby chic decor and modern furniture.
All furnishings in living room, screened porch, and dinning area are new as of 2023 as well as a brand new King Bed in the master.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, new stainless steel appliances and fixtures. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest including extra precautions in light of recent events.
The home is handicap accessible. There are ramps to both the front and back entrances. One bedroom has an expanded door to fit wheelchairs and the bath also has an expanded door with hand rails for the shower/tub.
The home is located on 24th Ave, Isle of Palms which is a quiet street only 3 blocks to the beach. (5 minute walk)

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. Pool towels are provided but we do not provide beach chairs.
Pool cleaning: We get the pool cleaned every Monday and Friday, extra cleanings cannot be accommodated but there is a skimmer net that can be used as you see fit.

*The exterior of this home was painted white in 2023 and we are waiting for a good time to take new pictures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool and outside area was our favorite spot and the kiddos especially after a hot walk back from the beach. Hot tub gets HOT quickly so you aren’t waiting long at all to use it. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of dishes etc for 9 of us. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Not bad but if you have someone with difficulty walking too far I would highly suggest renting a golf cart for the week or just driving them down to the beach access. We didn’t find parking there a problem. Host was very responsive to any questions or needs that arose.

So we stayed here in July 2024. (And are hoping to return again) E-Z beach access-about a 6 min walk. We walked some/drove some. All in our family group LOVED this property. We have come to IOP for 40 years-this was one of the best properties for the money. The inside was immaculate, and made for very comfy vacation living. Sweet kitchen and pantry, large family/ TV room, dining table for 10-12. Bedrooms all great(Master suite was off- the-charts)! We loved the pool in the backyard - one of the nicest backyards we have seen in our travels. Communication with owners stellar. Not much not to love about this one. All families want to return. Much thanks to the owners for their graciousness!. Peace :-)

The house was adorable and was within a reasonable walking distance from the beach. In the evenings we had a great time grilling out by the pool. Near good restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house was furnished with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Everyone enjoyed the house and happy we could find one with no stairs, as we had a 97 year old with us. The weather didn’t cooperate to use the pool, but the hot tub was a big hit. Thanks Tyler, for being so easy to communicate with, and we are grateful you were able to ship the things we left at the house.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this IOP gem. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well-appointed for us. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We had relaxing mornings and evenings on the screened-in porch, and enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa space during the days. And it was such a short walk to the beach! Overall, this space is a true gem on IOP and we hope to return in the future!

This home was exactly as advertised and made our first stay in South Carolina enjoyable. Myself (9 months pregnant) and my husband (30s), stayed with my parents (60s) and grandmother (90s) comfortably with plenty of room and accommodations available. The location made access to the beach easy and walkable and a short drive to lots of great restaurants and bars. On the third day of our stay, the property manager informed us that the spa heater was broken, but would be providing a refund to compensate. The pool was not clean, but considering the 1x/week cleaning and wind/rain storms when we arrived, it was understandable and we were able to use the tools available to clean the surface of debris for use. Overall, would recommend and would stay at this location again in the future.

Home dated, garbage cans not emptied, 2 bath mats dirty, mold on shower floor. Screen porch furniture filthy, would never sit on it. Pool area a mess, floats in pool and on chairs, containers thrown on deck, I was told the pool would be cleaned once a week, it was not, we never ventured out there, messy. Picture online showed a beautiful home, not accurate. I have pictures if needed.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had a great time! The house was perfect and had an amazing backyard to hang out in. The house is a quick walk to the beach. We rented golf carts for the weekend and were easily able to drive them around the island. Great stay!

The Brick Pearl was perfect for our family vacation. We loved that it was one level so my parents didn’t have to deal with any stairs. The kitchen is on the smaller side but well equipped. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. There were also plenty of towels for bathing and the pool. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the spa heater was easy to use and heated quickly. I do think the home could benefit from an overall deep clean, but it was not dirty…just places that typically get overlooked could use a dust rag. The drawers in the kitchen were hard to open and close and one knob on a drawer was missing. Lastly, the countertops in the bathroom are very high, so vertically challenged folks like myself may find it a little difficult to use but it isn’t impossible. My final suggestion would be to add a barn type door to the bathroom off the kitchen so you can be in the bathroom without having to close the door to use one sink. We loved the brick pearl and hope to return next year.

The house is exactly as pictured. Perfect for our group of 6. Hot tub was a bonus. Private backyard & nice screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store & restaurants close. Lots of options. Owner was very helpful & quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends from out of town flew in for several days of fishing with guides. They ate at the house and went out one night. The kitchen was well equipped as was the entire house. This was my husband and friends. They loved the house as it was large and in very good condition. They would rent it again. Thank you

Amazing location and house! The only upgrade that could be helpful is a door code on the front door. It was a little tricky going out in separate groups with only 1 house key available. Great hot tub, comfy beds!

My friends and I stayed at this amazing location! Not only did we love the spacious home, but enjoyed ourselves in the backyard between the pool and hot tub. Within walking distance to the beach and close to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this home for your next trip to IOP!

The rental property is in an amazing location, 2 blocks from the beach access, which is about a 4 minute walk. All of the beds were extremely comfy and there is a large amount of space for larger groups. The selling point is the pool, hot tub, and back yard though. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are considering a trip to IOP!

My party of 10 stayed at this airbnb in August 2023 and had a terrific stay. The house is less than a 10 minute walk from the beach (~3-4 blocks) which was unbelievably convenient. The backyard and pool area is just as nice as it looks in the listing pictures, and the host has someone come biweekly to clean the pool. Our host (part of a rental agency I believe) was very responsive and graciously afforded us the ability to check-in early upon our arrival. She also was nice enough to provide a long list of recommendations for our time in Charleston. Overall think this is a perfect option for any big group looking for pool / beach access just outside of Charleston (roughly a 25 min uber / drive to downtown).

The hot tub and pool plus plentiful chairs/tables of the backyard were the highlight of our three generation family vacation in this home. All 5 bedrooms were of adequate size, and living-dining area accommodated 10 of us. We appreciated the beach accessibility—just a 10-minute walk, and the beach umbrella, chairs and pool toys provided.

This is our second year in a row staying in the property. The furniture upgrades this year were an added bonus. The kids love the pool and it is a quick golf cart ride to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better spot.

This home worked perfectly for our family of 9 and the layout worked really well. The bedroom arrangement was great and the baths were well appointed. The back porch and access to the pool was nice with the grandkids and we spent many hours by or in the pool. The beach is a short 5 minute walk as well and overall a great property for smaller families or groups like ours.

Great house in a great location for six adults and two children. Easy walking distance to the public beach @ 25th Ave. But far enough away to be able to “quietly” enjoy large backyard with pool. For the most part the owner has updated and maintained house such that it is in excellent condition. Outdoor grill plates rusty and need to be replaced. Bad enough that we needed to use foil. Need to check propane level between visitors. We ran out on second night.

Great house with plenty of space for a large family! We were extremely comfortable there and it truly felt like a home away from home. The backyard is large enough for relaxing in the pool as well as playing yard games. The beach is a short walk away- far enough so you aren’t bothered with people parking for the beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We gathered our family from across the country for a wedding in Charleston and this home had everything we wanted for a base of operations. Great pool for the children, in a quiet location four blocks from the beach and a short golf cart ride to shps and restaurants. Very well equipped and comfortable to boot. Many of the houses on IOP strive for the classy Charleston look, this one gets it just right for a place near the beach.

This property was simple perfect! We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. All bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. The living/dining room and kitchen were very nice as well. The best part of the home is the outdoor oasis! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to spend a long weekend. A 30 minute drive in to Charleston was very nice too. Overall, I’d give our stay a 10+! 😊

The property is very nice, clean, comfortable beds, nice hot tub, pretty pool-we just didn't use it, plenty of bathrooms, laundry, fully stocked kitchen. We could have used more toilet paper, trash bags, and dish washer packs. We pride ourselves on leaving everything clean and we were limited on supplies.
